Sadly wasn’t a great experience. I asked for the nails to not be thick, they’re pretty thick. I wanted a flower design but it was sloppy so I just had him take it off and do some sparkles instead. My cuticles got destroyed from the nail drill. They were so raw that even water hurt them terribly after. They are healing now. Some parts of the acrylic are sloppy. He was a nice guy which helped but unfortunately I think I’ll try another place next time. Vivian was also very sweet

The guy shaved my old gel nails down to the point my nails were thin, soft and weak. The nails have been breaking ever since. It has been three weeks and they are still weak and bendy. I have now removed the paint from my nails and they did not remove the gel from my prior visit elsewhere before them. My first and last time here. Do not reccomend 2k nails....

I would highly recommend this spa. My husband and I both had pedicures. It was not rushed and relaxing. We both were both very happy with the results! Thanks Tony, we will be back!

Great pedi and powder dip! Love this place!

Today was the first time that I tried this excellent Nail Salon! I had the dip powder done (SNS) by Vivian and she did an amazing job! She took her time, helped suggest a color for this time of year and then matched it to the right color for my toe nails! This is the kind of service that brings me back! At the end an other salon worker, came up and massaged some oil into my hands and then got a hot wash cloth, as to clean my hands before I left. I felt so appreciated, that I decided to share my wonderful experience👏👏

I have been coming here for a year now! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner Vivian is a wonderful person, as is her daughter. I usually see Jack for my appointments although anyone will do a fine job. I have been to my fair share of nail salons for the past 20 years all over the east coast and this place is def in the top three!! I can not wait for this quarantine to be over so I can go back to my favorite place once again as it’s desperately needed!!!!

I walked in for the first time yesterday and was immediately greeted by the owner, Viviane.I thought I would have to wait to get my nails done because I didn’t have an appointment. But Viviane did my nails right away. She was so pleasant.I got coffin shaped, gel full set and polish change on my toes. I was very pleased with the results. They came out perfect! I will definitely be back!

I went to this salon two weeks ago with my friend. She explained to them what she wanted but they kept giving her different prices. The owner “Jack” got frustrated then started yelling in her face. I honestly never experienced anything like this, and as I was getting my pedicure done a young lady cut me really bad on my toe.

My first time here today for a Pedi Excellent service and very welcoming and followed all safety regulations. My new nail salon... 😊👍

My first time here and the place was very nice. I received really fast service and everything was done within a good time frame. I only did a pedicure today and it was $25. The pedicure itself was very cute. I would definitely come back here again and get a manicure and see if the service is the same.

Great Service

This nail salon is the greatest salon ever. I’ve been here several times, they did a great job and staffs are friendly. The salon is always clean and neat. They have 4 options of pedicure and I recommended deluxe pedicure. Its worth when you have a tired day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went for an regular pedicure and dip on my fingernails. The lady doing my pedicure was very old (which there is nothing wrong with that) IF they knew what they were doing. I asked for someone else to do my dip and the guy came over and actually had to redo my toes because they were done improperly. I thought my dip turned out good until three days later four of my nails started cracking. Usually my dip lasts 2-3 weeks. Dont waste your money people.

The nail salon has a reputation in the area, I just learned, its perfect they welcomed me very happy, the workplace is clean. I like the colors they recommend to me, I cant believe this place because they are so perfect. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Best Nail shop I’ve ever been to. They’re very professional and the work they do is amazing! I recommend this shop. This is the spot to go to and come out looking like a doll! I love it! I would ask for Vivian she’s spectacular at what she does.

They do a great pedicure!!! They have 4 different pedicures to chose from! I always get the deluxe pedicure m...hot stones, massage, & hot paraffin wax!!! So relaxing!!! And the employees are very friendly! The deluxe pedicure is so relaxing, everytime I get it I have to fight to stay awake!!!

I’ve always heard good things about this place but that’s not what I experienced. I asked for powder dip and they were also dipping my nails into gel powder. The polish being used for the powder smelled like nail glue. I got the same color “gel” to match my toes and it’s so light it looks like I don’t even have polish on them. He was in such a rush I was cut 3 times. You can see powder crumbs in my nails, lines and one red sparkle. I had a big party to attend to didn’t have the time to complain and get them fixed.

Owners is very good. Been going for 5years.

Mom and I got the spa pedicure. It was fantastic!! Salt scrub, hot stone, cooling gel. He even did a cute little Xmas tree for me 🎄😁

I was not very impressed with my experience. And I brought my friend and family friend along to get her pedicure and they took forever cleaning her toes and cutting them. I ended up bleeding a bit. Overall I would not go back. Though they do have complimentary wine with pedicure purchase and they were very nice.

I tried this place for the first time for a pedicure. The guy could barely use the nail clippers. Then the foot massage was awful. I think they could train their employees to do a better work. I couldn’t wait to leave the place.

I went to this nail salon last week and the reason I’m giving 3 stars is they reused nail file, buffer and purple scrubber for the pedicure. I could see the scrubber was dirty and gross, nail file and buffer weren’t new and they put these stuff into a sterilized nail nippers pouch (I’ve seen other salon uses that pouch for their nippers), which is weird AND they reused the pouch as well 😡.However, I enjoyed my pedicure anyway and a young girl who did my pedicure was great, I forgot to ask her name but she said she’s working there with her sister so I’ll be back next time and I HOPE THEY WILL USE NEW AND CLEAN STUFF.Thanks!

You guys, this place is incredible! Its so beautiful in here and the service is wonderful. I feel like they genuinely do a great expert job, they listen and are attentive. The people thay work here and owners are so humble and caring. I am so happy i found them :-) seriously would give this place 10 stars if i could. They are very clean and look like they take extra measures for your health.

I have been here many times since my husband gave me the gift certificate that he bought from this salon. Im satisfied with my nails anytime I get a chance to get them done here. They do good a job with the SNS powder.

Really awesome customer service! Beautiful dip powder manicure on Labor Day when most other shops were closed. I’m extremely rough on my nails/hands and two nails had slightly chipped. They fixed for me, no issues.

Love this place! Great customer service and great service!! I took my 4 yr old and my 6 yr old girls with me just to get their little toes painted to keep them busy :) they took their time and make my girls very happy!

Made an appointment for 6. Wasn’t seen until 6:40. What’s the point of making an appointment? I wish I would of known they were busy, then I would of picked a different time than 6.

Everything is neat and clean. All of the employees were not just very professional but they were also nice which made me very comfortable. They are also good at providing great care for their clients.

I dont like giving out a bad review but in this case I must. I went into this salon because of their high reviews but once I got there the guy who waited on me toward over me when I was choosing a color, obviously he was in a hurry. However I didnt know how much he was in a hurry until he started doing my nails. He was rough, pulling and pinching my fingers so hard they hurt. I figured no pain no gain...but when he was done the nails were uneven, bumpy and hurt like hell. I kept them on for two weeks because the pain subsided. I went to another nail salon to have them fixed and they find a couple of nails are infected. I have never had these problems before going to 2k nails. Most horrible experience and I warn people not to go there.

These people don’t speak English. Like literally not a word of English, one person says one pricing and another something else . Very unprofessional. Will not be going back 💯

I wish could give sub zero. My nails destroyed. She used an automatic polisher to remove cuticle and dug so dip that I have months and months to recover. Plus, another nail got infected. Where is an option for pictures??? This is, by far, the worst manicure ever!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my first and only experience at this nail salon. My first impression was excellent, and I was treated well, but it all went downhill when the nail tech brought out the dremmel. I was in to get a new set of dip nails. When the tech was filing my nails, he consistently got too close to the cutical and cut me numerous times. I let it slide, because I have dealt with much worse, but I wish I had known that was when I should’ve walked out. When the tech got to smoothing the powder, I noticed the color was very off, and the surface was very thick and lumpy. I let him finish, payed, and walked out, but I was unhappy and in pain.I came back a few minutes later to see if I would get some compensation or get them redone, and they said it would be fine to redo them. Unfortunately, I was only there for the weekend and was leaving within the hour, so I asked to just get them taken off. I was also hoping to be helped by a different tech, but the put me with the same person. He left the acetone on my nails too long, because he was helping another client at the same time, so the skin around my nails was raw. The dremmel came out again and my nails were ground even thinner. A few days later one of my cuticals split and started bleeding. I got a gift certificate to go back for another $40 service, but I won’t be returning.

I rarely get my nails done but loved this experience. I might make this place a new habit. 😉

Lady was rude and did the wrong color and got mad when I wanted to stick with my original one. Unhappy with service.

The people that work here are humble and caring but when I came in to get pink ombré nails showed them a pick the guy said yeah we can do that he started doing my nails and i felt like he was experimenting on my nails and got something completely different not happy with the design then he proceeds telling another customer that he has a picky customer which is me I’m gonna go and keep looking for another place very disappointed

Someone recommended this location to me as I recently moved from Cape to Ft Myers, upon walking in I was treated kindly and professionally. Ashley did a great job with my pedicure and manicure! Her mother who I assume is the owner was also very sweet, along with the father/granfather. I love my mani pedi, they are also very reasonably priced. Ill be sure to see Ashley regularly :)

I loved the environment and the people ..... but i went to get a full set with shellac for graduation and i was in a rush so i didnt notice any of the flaws until i stated to drive but so i was seated after 25 minutes even though the lady said 5 minutes but it started to get busy so the guy that i was with started rushing so he didnt have me wash my hands after he filed them leaving all the powder and didnt file and shape my nails correctly and he didnt paint my nails correctly and he left my nail polish very bumpy and i tried e-mailing them and they wont answer me but i emailed them about and an appointment and they answered me in less than a minute
