My friend and I walked into this place with high hopes with how the other reviews went. But I received a normal pedicure without color which in my opinion was not worth $25. My friend gets dip powder nails and she asked for SNS but the technician she had ignored her and he instead started applying acrylics which she did not want. As well as the fact that she asked for a certain color and that request was also shrugged off. And while filing her nails the technician would nick her with the electric file consistently. In my opinion you’re better off going somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would, every time I come here I have a horrible experience. They have overcharged me for simple acrylic services and on top of that only a few people in the shop know how to even do acrylic nails. I came in to get 1 nail fixed for my graduation and I was on a time crunch I literally asked them if I would have to wait and they said they could do it, I was sitting in the pedicure chair with no service for 10 minutes and was told everyone who does acrylics is unavailable. If they would have told me from the beginning they didn’t have time or personnel to do the service I would have not been upset and would have just left. Instead they chose to waste my time and one of the nail technicians was talking about me to her client two chairs away. They had the nerve to refuse my payment for taking my nails off at the end of the service as if they were doing me a favor, that was so rude. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I would have preferred that they treat my 10 year old granddaughter like they would any other adult client. She sat down to get a pedicure and the next thing I know theyre telling me shes done I guess they figured being a child they could skimp you very little and send her on her way. Im so disappointed as my granddaughter it was just accepted into the National Honor Society and this was part of her reward Im so disappointed dont think Ill go back ther

Celine does an excellent job,she can do it all.SNS dip nails stays put for 2.5 weeks of hard nursing work.I have never had my nails look this good.She did a gel pedicure over a month ago and my toes still look fantastic

My appointment was at 3:00 and I waited an entire hour while other people were seated and helped. I ended up leaving with no one even coming up to me or doing anything to my nails. It was my first time but I definitely won’t be coming back :/

Every time I come here I leave disappointed. I get the same two men that I can never understand and there’s always miscommunication. The shape is never done right and it looks sloppy. I’ve talked to the manager multiple times and nothing gets resolved. They overprice and I’ve asked for a women to do my nails when I go there and I never do. I’m tired of wasting money there just to not be happy.

Beware of the quality and management of this salon. I went to Paradise Nails for the first time in Dec 2020 for a new full set of gels. 9 of the 10 nails completely fell off within the first 5 days with the last one falling off in front of the owner when I returned to the salon on the 7th day when the original technician would next be working. I tried the salon 2 additional times with problems with multiple chips to the polish and nail each time. Today, I requested the gels be removed as I no longer had any confidence in the salon or technician. Much to my horror, when the polish was removed I discovered a large and very ugly green nail infection - my first in over 15 years of wearing gels. The owner did not seem the least bit concerned and told me “ many girls get these things. Just use some alcohol.” Unfortunately I have a serious medical condition that turns this into a potentially big deal and her uncaring response was rather insulting. I usually am very happy to support local businesses with positive reviews and this is the very first negative review for any business or product that I have EVER publicly posted which I hope says a lot for my extreme disappointment in the poor quality and lack of professionalism exhibited by Paradise Nails Gulf Coast Center.

The worst nail place I have ever been to. Unfriendly und unhelpful staff, services are not being accomplished. I was treated very disrespectful, overmore my appointment was made under false pretenses. No wonder the place is always almost empty.

Treated myself and my daughter to a mani pedi. The place is beautiful and clean looking.The guy that serviced me went back and forth with me when I told him I dont want him to use a drill to take my gel off my nails, he did it anyway. He rushed my service and was rough and work was sloppy. My daughter said she felt rushed as well and that her technician was rough but at least she had a much neater job done to her fingers and toes. I wont be going back.

Absolutely a gorgeous, clean and welcoming nail salon. Luanne who did my nails was very nice and gentle. She added a bonus of a back massage as she paid close attention that I just moved here and have children. Greatly appreciated.

Scheduled mani/pedi appointment for my sister-in-law and myself. We were able to sit together for both and still abide by all Covid rules. Very clean, well-staffed, friendly, and comfortable environment. Prices are fair for services. Gel mani lasted 2 weeks, regular polish pedicure still looks great 2+ weeks later. Definitely recommend!

I was rather disappointed yesterday. First mani-pedi since March, so I was excited. I only use one specific tech, who I have followed from two other salons, so I am a loyal customer. My pedi was fabulous, I chose the same color for both my hands n feet. The tech was trying to tell me why it wasn’t a good color etc, it was OPI Funny Bunny. (Pretty white color) a color I use every other visit. After going back n forth I ended up settling on Bubble Bath, one of my other favorites but I felt like it was pushed on me. Then she tells me she wants to do pink n white on my hands, another thing I’m not very fond of. I couldn’t deal with all the pushing any longer plus I can’t understand her a lot of the time because her accent is quite difficult. Anyway, I go to pay and it was $15 more than it has been for a year or two. I didn’t bother asking why the bill was $15 more but I suppose it was because I got pink n white. I paid my $90. and left. I just feel like I was scammed and the up-selling drives me crazy. At this point I don’t know if I will go back to the salon and the tech that I’ve used for the last five years.

Do not go here!!! I went to get my nails done but before i wanted to take off my gel acrylics (to put on powder). The man used a nail to pop off my nails and tore my pinky nail off and i bled. I also waited an HOUR to be seen. Oh yeah the 40% cash back is in store credit so you have to go back... yikes never again.

My nail tech was very rude and so was the nail tech my sister had (who was sitting right next to me) She was rough on my hands and didn’t listen when I said I didn’t want my cuticles clipped. They did a mediocre job, nothing special. Also I don’t get manicures often but every time that I have I usually get lotion and a little hand massage at the end but they didn’t do that
