I would not recommend here at all My mother went and got her nails done for her birthday and an old man there messed it all up it was completely different from what she asked for this place like i said would not recommend.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months... And each time my nail tech Mike (chair 5) always get me right.. I highly recommend this spot to anyone thats looking to get there spa day on ... Clean environment...friendly staff.... Also reasonable prices..

First time I let Mike do my nails. He did a very good job. My nail tech moved by home. I just started going there 2 months ago. Im very pleased with the service.

Walk in today on a whim looking for a new nail salon and I asked for a full set. Friendly service and an experienced nail tech took care of me better than I had been at other top nail lounges. I dropped in on a whim because it was in a location close to my everyday route.I will be recommending and bringing others here with me going forward.Thank you for your excellence in customer service and for sharing your skills. I would not recommend they cut me until I was bleeding and did not clean it right. It’s not the design I asked for and is patchy. I did go back and the only nice lady in the salon tried to clean it up

This is my favorite favorite favorite nail salon. They always do an excellent job while being very professional. If you attend Van is the one to ask for he is the best, I always tip hip 30 of better.

I just paid $80 for mani-pedi and this is how they left the bottom of my feet.🤬🤬🤬 i don’t recommend this place also b/c if you walk in they get mad. They tell you to make an appointment and then they never see you at your appointment time. Then you have to wait longer than 30 minutes. I’m done with this place!!

I went into this facility for the first time and I like my nails alot. From the ratings I decided to drive to this location. I didnt make an appointment so I was told to go with one of the male tech. Overall he did a great job with the nails but towards the middle and the end, he was a bit quick with me physically. I thought I did something wrong and it was only after turning my head that I realized that there was other people waiting to get there nails done. After paying 60 dollars and leaving a generous tip, I didnt like how I was treated but I understand the need to get in more clients. Quality of work is great, treatment from a male tech not so much. Will recommend to anyone who are looking for top quality work but not so much customer service. Front desk lady is also very nice and thats the only plus in customer service.

Let me start by saying if there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would have given them the highest ratings across the board! I came here with my nieces (4 and 5) and my son (10) and we felt right at home. Amanda was amazing and very engaging with the children. They even have little vibrating pedicure chairs. The establishment is immaculately clean. All of their staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices. I highly recommend this nail salon and spa.

I never do these but I just had to let you all know. I went in 2 days ago to get my lashes done. I did all my research for over a week prior to getting them done. Today they fell out, they fell out within 2 days, went to get them done for vacation in 3 days and now I have to find the time in between work to go get them redone. Will not recommend to anyone.

I cannot stress how happy I am with this nail salon. I simply showed Lynn a quick picture and she did it better than I could have imagined. Never will I go to another nail place. Thank you for making my nails look beautiful again. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Sadly, I decided on this place due to the rating and reviews. First, they barely even spoke to me and didnt ask about which pedicure I would like. I was done in less than 30 mins. Then that night my gel toes chipped and when I really looked at them, the gel was not put on evenly and transparent in areas and I had a deep maroon color. Not worth the price paid for quality or service. Im a veteran gel pedicure gal of over a decade and this was the worse I ever received.

I have been so speechless in writing this review that I have been staring at the forum for over 5 minutes. The customer service was so horrendous that I could not even stay long enough to receive the service offered! The technician literally ORDERED me and my friend around. She was so incredibly rude. Do not come here!!! Its dirty, they were so rude. Just avoid at all costs.

I went in today 08/31/20 attended me quickly and they were really gentle i loved how my nails came out and the one doing them was very nice and communicated with me unlike other places i have been to. i would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

I have been to half a dozen nail salons, this is the first one that I can say is first rate. Shop is spotless, all utensils are sterile, staff is friendly and competent. Ask for Hannah for the best pedicure, and Timmy for dip powder nails.

Paid $40 for a dip manicure and almost all of my nails were messed up and had polish on the finger around the nail (see picture).Not worth the price

I live in Minnesota but was in fort Myers visiting my sister and I saw the reviews for Glorious nails and decided to check it out. I was given the honor of having Lee do my nails and I have never had my nails done better. He not only fixed what the previous tech had butchered but also made sure I loved the length and shape and I loved the communication. The salon is also modernly designed and clean with kid chairs for pedicures! Whenever I’m in town I will be getting my nails done here and recommending it to my peers.

I live in Naples but will come here because they are so great and worth every moment of the drive! Having recently moved here I have been searching for a new nail salon. I have definitely found my new spot! Absolutely gorgeous, clean, and affordable! Loved this spot until I took a friend and they messed up her toes refused to correct it even after she offered to pay the additional $40 they said it would cost to fix it. They were very rude and made it seem as if they didnt do it right in the first place because they assumed she wouldnt want to pay for it . Everyone in the place was incredulous as too their attitude and reasoning

Today was my second time coming in and I love this salon so far. The first time I got a full set of pink and white and today I got a pink fill. Lana did my nails today and they honestly look better than my nails have ever looked before! Their prices are reasonable and their service is the best, they actually care about their customers it seems. I’ve been needing a new salon to go to for a while now so I’m so glad that they’ve opened up. THANK YOU!!!

Great place to get your nails done. Staff is super friendly and Lana does an amazing job on my nails. She takes her time to make sure they look great and they do. I’m never disappointed when I leave that’s for sure. My mother gets her nails done too with Lana and she refuses to have anyone else touch her nails. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this place, and so does my whole family. They have very courteous, attentive staff, and strive to provide quality customer service. My daughter loves the small pedicure chairs they have available for kids, and this is the only place shell go to have one done.We went for mothers day and the whole family was once again treated like royalty.

Worst Place, when they are busy. I arrived at 4 and they said 30 minutes and than 30 min later they say 30 min... after a while they should have told me over 2 hours I would have left. but dont drag me along making it seem like i am up faster then I actually am. Instead of wasting that long sitting there I could have just came back another time. if they just told me a longer time

This place is amazing...staff is super friendly...place is super clean and most importantly my nails are perfect every time I leave. I literally go every 3 weeks and I get asked the last day before I go...if I just had my nails done. Idk what they do differently...but they are amazing! Please give them a try.... I highly doubt that youll go anywhere else after!

We are in town from Kentucky visiting a family member in the hospital and luckily found this place. The employees are all so sweet, the prices Are very reasonable, got a spa pedicure and it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Also my coffin shaped nails have never been shaped so perfectly. Very clean shop as well. Highly recommend, too bad they arent in my home town!

Horrible Gel Polish Manicurenail tech (Asian man) didnt grind my nails before putting on gel polish during a manicure and they lifted and peeled off the following day and I didnt have time to go in so I peeled all the polish off. I went back in to fix them and they wanted to charge me $12. The owner (red hair) said it had been two weeks since she saw me and wanted my receipt to prove my day. they literally charged my card 3 days ago and she said it takes a while to go through. ok fair but if you claim you saw me 2 weeks ago and they charged my card 3 days ago.. youre saying it takes 11 days to go through? no, its been a week or so maximum. She argued with me over it. I showed her the clean nail bed. tried to show her the bank statement.. shes been nice in the past to me I dont understand why they couldnt have just fixed it. $12 isnt reasonable to me when the tech did it wrong and they peeled so fast. very dissatisfied. My nails were even still shaped the way they were filed that day, too. Its still fresh man :( will go trash diving and see if I can locate my receipt which I threw away like a normal person does. Also, the owners son or husband was talking trash about me to the customers there while I was talking to the manager. So unprofessional, I am so sad and to boot, I only went there for Iris (I think thats her name) she was a Latina girl who exclusively did manicures and did excellent job. She even mentioned the treatment wasnt good. I understand her now. Cant find where we went but she left Glorious.

Lee was so careful to take his time and make sure my nails were shaped just the way I want them, and when he wasnt sure if he could get the color right he had me sit with his wife who is an expert with aora nail gel 😄 they were so sweet and I was amazed with how affordable it was. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend any day

I went in for a pedicure and full set, the gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. When it came time to do my full set it was rushed, no details and I knew from the beginning that some of the nails were going to be messed up. Too thick and some of them crooked, I know it wasn’t my fingers because I have been getting acrylic full sets for years now. I would only go back for a pedicure but not for acrylics. I was quite disappointed, I was expecting more after reading the reviews.

I had the best 2 hours ever here. I had my feet nails and facial done. IRA is the best she takes her time and is passionate. I will make this my #1spot!! Oh and the massage chair ROCKS!!!

I read the reviews and had to see it for myself and its true! Its hard to find a nail salon that is friendly, professional, and clean, most importantly takes time to do your nails. I dont mind traveling a distance for a pleasant one. I like the patience and attentiveness given to my request. I usually dont write reviews, however when it comes to good customer service I will. :)

So me and my bestie went in for a mani pedi, we told the gentleman at the desk he asked us to wait a few minutes. As we waited he was taking to another male employee and then he comes over to us and says Im sorry we cannot do your pedicure he was talking to me because there maximum weight was 250 pounds for there pedi chairs. Now Im a big woman but you dont have a scale to weigh me so just by looking at me you assumed Im over 250. You got no business at the moment and just let 140.00 walk out the door.. Big women dont waste your time going here.

Not sure how these people have a 4.7 star rating, when I called the night before to schedule a cut down and color, the girl told me I didn’t need an appointment. So I didn’t make one, I walk in the next day and the women at the first desk is extremely rude and tells me there will be a long wait... One employee is sitting on her phone doing nothing, a girl walked out from waiting to long and there are two other people waiting... Seems really lousy to me...
