Majestic Nails is alway clean. The staff, all of them, are always friendly. I go at least once a month and have never been dissatisfied. I have recommended them to several of my friends and if anyone complements me on my nails, I always let them know I get them done at Majestic Nails and Spa.

I just moved from the Chicago land area to Fort Myers. I think this place was even better than my old salon! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. My nails also came out beautifully and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be returning!

Do not waste your time at this place!!!My daughter scheduled an appointment online @ 4:30,we showed up half hour before the appointment my daughter told them we were there for a 4:30 appointment they confirmed it and was told to take a seat,@4:55 a lady tells my daughter can you come back tomorrow we close at 5:00 and dont have time to do your nails,they confirmed the appointment online,then verbally as we were greeted,then they decide to wait 5 minutes before they close to tell her they dont have time,very unpleasant experience,will not be back here again!!!!

Horrible experience. I got my nails done by some guy . I told him I wanted short nails and that two of them looked way longer then the other and he was rude and told me no it’s all same size . Some of my nails are long and skinny and some are shorter and wider. He cut me on a lot of fingers with the drill . And the acrylic was applied lumpy it’s not smooth . I’m not the type to make a big cene or complain but I also felt uncomfortable. The acrylic is also overlapping my Cutical and it hurts . I took a pic I will post but u can see it better in person all the flaws . FYI I this is gel nails

My nail tech did an awesome job giving me just what I wanted. Even though they were really busy, I only waited 20min. Really pretty salon too.

Does NOT abide by appointments! Will take walk ins and make appointments wait. This has happened to me twice in a row. Waiting over 30 min for my scheduled appointment while walkins were catered to. Also witnessed people being rudely turned away. I tried to give them as many chances as I could. I loved having my nails done by Cindy. But last time she rushed and did not do a good job on my nails as she usually did. Went there 4 times. All times were a headache due to waiting what felt like forever. I even booked an appointment for my husband on Father’s Day for a relaxing pedicure which turned into a nightmare because we waited for over 40 minutes. I have been to numerous nail salons over the past 20 years and never in my life have I seen a nail salon so unprofessionally ran. Definitely never going back and would not recommend.

This is my favorite place to get gel manicures and pedicures. I recommend asking for Heidys as she pays very close attention to detail! They have a reward system that sends frequent discounts which is nice too!

I was highly satisfied with Vin my nail tech. She was understanding of my medical condition. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She answered all my questions. Very happy.

Negative- I’m yes posting this because I am STILL angry. I was charged 20$ more than what the board prices were and what I usually pay when I go. The woman argued with me about why. Every time I go I wait a long time and my price is always different. I think the “owner” charges more 😡 I also had to listen to everyone complaining non stop in the waiting area about being there before or after each other and how long they have been waiting “20 minutes” HA! I have waited an hour (because..) POSTIVE: BEST deluxe pedicure in town! Way better than all the “four packet box” overpriced pedicures and theh massage you for so long and don’t rush!

I read reviews online looking for a new place to go. After researching and reading multiple reviews from different locations, I scheduled an appointment with Cindy for a manicure and pedicure. She did an amazing job and far succeeded the reviews. I’ve been to several places and would definitely recommend this one.

Pretty good place! I went in more toward closing so I felt like my nails were a little rushed but honestly they were very kind and I shouldve went in earlier so they didnt have to rush it and couldve taken their time and just vibe.

I recently moved to the area and have been to this nail salon on several occasions without disappointment. I first came here for eyelash extensions, however all of their services are profesional and beautiful. Cindy did a great job for me today on my marble nails request. I’m in love with my nails 😍 Thank you!

Had a very sweet person, Tiffany, take care of me, my gel manicure was wonderful and I also had a pedicure with someone else, this was my first visit and definitely plan on going back. Very clean and modern shop.

Its very difficult to rate this place. They are friendly and do an excellent job; however, as others have noted, the wait time is too long. We had appointments, and it was over an hour before we were serviced. Im pretty laid back, but they should be more conscientious about purposely overbooking.

Horrible customer service skills... No one greeted us as we walked in. Its was such a awkward waiting game. place seemed to be pretty clean. Ladies didnt really understand English too well. Probably wouldnt go back.

The guy that did my pedicure was great! No complaints. Now the other guy that did my set was rude and seemed like he had an attitude for having to do my nails. He kept huffing and puffing. He kept getting up to go somewhere every few minutes for about 10-15 minutes each time. He filed my cuticles down so bad I was bleeding and could barely move my hands for about a week and some days. Every time he went to touch my hands I was flinching. I was scared for everything he was doing. He was so rough. Me being appalled does not even sum up my experience. I was there for so long since he kept getting up and leaving. Definitely won’t be back.

I walked in and was asked what service I needed and then I sat for over 30 minutes and NOONE spoke to me at all. Only when I got up and was walking out finally someone start talking to me. NO THANK YOU!!! Thats very unprofessional when there was a woman walking around and a man sitting there doing nothing. They could of at least told me it was gonna be a wait

I work 48 hours a week on my feet and decided to pamper myself today. Tony did an excellent job on my Spa pedicure ... he massaged my feet so well I didnt want to leave LOL and now my toes looks so pretty!

While I had to wait for the dispensary to open I thought I would go to Majestic Nails and Spa because I needed a eyebrow wax. Im a Mom so I have to get in where I fit in 😉 lol. They were very nice and fast, efficient service. I was pleased with my brow wax too!! 😊👍🌞 Thanks for the good service.

This is a nice modern salon but there is NO plexiglass or any physical barrier between the customer and nail technician. Customers are not required to wear masks either, Outside my comfort level for sure. Will not return until/unless improvements to COVID protocols are made. It was our first time visiting and we were very impressed with all other aspects of the operation. Large, bright and pleasant.

Wow, Majestic Nails and Spa is amazing! Cindy and Suzie are very professional, kind, and experienced nail technicians, who are exactly what you expect to have when paying for nail service. They make you feel right at home, maybe even better, with a calm positive atmosphere, relaxing music, and great massage chairs! Made an appt aten days ago for 12 noon. There was 2 girls waiting since 1030 who also had an appt. Obviously overbooked. There was at least 20 other people getting pedicures and manicures. I drove 45 minutes to get there. They asked me to come back tomorrow?!? Needless to say I left. There are plenty Of other nail salons!!

They are amazing here! From being extremely clean to friendly, they also gave me the best shellac manicure I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend!

So I went here all the time, I absolutely loved this place &’ i’ve never had a single complaint. Until recently I got my nails done by the owner or co-owner Cindy. Now you know typically when you first sit down you show the design you want or explain the design &’ they tell you if they can do it or not or another way they can do it if they aren’t sure how to exactly do it. Well when I showed her the picture she said she can do it no problem. About halfway through i’m picking my colors of acrylic which were 5 different shades of pink, &’ while looking there were only 2 available pinks. So like any normal person I asked if there were anymore which she then told me yes &’ gave me the rest. Long story short the other options were old powders &’ she couldn’t work with them so we went back to only having two shades of pink. I didn’t make a big fuss I just picked different colors instead of the pinks I had asked for. On my ring fingers i asked for the letter J &’ a heart for valentine’s day. The Js were very nice but one of the Js was drawn backwards (this i did not noticed until i had already left so this was partially my fault) at the pay counter i had a 20% off discount . she would not let me use it bc she claimed i can only do 10% at a time but my text message said 20% off next visit &’ when i asked her to explain she threw the pen down &’ told another guy to come . he confirmed the 20% &’ i left. 15 minutes or so later i noticed the backwards J. later that night i was picking up a plate at my home &’ one nail broke. The following day i went back to ask them to fix the broken nail &’ the backwards j. the lady then told me “there’s no way a nail can break like this you must’ve cut it but it’s fine i’ll fix it for you” i said “no i did not cut the nail off ma’am but if you have a problem with fixing it that’s fine i’ll go somewhere else” she then asked me to sit down again &’ i said “its okay i’m good thank you.” &’ left. later that day another nail broke the same way the first one did in the same manner as well. I will not be returning there ever again, it was completely rude &’ uncalled for &’ bc she had an attitude i was afraid she was gonna do something else to mess up my nails.

Such an enjoyable environment, these people are so lovely!! Left with a gorgeous new set!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!! 3 nails popped off in 3 day’s and I tried to go back in to fix my nail, was told by STEVE to come in at 6:15pm, got there and was told to come back another day because they were full and had other customers.. if you knew you were full, why did you make me come in in the first place?????? Everyone has an attitude and im disappointed in them. Tried giving this place a chance three times and the experience was terrible each time. Nice location, however, terrible service and quality nails. 1/10

I am very impressed of the cleanliness of this nail salon. Brand new packs opened for files and hard sponge. I highly recommend this nail salon! Very professional and Knowledgeable.

My mom took me here to get my nails done for my birthday. (70 bucks) At first I was happy with them. Until later the same night I got them done all of the crystal shards that were on my ring finger nails fell off. Went back to have it fixed. Fixed them an embedded them in gel. Ok cool so I leave. The next morning, so this is going on day 3. My index finger nail was cracked at the Apache went back an had to have it fixed. Not even a full 2 weeks and my thumb nail broke off completely. Nails were too thin did not listen to me at all when I told her I need then strong an for none of the designs to come off as I work in a kitchen. Never will I go back. Which is a waste.becasue I always have my nails done an I never spend less then 60. Their loss. Plus I will be letting all of my friends know to never use this poor excuse for a nail salon.Also a side note the nail tech left me with a damn fungus on one of my nails. Took 2 weeks to clear it...

I went to get a full set gel after 9 month due to covid19 and the man who did my nsilsdid not do a good job. The design in the nail feels up and it is not smooth as it should be. Paid $50 and I am not happy. Will need to go get them fix for Thanksgiving.

A clean place HOWEVER I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appt. was quoted the wrong price and ended up paying more at check out. And 8 out of 10 fingers have cuts from the portable drill. Will not be going back!!

Very unprofessional. Manager was walking around and taking calls when working on my Mom’s nails. He even stopped to take a smoke break. His work is very messy and he overcharged for work that was not even up to part. Never going again.

What a hidden gem this place is!! The salon is gorgeous and clean and the ladies who work here couldn’t be nicer! Cindy did powder dip on my nails and they were perfect. I also did the volcano spa pedicure and it was amazing. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and truly spa-like; I almost fell asleep!! The wine is an added bonus for sure! Majestic nails top notch. Ive been two to other salons and this one is hands down the place to go. I was greeted very politely. Brian did my nails and he was on spot. He knew exactly what I wanted. He was so precise about his work. He took his time and he had a conversation with me. He was VERY professional. He concentrated on me and was not talking to his coworkers in vietnamese. The building was immaculately clean. You could seriously eat right off the floor. All the counters were clean. Very warm feeling. I DEFINITELY will be back

Very disappointed in my experience! Guy was very rude I guess because he didnt want to do his job. Kept flipping the towel over my hands when removing my gel nails and even threw a tool in the bowl while my hands were soaking... huffed and puffed throughout the whole process. I will never go back. One lady suggested someone else finish but after the take off I didnt want to continue. Worst nail shop I have ever been to!!

I’ve been on the search for a GOOD nail salon here in Florida and this salon by far has been the BEST! 10/10 recommend. I go early Monday’s where it’s not as busy and they can take more of their time. I always get a peddie with gel and a manicure with acrylics. They have AMAZING service here. They take their time and listen. They do many different designs like Ombré, gold flakes, marble, gems, whatever you want! Also when getting a pedicure they don’t just give you a quick 1 minute massage. They actually take their time with it making sure your experience is relaxing and very enjoyable. Even my sister, she has very sensitive feet. They were so gentle and caring. She also loved her experience. We’ve been back 3 times already. I am throughly impressed with Majestic Nails & Spa. Had an appointment at 12pm with Cindy. Sat in a chair for about 30 minutes. Waiting for her she was doing someones nails already. Over booking again. Let me express the reason I made an appointment to begin with about 6 months ago I had an appointment and the gentleman who did my nails and feet literally took gouges and chunks out of my feet and hands that took over a week to heal, before I left I asked Cindy if this was normal she stated no, and to please make sure I made a appointment specific to her. I this was 6 months ago, I thought I would try again not that the lady who did my feet wasnt nice, it was the chaos of the booking. Again over 3 hours to do a simple petacure and fill...also this day had to stop ever 15 minutes to answer the phone take to people etc...crazy....save yourself the time and headaches 😑. And Cindy never touched my nails.

Love the salon atmosphere! Prices are pretty standard, maybe a little on the higher end. Some workers are better than others, but overall my friend and I have had positive experiences.

I am very picky when it comes down to my nails and I like my acrylics to be very thin which most places cannot do that even when it is requested. But at Majestic they listen to me and I got the nails that I wanted. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
