Junior was kind and patient with my husband and I. He took his time to explain everything to us. It really made a difference so we can better understand how our AC unit works. We signed up for the Gold Maintenance Plan, which will make all the difference in the world for years to come (as long as we renew the plan each year), which I believe is worth it.Junior’s partner was great, too. Very disappointed! The technician that worked on our A/C unit was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a major issue on a Sunday with water dripping out of our unit, flooding the floor. We called the Emergency number and were told that the earliest someone could come out was Monday afternoon. We have an existing service contract and extended warranty contract. We had to contact our handyman to come out and get the problem under control which he immediately did and came again as the problem re-surfaced. We are very disappointed with the lack of attention to an emergency situation from Dell-Air; and this was not our first issue trying to get a response from a supervisor. Does not seem to be company they once were. We would not recommend to a potential new customer.
People in dispatch are not good at relaying information and setting appointments. Takes more than 2 days to get an appointment and I have had the same issue with my ac for over a week and still no ac. They dont seem to think that not having ac is important in this hot weather. They cant give you a specific time and they send people when you specifically told that that time would not work which of course made me have to schedule another appointment! Issue is not resolved and over $300 later no ac! Dont recommend this company at all!
Great experience. Our service person Hoffman did a great and thorough job. He explained everything so we are better educated on how to care for our unit. He found and fixed a potential problem which enables us to have peace of mind. We will definitely request Hoffman for future visits.

Who ever drivers truck 1334 should be ashamed at the way you just think you can cut people off with no turn signal as well. Employing horrible drivers is not good for business, it is a rolling bill board. I wont every use you because of that.
Every time we use this company they have been on time, professional, and very informative about whats going on with the unit that they are there for. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a good A/C repair person.

This is by far one of the worst companies my husband and I have dealt with. They installed our unit in our new home and we paid to have the extended warranty and kept up with all of the recommendations by the company and manufacturer. Even paying for the extended warranty and paying for extra recommendations by Del Air, only after being in our new home for three years to have mold in the vents, surrounding the vent in the dry wall, and in the insulation. However they refuse to accept responsibility and take care of the issue. After repeated calls and unreturned phone calls, we are having to resort to using another company to repair their incompetent work. I would not recommend this company at all for any AC or heating work you need done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.***Dont believe that they will be responsive to you in any amount of time by this post and the response in 13 minutes. Both my husband and I called immediately and got no response AGAIN. Just like every other day with every other supervisor and higher up in this awful company. That either do not answer or do not call back.

I called for a diagnose over a weird noise that my unit was making. The technitian said that it was caused by frogs jumping in the unit which sounds really weird, so I asked the technitian to show me some frog skulls or something like that because I doesnt makes sense to me... He couldnt proff his point but still charged me $120 for service, I said I wasnt paying for that but still had a derogatory mark on my credit record for this $120 bill that didnt make sense at all...So many things could be done different on this scenario that I cant count them... at the end I just paid the bill to fix my score but they lost a customer that was with them since 2017.

Professional, curteous, but dont count on an honest diagnosis. My system is a 2011 - 3.5 ton Carrier. Evaporator coil needed cleaning. They quoted me $2600 for coil replacement, citing the units age, and offered no alternative. Im still unclear as to the 10 year warranty (Del-Air installed the unit). Multiple other expert opinions subsequently disagreed, and the system was ultimately cleaned, thouroughly checked, and working like new for under $100. (Not by Del-Air)

I had del-air tech named Isidro. This was second time Isidro serviced my a/c unit. The man is a professional, thorough and honest. He was on time, explained issues and made simple repairs to avoid future disasters. Del-air is fortunate to have an employee like Isidro.
Technicians are fantastic! Hoffman was wonderful! Thank you. My only constructive criticism would be that they couldnt get to us right away. I called at 9am on a Monday and a tech wasnt available until late Tuesday afternoon. It was 94 degrees and we had to go without air for 48 hours, with 4 young daughters. We stuck with Del-air out of loyalty. Weve used them for years. We could have definitely got another company to come out same day but chose to be loyal to them. We bought our AC from Del-Air, we purchased an extended warranty with them and we pay an annual service contract with them for maintenance. Loyal, returning customers should get immediate service when in need. Regardless, they are very professional and always do a good job. Thank you for your service.

If you expecting a GOOD Technician I Would like to recomended you a honest and dedicated tech in DEL-AIR **ISIDRO PEREZ**.My A/C stop working. When costumer service answered my call I told him my A/C wasnt working, he told me they didnt have any technicians available until Monday I told him its an emergency I dont have A/C as Im going to be left without A/C until Monday (I called on Saturday). I was passed to the supervisor in charge.I explained everything again.... He inform me he can probably send a technician early next day (Sunday) I told you its an emergency I dont have air conditioning is not working.... He told me Ok let me see what I can do...I would call back in 1 hrs (I never received the call back) I called back 2 Hrs after to customer service.I was informed that a technician was on its way. Thanks to the honesty of this Technician **ISIDRO PEREZ** He respond to my service call and I was able to solve the problem of my A/C. Thank you ISIDRO!!! I hope DEL-AIR values you as exceptional EMPLOYEES.Keep in mind Guys A/C NOT COOLING Is a priority CALL no matter what!
The technician arrived on the appointment time and was wearing a mask and paper covers on his shoes. He discovered that the drain line was almost completely blocked. He cleared the blockage and cleaned the A/C . The technician was very professional at all times and completed the service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Del- Air for any A/C problems you may have.
I would give them a 5 star rating, but they still use a 4-hour block of time to schedule visits for regular maintenance. I understand that when they get under the hood they might encounter unforeseen issues, but (a) if they use one crew for maintenance calls and a separate crew for emergency repairs that could tighten the window. As it was, they still had to extend the window another hour {into our dinner time). Allen was a great tech. Explained everything he did, was thorough and efficient. Had an excellent manner and cleaned up his mess. {sorry about typos}; the review site didnt allow me to see what I was typing}.

We are 7 years into our 10 year service contract with DelAir. The technicians are always professional and thorough.
It is a shame when you have purchase a added service agreement you have 2 of your air-conditioning units go out and they promise to be there the next day and you wait, calling 3 times though out the day just to find out at 8 pm they are not coming.What a sad way to run a business. They take your money promise prompt service for you and when you have 2 air conditioning units go out so your up stairs is 89 deg. Our poor daughter but also our master and spare bedroom is 82 degrees all with the Florida summer humidity. If they were too busy to get to us tell us i would have gotten someone else to fix it. I called to have this done Saturday morning at 8:45 they are a 24 hour service company but 8:30 pm Sunday night and another night no air and our dog panting again for another night.Lesson learned do not pay for any extra services, do not use a multi city company like Del-Air they are to big to care.
I am giving 5 stars because the technician Clive was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was on his way. Thank you Clive for your great customer service. On the other hand, very disappointed that I had to wait all day for service. Literally arrived 4:45 pm....I called the customer service line numerous times during the day to find out if service was going to be morning or afternoon and no one could tell me... Very disappointed in the way appointments are set up even though telephone reps were nice and courteous. You don’t get to talk to someone in a local office to get that info.

The guys were punctual and fairly professional. However as compared to the maintenance service I had from Del Air last time, this time did not measure up. Last year the guy sprayed down my coil with w cleaning solution, used a bleach solution to flush the condensate line etc. This year was none of that. They said the cleaning of the coil would be an upcharge. (He said they dont use bleach to flush the condensate line only water.) When I wouldnt spring for that he came to me with my capacitor was not to spec. When I wouldnt bite on that he came to me with your freon is low. I didnt spring for that either. Then his helper approached me and wanted me to sign that everything was done to my satisfaction. I wasnt so I wouldnt sign. I had already given them a check so they just left. A more local AC service might be a better bet. I only used these guys because they installed the unit in our new house in the first place.
Del Air has THE BEST technicians that I have ever worked with. They are thorough. Dont try to sell you what you dont need, yet does offer important upgrades for customers to consider.Will be using DelAir for all future needs! Keep up the great job DelAir!
These people are the most unprofessional AC people I have ever encountered. I called to simply get the size of my AC filter and they advised me to call the builder that built my house. I hired them to install my AC unit. You would think they can at least give me that information. Especially since I just cut my finger removing the incorrect size filter that was installed with the unit. Sad very sad. I was transferred to the “scheduling department” and the girl that spoke to me said there was nothing she or the company can do for me. Again all I needed was a filter size!!! Don’t be fooled these people.

Del-Air is a great company. Used them first time to install a smart thermostat (Ecobee). Then today to troubleshoot my heat pump. Turned out the condensate line was clogged. John Morrison this time. Explained everything.

I called for someone to go to my home and check my AC. The person said yes we can have someone go and to check it; it will be $75 so I agreed. Today they went into the home and the Technician called me to let me know what it was and I said okay let me speak to my husband and ill give you a call to let you know if we will go forward with it. Well he proceed to tell me well I already fixed it and you have to pay me for it. I proceed to tell him that that is not okay and they need to call people before they do something. What if someone does not have the amount of money there asking for the repair? He told me well we suppose that you wanted it fixed. Yes but what if I didnt have that amount? In this case I did not have the amount in my bank account so I had to call someone to lend me the money so I could pay for this. This is really an unprofessional service.

Sam and another gentleman (Im sorry I didnt get his name) came out late on Thursday 10/10/19 to fix one of our units that was not functioning. They worked on it, but could not finish the job because it was late and Sam said he had to come back to find an additional leak (all the coolant leaked out). Sam came early on Saturday 10/12/19 and found and fixed the other leak. He was kind enough to do a total tune-up on both of our units. I was going to call your office today (10/14) to schedule the tune-up, but he said he would do it on Saturday. I really appreciated his gesture! He took his time and really did a very thorough job. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. I told him that I was late in calling your company for a tune-up because I had a very bad back injury. He was so kind to come on a Saturday and help us. Sam is a really good employee and an asset to your company. The other gentleman was also very nice!

Just had a complete new Trane air conditioning system installed at my home 7/24/2020 . We had 2 great guys show up on time and were very professional . I cant say enough about the experience . From the sales rep (Derrick Esp) to the great couple of installers (Frank Garcia / Elisnel Bermudez ) . The install team has the best work ethic I have come across in a very long time . These 2 guys are ROCK STARS in my book . The detailed work they performed was above and beyond my overly scrupulous self idealism . So being said, any other customers that will get a chance to have these incredible guys do the install for you will understand this review . I highly recommend this company and its awesome installers .
We have had Del Air for about two years now and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service. Technicians have always arrived quickly when we needed them the most. Have always been knowledgeable and able to address the problem quickly and without having to come back for a second visit. Would highly recommend them for regular maintenance. Most importantly, technicians are not glorified sales people, and they have never tried to sell me something which I don’t need, which is why I dumped our last AC company.

Never called and had to work thru several people in parts to learn status after (2) twenty minute holds on Monday. Perhaps they are too big now and left hand does not know what right hand is doing, however, fair to say first experience with this company has been disappointing to be kind

This was for an annual AC maintenance and the serviceman showed up timely and did a thorough service. He was respectful of Covid 19 safety protocol, answered all of my questions and provided good information.
We have had Del-Air provide services for several years. Always dependable and thorough when performing maintenance check ups. Isidro was our technician today and he was very conscientious and thorough.

A/C condenser coil was leaking and needed replaced on a unit that was installed less than 5 yrs ago. Part itself was warrantied but still had to pay $1650 to install. Took over 2 weeks to get the part so we were without a/c during this time. DelAir says it does not keep in stock and is required to obtain from manufacturer Carrier, but, Carrier says it is up to its distributors to stock parts. Extremely unhappy with Carrier’s poor customer service and focus and would never again purchase their products.

Benjamin arrived as promised with 5 minutes of the agreed time. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and fixed the system for a reasonable charge. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me and the owner who we reached by phone. Excellent service.

I have had the top of line DelAir maintenance plan for past five years with checkups done twice a year. My last checkup was June 7.My AC completely stopped working on Sunday, Aug 4. Made an emergency service call and technician arrived within 2 hours.Technician quickly discovered that the drip line was completely clogged. There is no way the line would clog in just 2 months. This means the technician who performed the June service neglected to vac the line, or was not thorough.Additionally, the emergency call technician said there was no record of my 10+ maintenance services and/or repairs. He said the guys forget to enter the information. What??I am happy with the emergency service I received to get my AC running again. However, I am disgusted with the prior technicians who short-changed my services and did not document work done.
