We need a new A/C unit and saw the great ratings from ac fast and decided to give them a call. They came out today to give us their recommendation and a quote. They was so honest and helpful. I shared the other 2 quotes I already received with their and they helped me compare the quotes apples to apples. They was very detailed and easy to understand. They really went above and beyond by doing more research on a unit another company was recommending to make sure it was good and they was so honest to tell us it was a good unit at a good price. Wow!We ended up going with the company that provided us the lower quote for our new unit but I would still highly recommend calling ac fast solutions for maintenance or to get a quote on a new unit. It can be difficult to find an honest company with great service and they really seem to be just that.

I scheduled ac fast solutions to perform a service check and maintenance on both of our air conditioning units. They showed up on time, and performed the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. They checked both units, performed some minor repairs, thoroughly tested both units, cleaned both units, and took the time to explain whats working well, what needed to be repaired, and what to watch out for, but didnt need repair right away. Everything was clearly explained with pictures of each item that was inspected/checked/repaired.Also appreciated was the phone calls and text messages, keeping me looped in on exactly when they would arrive. Our units are over 20 years old, and will need to be replaced at some point. Based on this experience with ac fast, they have earned an opportunity to bid when were ready to replace!

My units were 22 yrs old and I got three different quotes to replace them. Ac fast solutions was the most reasonable, did not pressure me and were very responsive the entire way through the process. I had to set nearly everything up for installation and financing while out of town and they were great as far as keeping in contact and being flexible and accommodating. We had an old unit, over 10 years old, that needed to be replaced. Ac fast solutions came in with a competitive quote AND even added extra work not provided by other companies. They were very informative, told us a bit about the company (without being over preachy), and were not pushy to get the sale.Fortunately, they were able to squeez us in within two weeks since we were having roofers come out in exactly 2 weeks. They did an amazing job installing a new unit. They worked really hard in the heat. They was very honest during the sale process and sold us the equipment that would meet our needs. They recommended us to change the unit. We were happy to learn that our new unit was made in the USA. When they left, everything was cleaned. We would only use ac fast solutions for our HVAC services. Our old unit broke on a Sunday, ac fast called me back on Monday at 8am, they came on Monday, they came on Tuesday and we had the unit installed today. Amazing services, professionals and courteous. Ac fast solutions was a great company to work with. I recently got a new HVAC and insulation blown into my house. They were on time, very professional and did a great job. I love that they communicate the day before by email and send a text when they are in the way. The crew of installers were great and left everything nice and clean. They even swept the garage from the insulation dust that was left behind.

Second time Ive called ac fast solutions. This time our AC went out at 2 AM. Called them at 8:00 AM and had a technician to my house by 11:00. Quick diagnoses & repair. Had the system fixed for a very reasonable price.Previously called them when our heat went out. Same response time. Both technicians also answered a lot of questions i had about our old HVAC.No pressure, no up sell and reasonably priced.

Very professional. Our technician was respectful and explained what he was doing and what his diagnosis and plan was. Took time to cover his shoes with booties no matter how frequent and how short his trips were in and out of the house.He also showed pictures and explanation of the work involved. Had to do it. Didnt want to do it. But I had to. My AC was original. 23 years old. Ugh. On the hotter days I could tell it was a struggle to keep the house at 80 degrees. It was time.So I started the process. Got some bids. Of course it was way more than I had hoped but the last time I purchased an AC unit was in 1993 in Minnesota so I know $1500 wasnt in the cards this time. I had another AC company come out to do a tune up. Less than 24 hours later, my AC (which previously worked fine) stopped blowing cold air. AC Fast Solutions team came out and identified the problem immediately. The other guys had drained my freon. They helped me understand the issue and advised me on how to get it fixed... Without charging me a dime. I was able to get the first guys back out to fix the problem they created, but I never would have been able to do that without AC Fast Solutions honesty. We saw our AC making noises and hot air coming from it. so I called AC Fast Solutions, They arrived here in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes.They are honest, friendly and intelligentWill use agin.

Our A/C stopped cooling in one of the units at our house. We called a company who said they would arrive by 5 p.m. They showed up at 9 p.m. and looked at the AC unit in the dark to tell us it would cost around $1500 to repair a leak and recharge refrigerant. We told him no thank you and the next day found AC Fast Solutions number on line. I called and left a message. They responded immediately and was at our house in 30 minutes after giving me the choice of that appointment or the next day!! It took them 20 minutes to test 4 units and recharge one for a total cost of $200.

Great price for install, great work, the gentleman who came to my house and quoted me was honest and friendly. But whoever is running there office is beyond unprofessional and it’s been over a month and half and still no hvac inspection called in with the city. Have called weeks after weeks to just get my call closed on. 5 star work and price, but 0 stars for back end service

AC Fast Solutions was awesome! They were so quick to get back to me and scheduling a time to assess pur air conditioning system and then the technician was there early and waited for us because we werent available until my appointment time. They are able to diagnose the problem right away and was in and out within 20 minutes. They are so nice and even gave me recommendations on how to take care of our AC system to prevent similar issues in the future. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues!

Their employees driving their vehicles are a hazard to peoples lives. I was driving behind a Van today license plate ending in C61 (or CG1?) And he almost caused a 4 car pile up getting into the on ramp for I75 S from colonial slamming on his brakes on the ramp. After we got on to the highway he was erratically swerving in and out of traffic looking at his cell phone driving easily over 90mph. I will never use your company because of this and any time someone brings up your companies name I will tell them not to use you. Perhaps GPS vehicle monitoring would be a good direction to start.

They were very fast and helpful. Our AC went out around 7pm during the summer and they were able to come out and fix it that night. Our baby was hot and i dont think she would have slept without it. Thank you for fixing it so fast and in the dark at that!
