We had some drainage from the unit and were concerned that we would have to purchase a new HVAC. John came over and looked at the system and told us that we did not need a new unit but instead he could install a drip pan to help resolve the problem. We were quite relieved. John was completely honest in the repairs needed and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. He told us to take our time and call when we were ready to move forward.

Called and they tried to fix my problem over the phone. I was so pleased that they even tried to explain what I might need to do on my own. Was not an easy fox so they came out to the house. Fair. Helpful and honest. Did not think that this was a thing anymore. Hard to know who trust anymore. I do now and I recommended them to everyone. Bet some days they wish I didn’t. Thanks joe and John

John and Joe were both excellent. John was particularly helpful to this Floriday newbie in pointing out various aspects of living with FL humidity in the summer. These guys were very nice and extraordinarily competent. I know this because when the county inspector showed up the day after installation to check their work, he made the unsolicited comment that these guys are pretty good at what they do. Never in my life have I heard an inspector say this about any contractors no matter how good they are. This alone is strong testament to the work they perform and the manner in which they do it. I couldnt be happier with my new AC and with Anytime. I will recommend them to anybody I know that needs AC service in the Ft. Myers area!

Joe came out on Sunday and diagnosed my AC problem. He ordered the part and got me running. Hes fair, methodical, and most importantly, trustworthy. If you need a repair on your AC, hes the man to call. I wont use anyone else.
