I have been to this salon a total of 3 times. The first time was perfect, thats why I came back. I got my toes, fingernails, and eyebrows done. Everything was great.The second time was questionable. The woman who did my pedicure filed off the old nail polish instead of just using nail polish remover. 😑 😒. She ruined my natural nails. Also, she cut the side of my nail so much that I saw blood coming from my big toe.The third time I came was today and I just got my fingernails done with acrylic. The process started off great, but only got worse. When the guy was filing my nail after applying the acrylic he tried to file them so thin into a rectangle shape; which I did not want. He told me he had to because my nail bed is so small; I dont agree 😒. Next after he applied a first coat of nail polish I told him he missed a spot. He told me that it was skin and if he painted over it it would not look good. He then proceeded to file MY NAIL AWAY! 😒😒. WhenI told him he was filing my nail away he had the AUDACITY to tell me that my nails are too wide. 😒😒😒 Too wide??? Thats absurd. We argued about that for a good minute. He also told me, and I quote, it wont look good. I know what look good and what dont look good. I was fed up at that point. I just didnt say anything after that.I also did not appreciate that he left acrylic crust all around my nails nor the fact that he did not glaze my cuticles in cuticle oil. Today was a bad experience.

I love this nail salon, and ever since I moved out of the area, I miss it. The ladies in here hustle! While Ive felt rushed at times to pick out my nail color (to be fair, I can be very indecisive), they never rush on the quality of their work. Theyve even stayed late for me (I was the only one in there 30 minutes after closing hours), and they took their time to make it perfect! I felt so bad, but they were very gracious and polite. My gel nails last at least 3-4 weeks looking fresh after going here, and the pedicures are wonderful. Id highly recommend.

It was my first time going there and it’s going to be my last time. He didn’t pleased me, It was quite awful he shaped my acrylic nails to different size there to uneven. And he used the drill file and hurt my skin causing them to bleed. I asked for coffin nails he seem confused, He did a poor job.

Horrible service!!!! They don’t listen. They do what they want and they use very cheap nail polish that falls off. Don’t go there!!!! Save your money

Horrible, They Only Do Great Service If You Leave Big Tips. I Had To Keep Telling The Lady Who Did My Nails To Redo It More That 5× And She Knew She Messed Up On Purpose. The One Who Did My Toes Just Didnt Care What Amount Of Polish She Put On There. They Make Fun, And Laugh At You In A Different Language If You Complain.

I’m not one for negative reviews but this is a must- if you come here, DO NOT let them use cuticle clippers on you. I got a major infection and am now on antibiotics for it. BE careful and go somewhere cleaner than this place.

My sister and I went in to get our nails done & they are HORRIBLE & OVERPRICED for bad quality. Don’t go here, they left my nails bumpy, oddly shaped, and cracking. Horrible.

Don’t waste your time. I went in for dipping powder and a gel pedicure. They have like 5 colors for dipping powder, didn’t offer me a color wheel for my toes (asked me to tell them the color, that’s it) and then had the audacity to make me wait 10 minutes sitting in cold water. I got up and left. They didn’t even notice lol TRASH AF. It stinks and it’s dingy.

Thanks Salon.I especially love that when I tell them I want my nails as short as possible, they actually do it. Ive gone to other places where they still keep it long even though thats not what I really want.

Good place however i noticed my gel nails dont last but i love getting my pedicure and lashes here the down side for me is it appears to be only 3 workers husband wife and the pedicure lady so wait times maybe an issue anyways i like the way she does my lashes so i wait😷

Butchered my nails and feet. Asked for square got round. Didnt listen to a thing that was asked. Great foot massage tho. As if that could excuse the rest.

Very dirty and definitely not following any regulations. my nails looked fine, but i was paranoid about the quality and cleanliness of the tools the entire time.I also looked through all of the reviews and they are clearly purchased because the reviewers have left dozens of reviews on a variety of nail places in random cities.. don’t trust this place.

I love this place. They are always very nice and take the time to listen to what I need (even though sometimes I am not sure lol) I leave happy every time

I RECOMMEND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Nails didn’t even last for 3 days, on top of that the guy who did my nails was very rude poor customer service, and he rushed.. I told him he needed to fix the polish on my nails he yelled at me complaining if he did he would have to start all over. I would never go back to this place, my nails were coming off fast and felt more like “Press on” than Acrylic. Please make a wise choice before coming here. If I could give it “0 STARS” I would.

Very very bad service. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. Work is very sloppy and they refuse to fix mistakes that they make on your nails and refuse to refund. My pedicure was hideous . I repeat DO NOT COME HERE ‼️They are trash. They lack talent!

Horrible service and very poor quality. They had a child doing my nails. When I complained about the quality of the work. they said I was too picky and mean. PAY AND GO!!!They had not even finished. Nails were not even. polish was was all over my Cuticles

I went multiple times and realized the owner used to charge whatever she thinks is the right price. refill of acrylic nails no gel is 25? too expensive for the service. she would make you sit with whoever and their work is not the best. they are not rude but I think they overcharge for their work. you want shape on your nails add another 8 dollars

I went there for a mani/pedi and I got the jel polish on my nails. My nails looked terrible and my polish chipped in less than two days. The guy that gave me a pedi cut into my skin and caused an infection in my toe. I will never recommend this salon to anyone and I will not return to this place..

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALONI came to this nail salon on Sunday march 19 2017 and did a full set. I had to come back on Monday because the nails fell off. The owner tells me its my fault and say to come back the next day to let the lady who had original did it fix them.its been 4 days of continual come back shes not here. Today I went back and sat and waited for almost an hour to have her tell me shes not fixing my nails that I paid $45 for.
