This used to be a great nail salon but was sold and now its called SunLee Nails Spa. I was very disappointed.. I asked for coffin style nails and a design, and my nails came out awful. They dont have the shape I asked for, the put so much material it looks like I have a bumps on my nails, they couldnt do a simple line design so I had to ask him to just forget the design. They couldnt even paint my nails right I have gel over my cuticles. Its like they have no idea what they are doing. They are overpriced and poor quality. Now I have to look for another nail salon to get my nails fixed because they are awful. Definitely not coming back or recommend to anyone.

I took my friend here for her birthday 🎂 🥳 We got a $12 discount because she felt bad for her since shes disabled. The design came out great and she enjoyed herself.

I have been coming here for years Unfortunately, it has been sold New name is SunLee It isn’t the same at all Only one person, Ivy would I consider scheduling with The man that did my nails earlier today left ridges in each nail, so I had to return to correct, he also rinsed his debridment tool in MY water UGH Not sure who even has a license here,, be forewarned There are so many options in this vicinity

This was my 3rd or 4th time having my nails done at this salon and Tuan did an AMAZING job. I called to come in on my break (same day) and they took me right away upon arrival. He was very precise, welcoming, and did an AMAZING job. I needed three nails fixed on top of the refill and he worked his magic. I definitely recommend going to this nail salon if youre ever in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Not to mention the cleanliness on top of the professionalism and quality of work will exceed your expectations. Great experience and my nails are BOMB (compliment received as soon as I arrived back at my office).Thank you Tuan!!!!!

After 2 months waiting to get my pedicure done because of the pandemic issues I was so desperate to find somewhere open while driving by I saw this place and stop in to have a pedicure, I showed him the jell color I wanted and after I walk out it was completely different, instead of baby pink this guy painted my nail baby orange color. My heel’s still felt crusty after he was finished, they did not even give a feet massage, or hot towel I will not go back.

I can be gone for months, and they always remember my name and greet with a very sincere and warm greeting. Youre treated like family. Ive been to closer places to my home, and its just not the same! These people not only care about their creative & precise work, but you as well!

They always do a great job on my nails and eyebrows. They are friendly if you have fun and respect them. I will come back

Shape and design are okayI asked for a simple half moon, showed pictures and all. No interest. I was charged 10 extra dollars for it. Which I understand........if it was delivered right. I will reshape and paint them myself and try a different spot.

Was in town on business had a free morning. Walked in, no appointment on a Thursday morning. I recieved a pedicure They had customers but not crazy busy. Shop was clean and service was kind and friendly. I read the other reviews before going but my experience at this shop was the opposite from the critics. I would happily use this shop again.

My mom and I are frequent regulars at this salon, and its by far the best place weve ever experience when it comes to nails. From acrylics to manicures and pedicures. We leave satisfied and well done nails!No other salon weve tried has yet to live up to the service here, not even Mimis.

Today I had a Gel manicure the service was horrible. I have never in my life felt such disrespect. After getting my nails done, I was simply paying for my services when I was greatly disrespected. The swiper attached to the phone asked if I wanted an email or printed receipt. I selected printed receipt. The young man that held the device didnt speak English and proceeded to give the device to the manager. He yelled at me, What did you do? I simply stated, I selected printed receipt. He started telling and slamming things down in front of me. When he was asked to please lower his voice because I did nothing wrong. The disrespect continued. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. If I a woman of color, had raised my voice I would had be called getto and the situation would have been dismissed. They charged my card, said it wasnt charged, but after checking my credit it realized they did. I also paid cash after they said the credit card machine did not take because I selected printed receipt. Read the reviews. Dont give them your business!!

Horrible customer service!! I went yesterday and asked for a french manicure with different colors. After she did all the tips (30 min later) she said she couldnt do the colors I wanted. I was out of time so I asked to come back today at the same time for a redo. I got no apology, no discount. I got there today and 20 min later I found out she had forgotten my appointment and when I asked if someone else could do it they said Were all busy, cant you see?. When I spoke to the manager he gave me attitude and asked me to come back tomorrow. This was my first visit and I will NOT go back. Stay away!

Ive known this young Vietnamese couple for about 15 years. They are professional and very skilled at their art. They accommodate men as well as women, their equipment is totally steralized, place is ventilated to code so no strong odors, their employees are hand picked for their skill and how they treat customers. They do manicures, pedicures, waxing from head to toe in a private room. They recently replaced all their furniture with brand new everything and I joked with them about it. Luan and Sandy also care about their clients. So if you have a medical issue like I have, they are aware and prepared to assist. I have observed them with one of their handicapped clients who was in a wheelchair. Made no difference. She was taken care of like everyone else. I wont go anywhere else. Located at North Andrews and 62nd, by the Regal Theatre at the Northeast end of the strip. Plenty of parking. Oh, they do have a restroom which is emaculate.

Love everyone there but make an appointment. Very busy.

I went in for a regular French manicure. They put gel on. I never get my nails done so I dont know the difference. I NEVER said gel at all, at anytime. My nails are now disgusting and they charged me for a service I DID NOT ask for. I was definitely taken advantage of.

Been going here frequently for the last 3 years. Staff are friendly and giggly, owners truly care about their customers if you dont treat them like theyre your slaves or act like a pompous premadonna. They are gentle, quick and if you let them know ahead of time they you are on a tight schedule, they will get the job done.If you do not like a nail salon that will not tolerate snotty tudes, do not come here. If you want a place that will remember your name and respect repeat customers, I recommend them.Luan is the best!!

I HAVE BEEN COMMING HERE FOR YEARS BUT NO MORE . I went in to have my naiils fixed and I was prepared for them to tell me i will need to do a full set however the reponse i received was child like and not professional at all i was told by the man in this picture that he dont have time to do that and repeated it again two more times even louder and walked away. I caught myself lowering myself to his stanards and walked out and he was very rude and igmorant and it only takes one person to mess it up . I THINK MONEY MY MOMEY CAN BE SPENNT AT BETTER PLACE THAN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Going fotward as long as he is employed there II WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU WANT TO GET RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIIS PLACE WITH THIS REDICULOUSNESS.

If you are a person of color, do not come here, they make you feel so little. If I had the opportunity to put no star I would. This is my third time trying this place out and was by far the worst! Every time I walk in there they have always seem to have an attitude as soon as I walk in for no reason. I made an appointment three times and always get treated differently than anyone else. Today I walked in with my 12pm appointment and as usual I have to wait. I waited then the guy started with my color change on my feet. Upon him being done, I ask well how long for my fill, he says when do you have to leave. Why should that matter I ask how long for my fill. I told him I was on break and that is why I made an appointment he said well I can’t finish it that fast. I said okay well I will pay for my toes and go. He then began talking about me in another language, which is so disrespectful! I paid for my toes and he snatch the money and was still talking about me in his other language. By far the worst nail place I have ever been to.

VERY EXPENSIVE !!! .. VERY EXPENSIVE !!!$ 106 per manicure and pedicure of my girls of 11 and 14 years old. Uneven nails, without form, with traces of paint around. They did not remove the dirty under the nails. 2 1/2 hours for each one. I never return !!!
