Really nice employees and great atmosphere. My pedicure felt so nice and relaxing I almost fell asleep in my chair! 4 stars because a different customer getting a manicure stormed out without paying because the nail tech did something that was not sanitary so it did concern me a little bit. My experience, however, was very good and everything seemed sanitary.

I dont write reviews but this time its impossible not to. Michael is amazing however the other girls didnt care to do a good job.Went there a few times. The last time I went there for a gel manicure and pedicure. The worker didnt even removed the cuticles and just put the gel polish without making it even. They were having an argument whilst doing my nails and rushing to get out of there. Hate to say that was not professional at all. The next day the polish started to come out and my nails were getting stuck on my hair. I went back to fix it and they simply applied more and more coats making it thicker and clearly will come off sooner than the promised 3 weeks. My pedicure I wont even comment. Not worth the 70$.

Came here because my usual place wasnt open. Everyone was friendly, however I never received the callous remover treatment included in my upgraded pedicure, and not even a week later my gel manicure is peeling off on its own. $120 later, Im very disappointed...

We were staying at the Renaissance across the way and decided to check this spot out. They got us right in and took great care of us.

Had an appointment for 5.30 and only got served at 6.20. Not really busy at all. The owner went absolutely crazy and started arguing with one of her staff right infront of all the customers. The pedicure very average, nice paint job on my toes but didn’t scrub my feet at all. Will not come again

I only had my nails on for two days. Day one, the nail came completely off. I got the SNS dip. I went to get it fixed and day two, another nail is off! I give up! I will never come here again. I never had an whole complete nail fall off. I feel like I have press ons!

My nails look very good but while I was getting my nails done the I got nicked many times by the nail drill My nail heated up and started to burn my finger from the nail drill. While my nails were being filed the lady was pushing so hard on the side of my nail my skin is raw from where my skin and nail connect. Kinda disappointed.

I received the most amazing gel French manicure/ pedicure from here. A man did it, I didn’t get his name, but he made sure to take his time and perfect my nails. I’ve received so many compliments on my mani and pedi.

I had come to this nail place once before so was trying to find a regular nail place and be a loyal regular. I called at 2 pm and made an appt at 5 and then called when I realized I was running late getting off work to push back my appt to 5:30. I was told it was no problem at sll. Got there at 5.33 literally (took a picture) and they told me “oh he has someone else, come back later”. Then when I asked how is that possible they started speaking in another language. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. How would they feel if that was done to them. Then to top it off by speaking to each other in a language I obviously don’t understand. Definiteky would not recommend this place if you like to be respected. Woukd give them 0 stars if I could. Made me cry

The staff was very inviting and I highly recommend going here over ANYWHERE in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of like a king. Very professional and clean.

So I went in with 2 family members and myself. We all got pedicures. I live local and this was my first time there. Two of us got the Signature pedicures and 1 got a basic. For the two of us that got signature, it was suppose to include a leg scrub of a sort, callous remover and finish with a lavender oil massage and hot towel. One of us did not get the callous remover at all, I only did because I questioned why they weren’t doing it. Neither of us got a lavender oil massage. We paid $12 extra dollars to not get what we paid for. Other then my toes being painted and cut, my feet are no smoother then before I went. Needless to say I will not be going back. Not a good way to ensure repeat business. I had way better pedicures where I used to live and I will be continuing to look for a place that compares.

This nail salon is in a very relaxing environment and is always kept very clean. They do a great job with my nails and the gel last up to 3 weeks. The only con is the parking lot gets packed during lunch time and it can take 10 minutes waiting for a spot.

Great place to get SNS nails! They close at 7:30 but were willing to do a pedicure and nails right before closing. Extremely clean and professional place! I love how close to the port they are located. I highly recommend Michael and or Tina.

I waited for a whole hour and still didn’t get any service . What they SHOULD have done is told me “ we don’t have any availability at the moment all of our artist are currently unavailable, would you like to set up an appointment or come back at so and so time ? “ instead they just through me on chair with cold water for my feet to soak in . And 3 woman got taken care of before me . How great right . I just went to nails by Cindy and they were AMAZING and honest. Next time say something, people have stuff to do and have a life other than sit at a salon for 4 hours :) do better to be better

I went to Ultimate for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Tiffany introduced me to dipped polish and I will never go back to gel! I definitely recommend her!

The guy rushed through my French pedicure. The white lines on my French pedi weren’t just a little off from being straight, it looked like he accidentally smeared them & could care less about fixing his mistakes.

The only thing missing is a glass of 🍷! I was introduced to this nail salon by my boss who had the powder nails completed at the salon and was so impressed purchased me a gift card to go and try the powder. The powder nails have held up beautifully and no cracks, breaks or any issues in over 2 weeks! I am the worst on nails. The staff are friendly and professional. Parking was easy and always a spot. I have been back a second time to refresh the powder and a pedicure. The pedicure chairs may not be the latest and greatest but the massage buttons work and do the same job getting into my back muscles like the new chairs. This is hands down my new favorite nail salon

I would never go to this place again! The girl that did my nails did exactly what I told her not to do and as she was doing it. Also she cut me 2 times both in the manicure and in the pedicure. I chose an enamel color and they applied another because it was prettier. The quality of work very bad. Polish of uneven nails. Very bad experience.

Came in unsure of what color I wanted to get, picked a white sparkly one, wanted to change to white chrome was told “it was expensive I didn’t want that” when in fact I did. Lol. Not a week later the paint is chipped, and nails are already overgrown. Pretty thick powder too. Staff was pretty friendly aside from assuming what expensive is to me

I would never go to this place again! The girl that did my nails did exactly what I told her not to do and as she was doing it I was saying no this is not what I want and she was saying ok while she still kept doing what she was doing. Didnt have time to redo because I had stopped by there on my way to the airport and was running late. They were not friendly all and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there!

Everyone is very friendly. The owner spends alot of her time with clients. Very clean and the staff is very competent. Its like a mini vacation spa for hands and feet 💖💖💖

These ladies only want to help wealthy looking people. I ran straight after work an hour before closing and they didn’t want to help me. Lady gave attitude because she didn’t want to help me . Not pleased with results.

I usually dont write a bad review about anything but this is the exception. They advertise that you dont need an appointment, when in fact you do. There were 3 us trying to get a pedicure on Sunday, Sept. 20 and when we couldnt seem to locate the place I called them on the phone. Not only did they not tell me how to find them but she told me that all 3 of us couldnt get a pedicure that day. It wasnt like I called them in the middle of the day. I called them as soon as they opened. So as far as their services I have no idea how good or bad they are but I know their customer service is terrible.

Got a nice pedi at a reasonable price. Located opposite my hotel and the staff referred me here for a pre cruise pedicure.If I remember right, it was around $26 give or take. I was not offered any upsells and the gal who did the pedicure was nice (a little hard to understand)Id return next time I am in the area. No issues, took my own polish, friendly staff and clean salon.
