I walked in to this location with no scheduled appointment for fingerprinting and was welcomed by the technician Ms.Tina, she was very respectful. My fingerprints were done in less then 15 minutes and I was out the door. She was very efficient and knowledgeable, 5 star service.

Contacted them about fingerprints for a CW application and they said it was would be accepted by the State of Florida. I submitted my prints twice and both times was rejected. Emailed DocuNow several times without any response.

Called Friday around 2:15pm. I was told they take walk-ins and to come before 5pm. I got there at 4pm and no one was there. She was out to lunch and I was offered to wait when I called. Unfortunately I had to pick my son up and couldnt wait. Im surprised when I originally called she didnt tell me was the only one there and shed be stepping out for an hour for lunch. I told her that I would come back tomorrow (Saturday) and again confirmed which times I should come. She said to come between 11am - 2pm. I got there around 12:30 and no one was there. No lights on, nothing. I tried to call and it went to voicemail. I figured with the good reviews this place would save me the hassle from running all the way out west but no such luck. I understand sometimes you need to step out but why take walk-ins and why not say Hey, lets schedule a time for you so I can make sure Im there. Just a waste of time both days.
