I used to work for Enterprise in college. This place just made me embarrassed for doing so. Placed a reservation and the car they had on site was not ready because it was UNSAFE TO DRIVE. They told us to go up the street to Massey Yardley to pick up the minivan we reserved. Drove there. WAITED ANOTHER HOUR. Finally received the car. IT WAS DIRTY... fingerprints, dirt on rugs, 1/4 tank full. If it were not for the fact we had to take a day trip with this car THE SAME DAY, we would have rejected it. Disgusted. Ashamed. Disgrace.

Cluster F to be honest. Waited an hour last pick up time, because “they were sold out the day the before”???? We booked weeks prior, come on now.At the very least have a sense of urgency. Poorly cleaned vehicle, Zero sense of urgency, no windshield washer fluid, and also first time renting a vehicle ever without a full tank of gas.Only get 1 star because Google makes me. Never using this location again, will drive/pay Uber more to have a better experience elsewhere.

I reserved a van over a month in advance. 30 minutes prior to my pick up time I get a call telling me they don’t have the van nor ANY vehicles available and it would be a 3-4 hour wait. Cars were being delivered and we were in line to get one. They said there was no need to come and wait at the store but they would call me when it was my turn. We had a need for a 7 person vehicle and spent half the day trying to secure another rental. It’s been a day and a half and Enterprise still hasn’t called me back about the reservation and they hang up when I call them.Horrible customer service. Why even make a reservation if you can’t honor it? That makes absolutely no sense and defeats the purposes of RESERVING A VEHICLE. There was absolutely no effort made to help us in any Wah. We had to pay almost double for a small cross over SUV at another rental and it pretty much ruined the first day of a trip. Avoid this branch at all cost.

This is my neighborhood Enterprise location, and I have been coming here for years whenever I need to rent a vehicle. The current employees at this Gunther VW location are wonderful. Mack, Kendall, Andrew, and also Kyra from the partner location who sometimes helps out are all very helpful and go out of their way to please customers. They work together well, and will hopefully be recognized for their dedication. Last week was Spring break and was extremely busy with a steady line of renters. The employees tackled the challenge with calmness and attempted to satisfy everyone. Enterprise is fortunate to have employees like this.

I reserved a convertabile, got there NOT AVAILABLE......WHAT???😳They give me a SUV. (My weekend is looking bleak already smh)The rep then tells me to try another Enterprise the next day, I call, they say its there I go same thing NOTHING!!...[You swear your dealing with a mom and pop bussiness not an official establishment.]Im Leaving parts out to shorten however as for Enterprise I dont know what to say about these people.Are they just so thirsty for the money that they would post vehicles they dont have just to get you in the door??I cant even say double check because the customer service will give you a false lead. This is really a gamble people. Play at your own risk.

DONT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!I had a terrible experience, reserved a pick up truck for a reason, came here on really sunny day, they tell me sorry we have no cars, no other places to rent a vehicle at the moment, 4 hours and half waiting outside under the sun, no one came over to offer at least a glass cold of water or anything, just one guy from cleaning section came over and said that there is a coffee machine inside of VW dealership that we can use.Every time when I asked about any updates the answer was Sir the corporate is aware about the situation, and we will come up with updates later. And after this they were watching movies on their phones! Absolutely 0 service, I have wasted half of a day to get at least an SUV. Very bad service, not renting again in my life from any enterprise!!

I’m a local guy who needed a rental while my car was being serviced by the Jeep dealership down the street. Enterprise conveniently shuttled me over to this location and the service was great! Sure, I had to wait a little to get my rental, sure the team was a little short staffed and overwhelmed, but they all maintained their cool and composure.Phylicia (hope I spelled it right) was very professional in assisting me and other more unruly customers. I also observed the manager Kendall, who I didn’t even work with that day, but the man had the patience of a saint! I overheard him talking on the phone to an upset customer and he maintained professionalism and calmness. I could tell Phylicia appreciated my patience and relaxed attitude amongst the “entitled crowd.” She was able to secure me a Dodge Ram (very unexpected) and was courteous to check me out and walk me through everything.Businesses aren’t perfect. “Corporate offices” make mistakes and overbook reservations. Taking out your frustrations on the front line staff is just rude and wrong. They’re just trying to help! Cheers to Phylicia and Kendall for being professional under pressure!

The Worst Place EEEVVVVVEEEERRRRR! I Literally Spoke To A Young Lady On The Phone Twice Before Going... She Told Me To Come In And Get A Car, I Dropped My Car Off Massey Hartley And The Enterprise At That Location Was Closed So The Young At This Enterprise Told Me To Come To Their Location And Pick A Car Up.. Got There Waited In Line Spoke To A Gentle By The Name Of Jerry Or Kendrick, Not Sure Because Different Employees Gave Me Different Names For Him.. BAD BUSINESS! He Was The Rudest, Nevertheless I Ended Up Waiting Still No Car, Spoke With Manager On Site ( Wasn’t Any Better) He Told Me I Have To Meet Them Monday Morning Back At Massey For A Rental Car.. Not being dramatic at all - avoid this enterprise at all costs.We rent an enterprise vehicle literally once per week.This one is sketchy, located behind a car dealershipWe showed up having reserved a luxury rental. When we got there, there were 5 other people in line waiting on a car. One salesman was working and helping outWaited two hours for a car - this location NEVER has cars in stock, when you show up you pretty much just wait for someone to hopefully return a car so that they can flip it and hand you the keys.We ended up getting into a Ford edge that was just brought back while we were waiting, far from a rental, but better than the only other option which was a minivan. Our car smelled like weed the whole trip and it rattled going down the highway, the trunk was dirty and they clearly barely cleaned it.They then charged us an extra $250 on top of what we were supposed to pay. Dont go here.

We rented a luxury car for our honeymoon. The day before we were to pick up the car, we were informed that our Enterprise location didn’t have that type of car and could only offer us a mid size basic car.. After reaching an upper level supervisor, they were able to secure us a luxury Audi. Upon picking the car up the day of our wedding, it was apparent that the car had been rented to people who smoked marijuana and at that point nothing could be done. The smell was overwhelming. No matter what we tried, the smell wouldn’t go away. We were going on a 7 day road trip and had to suffer with the smell the entire time.On day 5 of our trip the low pressure light came on for one of the tires. We stopped and had air put in, only to have the light go off again. We called the local enterprise and were told the only cars available were a pickup truck or a minivan. No one was willing to assist us with finding a nicer car. We were then told to go to a tire repair store and they could assist us and bill it back to Enterprise. Upon arrival at the tire shop, we were told there was a 3 hour wait to see the car. One of the managers was nice enough to quickly check the tire, determine nothing was in it, double check the tire pressure to make sure it was ok and told us Enterprise could reset the low pressure signal upon our return.Enterprise failed us miserably. We rented a luxury car (and paid for it), while having to endure the smell of marijuana our entire trip. I would seriously think twice before anyone considers renting a car through them, especially a luxury one..

I made a reservation months in advance for my rental. The day of the reservation date I arrived at my pick up time and there were many people in line waiting for cars. Due to covid, Enterprise had tents set up for us to wait while they get the car ready. Rob was the person who helped us that day, he was very attentive and also communicated very well with us since we had to wait. Since we do not feel so comfortable around so many people we as Rob to call us when it was our turn. He went above and beyond by going to our car when it was our time. The next time I rent a car I will definitely come back to this location.

This agency overbook and had 6 people waiting for cars long after their reservation times. Had to cancel my trip. Badly managed agency. The rep with the Liberty University jacket was incredibly gracious and tried to be nice but none of it was his fault. This is all on Enterprise. Won’t be using them ever again.

I had booked a reservation for 3/23 -3/28 was suppose to get car at 3:30 pm I didn’t get their in till 4:00pm I called and told them I would be little late. Once I arrived I was told had to wait a little no car available I said ok understandable it was spring break or what ever so they are busy. But I didn’t get a car in till about 6 pm and then it was so late they didn’t have time to clean the car I said fine just give me Clorox wipes and they did so I could wipe the car down. I just wanted to get to my hotel at that point was tired so I didn’t care they couldn’t clean it. Then the next day I went to start the car it kept saying no key fab detected which I clearly had the one key fab they gave me in my hand trying to start the car, so I tried and tried calling enterprise and couldn’t get thru kept saying all lines was busy. So after wasting couple hours trying to start car and get ahold of someone at enterprise my friend told me to look it up on YouTube and I did and I found a link on how to start 2020 Ford Fusion when it says no key fab detected and so I figured it out after watching video on YouTube. So wasted half a day trying get the car started after waiting few hours the day before to get car. Everything else went good in till we went Sunday morning to return the car about 4:30 am all the gates around the dealer was closed so you couldn’t even get in to return the car then I finally found an opening that had cones blocking the entrance so I had to move cones in order to get in to return the car 🤦‍♂️ The whole experience was really annoying and I never ever had problems with enterprise in the past and I always choose enterprise for my rentals.

****DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE**** I wish I was able to leave 0 stars. I normally like to only leave reviews when I had a positive interaction. However this was so bad I had to write a review to save others from dealing with the same experiences. After booking a car rental for almost a week in advance. The morning of the rental, I called to verify that the car was ready. I was told they had no cars at the moment and they will call me back in a few hours to see if they had any. This went on for awhile over 6 hours of waiting and calling them for updates. Long story short after going back and forth with the local center and corporate, it was determine no one in the area had any cars available. I was told a lie by the local manager that he told to corporate, saying he personally called me the night before to tell me that they was opening with no cars. All which was a lie and I would have found a much better company to do business with if he would have done so. I kept my reservation open and even requested to receive a call back from a DM. To see if they would even reach out to me with no avail. I found a much better company that was able to work with me last minute.

People write reviews for 2 reasons, either the Experince is really good or, in this case, TERRIBLE!!!! Completely Unreliable!! The customer service here isn’t up to par. It seems as if none of the workers or managers seem to care about their jobs nor the customers of Enterprise. It’s people and businesses like this that won’t last much longer. We understand that the locations are franchises and offer different types of management skills. This one is by far terrible. We were serviced by Kyra on March 12th and had an existing booking reserved for 12:00pm that day. We arrived no later than 2:00pm to come and find out that their had been a line of people waiting for cars for the last 3 Hours due to a “shortage” (what I call unorganized management) of vehicles . We then had to also wait our turn .... another 3 hours with out a car in Florida, how fantastic does that sound? After waiting til after 5pm, Kyra assured us that she would be kind enough to extend a 10% discount off our total price of the rental . Guess what?! She lied. A discount wasn’t applied, we wasted 3 hours just waiting around since there isn’t public transportation and the best part is, they aren’t ever around to pick up the phone. We have tried contacting them for the last 3 days to speak with someone in management, and there is never a response. As an owner of multiple business, I understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. The management team at this location is below standard mas the reps seem to follow in the very same footsteps . Wish you guys the best of luck. We will be reaching out to the regional manager and see if they would be willing to help .

All went perfectly on our rental with Enterprise, we were able to pick up early and start our journey across the country early. The vehicle performed well and we had no issues. The return was easy at the 4AM drop off and is was easy to receive confirmation that the car was returned as it was a no contact return. The closing receipt was received in 48 hours as advised. We always use Enterprise and we are pleased. Excellent.

Highest kudos to manager Rob for efficient, loyal and kind manner, really sticking with me through multiple phone calls by both myself and him, some of them not pleasant after I ended up with a flat tire & not enough communication within their roadside assistance peeps. The reason for one less star. But I’m going to rent from them again in another week because every person I dealt with personally was a super helpful, present and sincere human - (including their AAA driver) - and I developed a trust in them - important 🌟👍

I HIGHLY recommend finding another rental location. I reserved a car 3 weeks in advance. I even called and requested a pick up 3 weeks in advance. The day we were supposed to pick up the car, I called to verify I would be picked up. I was placed on hold without being asked an no one came back on the line. I called again an hour before pick up and was told by an arrogant man that they had no cars left. And had overbooked over 100 cars. I didnt even get an apology. No one could have called me prior so Im not stuck stranded out of town in a city Im not familiar with? Ridiculous! Im really shocked this is a company owned by Enterprise. Extremely unprofessional. Luckily I had booked a second rental at a Budget off of Federal Hwy. I went there and had a beautiful Impala waiting for me within 15 mins of arrival. I strongly recommend avoiding this place! You will end up almost stranded like I did!EDIT Their canned reply to this is just that. I emailed them as they asked under their reply. All I got was another standard canned response. Again, avoid this location.

I requested a vehicle for 12:00 pickup last Thursday. I booked the car through Kayak.com. I arrived on time. Unfortunately I hadn’t looked at the reviews of this place. There was no car available. The customer service is extremely poor. After waiting an hour and standing in the sun, the fix offered by the manager on duty was, “You can cancel if you want.”We continued to wait for another 45 mins. The manager on duty finally gave me his boss’ email. Her name is Melissa Lopez.I emailed Ms Lopez.I never received a response. Very pathetic service from top to bottom. Have booked with many Enterprises in the past and never any issues. This place is horrible, don’t use!

Stay FAR away from this location. They have all of their customers waiting under a small tent in the scorching heat for hours at a time. After 2 hours of waiting I told them what they were doing wasn’t right and the manager got offended and told me they couldn’t rent me a car there and i had to go to another location after already waiting there for 2 hours. The next location I went to took care of me immediately. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional and disorganized facility in my life. The manager even tried telling me that because I’m young I shouldn’t complain about the heat. I would save yourself the trouble and go to any other enterprise.

This place is terrible. First they didn’t have the car I wanted to rent. Second I rented the car from Friday night to Sunday morning. We rushed back Sunday to bring the car and the place was closed all day. They charged me for all Sunday. I highly recommend you don’t rent here . They scam people out of money. Planned a trip with my fiancé and wanted to rent an suv. The suv I was going to get was a Toyota RAV4 or similar because I wanted to save on gas. When I got there for the time I was scheduled to pick up there were no suvs or sedans available. I had to choose one of the trucks because we didn’t wanna cancel the trip we planned. We ended up getting a Ford F-150 which had a v8. I was disappointed because I wanted to save as much possible on gas. Be careful!

Due to remodeling and covid, customers have to stand outside in the hot sun. The 1st time I went I waited more than 30 minutes. Luckily an employee told me of a waiting room where I could go until my car was ready even though I had a reservation. Last week,I only waited less than 10 minutes.

The folks at the two locations from which I rent cars are friendly and prompt to our attention. Unfortunately, they dont always have cars on busy times (not an airport location), but the times when this has happened, they have shown empathy and helped me out in a pinch more than once. Id recommend both the Gunther Mazda and Broward Blvd. locations for an easy in-and-out experience.

Left my car at Masseys yardley to get fixed and got picked up and brought to this locations to receive my rental. It was a 2020 jeep compass. Drove it around to do what I needed...got to my friends house that night and forgot something in the rental...came out to find that the rental I had was infested with cockroaches..I mean they were everywhere. Nothing was done about this though i was petrified and had an anxiety attack i hate filth and roaches and freaked the hell out. I will never trust enterprise again.

On the day, I was scheduled to pick up my rental. I ended up waiting 30 additional minutes. The car was not ready for pick up. It was not clean / sanitized. I figured, I made the reservation and the vehicle would be ready at pickup time. Also, the Nissan sounded like it needed a tune up. It act like it did not want to switch gears.

Paid to get there from airport then they tell you they dont have a car for you and leave you stranded with no options...horrible customer service! So I went today to return the car . I always rent in this enterprise because I love the way they treat the customers. But today I went in the morning to return my car and this lady her name is rose she was a rude person it is my first time seen her in that enterprise I didn’t like the way she treat me today and the way she express her self . So I decided that I wasn’t going to rent there no more but then I saw one of the employees he is the BEST he’s name is HAYDEEN ALVAREZ he help me and make sure I left that place happy. I really recommend him if you need to rent a car or have any concerns like I did go to him he knows how to treat customers good he is the best in enterprise. Great experience. Adrienne was fantastic and put me in an upgraded vehicle because the one I reserved wasnt in.It turned out I needed a slightly larger vehicle after all so it was perfect and to beat it all the daily rate was unbelievable!!Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend! Ive been going here for like 8 years and this is the only Enterprise that I visit. I love it here because of the custom service. They really make it to fit your needs. I just dont like the fact when you get use to the manager he/she may move else where. But they havent had one to disappoint me yet...The whole crew is wonderful...

Stay away from this place.I rent cars about once or twice a month. Never had such a horrible experience.I had a reservation and have been waiting for about 2 hours for my car to be ready.The worst part is that the staff cant even tell me how long it is going to be before my car is ready. I am typing this as I wait for my car. Hopefully it will be here before the end of the day, but who knows... nobody knows!Stay away!

I went to go get my car serviced and ended up getting a rent a car from Enterprise the car that they gave me was from a different location the car was horrible and had a lot of problems from the jump I called Thirty Enterprise trying to switch out the car even contacted corporate NO result . IF it wasnt for Derek Thompson and Philip C from 1880 State Road 7 location​ I would have giving a bad review however those two guys determination and making sure I got what I needed and satisfied what the choice of car. If not for them I would not have rented from Enterprise again they saved the day .Thank uDerek and Phillip for great customer service.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We reserved a car a month prior, and on the day we were supposed to pick it up, we were told that there were NO cars available ANYWHERE, in the vicinity. We spent hours on the phone and made multiple contacts on social media, were promised follow-up, yet we never received it. Our vacation had to be adjusted and we received no compensation. I will be contacting the BBB.

Had a wonderful experience with this location. Was suppose to rent from another Enterprise location but they screwed me over BAD so I called Destiny at 1880 S State Road 7. At first she said that they didnt have any cars ( I forgot to mention that I am using this car to go to my father in laws funeral) so here I am freaking out calling around to several Enterprises and NOBODY has a car :( Half an hour later my angel Destiny from this location calls and says she found me a car...Now that is what I call customer service. I went in, payed, signed some papers and off I went.Thank you Destiny for saving my weekend!!!

The one on one interactions with the staff at both locations in Fort Lauderdale Gunther and the ft Lauderdale airport is excellent. They are friendly, fast and willing to accommodate your needs. The only surprise I had was the unexpected bill. I had booked the car online for 1 price of $219 for the week and at the return of the car the bill was almost double at $589 including taxes and fees at my surprise I was shocked and that left me upset. Now I must get the total cost of a rental before I drive off the Lord. I used Alamo recently for a august 4 travel when I was in D.Club and I payed exactly the rate is was given online with taxes included for a expedition for 4days $319. Now thats a Great rate.Linda
