Ive been working with Debra at Berkshire Hathaway for months now trying to find a new home in the Fort Lauderdale area. Debra is a consummate professional in a field which is populated by anything but. My experience with the listing agents is that they are rarely adequately prepared, informed or in any particular rush to do their jobs. Debra on the other hand will jump through hoops to answer any questions and accommodate any reasonable request from her clients. She is exceedingly knowledgeable, patient and professional. Having been subjected to unfair if not unethical behavior by other agents, Debra is refreshing change and a delight to work with. South Florida should be so lucky as to have other agents who have equally high standards. I would not even consider working with anyone else!

If I could have left less than one star to leave this review I would have. I am currently living in North Carolina and flew to Florida for one day to look at houses. We had an appointment set for 1:15pm at 2561 NE 22nd St with Debra Buritica. We were running about 15 minutes late and our realtor emailed Debra letting her know that we were running late. Debra calls our realtor at 1:30 yelling so loud that we heard everything she was saying. I find it COMPLETELY unprofessional for someone to act this way. If I were the owner of this property and knew that the person I have entrusted to get my home off the market was treating a potential client this way and costing me money I would be LIVID! IF you are looking for a company to represent you I would not recommend this company if this is the way they handle their business!
