They go out of their way for their customers!! Low prices for towing, unlocks, service, etc.They also sell very nice vehicles as they have a Dealers license to sell. Love this company!!

I have known Johnny for many years now but this is first time I had to deal with him for my own vehicle being towed but hes very nice and has been willing to work with me on paying him in order to get my vehicle back so I didnt end up with a bill that I couldnt pay because I had just started a new job and wouldnt get payed for a week or 2

They were very efficient and Polite

The tow truck driver was very nice very helpful and he even helped put my car in the driveway with my son that is worth every penny 😊 and I didnt have to wait long only took about 12 minutes for them to come to help me out reliable service 🤗Thank you guys very much

Good ol hometown business. Very knowledgeable. Takes special care and treats u and ur ride like one of his own. Ponderosa has been around here for MANY decades and there is a reason for it!

Called once to quote a price and called back 5 minutes later and noone answered kept getting a recording for over a hour so my husband went to the shop and theres 3 people he said sitting right by the phone ignorin it. Price was ok just good luck getting ahold! of anyone seems to be they work when they feel like it
