I am a Community Manager in the Fort Collins area.Jon, Amy, and the Splash staff have been an essential component at one of my Communities for several years. This week we had an electrical issue at the pool, and required a new component in order for the pool pump to do its job. Jon went above and beyond to find a solution to the issue -- what could have been an early season closure, became a closure of less than 12 hours! With the current pandemic, maintenance and repair work have shown delays across the board in property management -- Splash is an exception to that rule.Im very appreciative and impressed by their teams communication, reliability, and product. Kudos!

The owner told me that he must be doing something right after 21 years after I explained to him that he made my wife cry over their interaction. Clear expectations obviously aren’t set for his employees because after being given inconsistent information, John just had to make his point to my wife that she was wrong. Please don’t bring your kids here. John, learn how to train your employees, set clear expectations and provide consistent information to your potential customers and for the love of god, learn how to provide a single ounce of customer service. 0/10 would never spend a dime here. Thanks for letting my wife know that she’s emotionally over reacting.

Love Splash, have had a few instructors, Kat, by far is the best. Love her patience with children and outstanding communication with parents after class. Love her playfulness and attitude! On the other hand, Kristen, was unfortunately assigned to us after we had to switch days and I would definitely avoid her at all costs! Not only did my child feel sad at the end of class because she was outright rude to him and never gave him encouragement and never even gave him a smile, he felt like he was doing something wrong and he wasnt, he was advancing wonderfully and should have been at the very least given encouragement! I mean hes a 4 year old, if you are not able to deal with a mildly high-energy four-year-old then maybe you shouldnt be teaching children! To me that was just lack of maturity on Kristens part and we will definitely be changing instructors but besides that we love Splash!

Terrible communication from the staff. The guy I spoke to became very aggressive while we were speaking about a class I had to cancel for my son, due to a medical emergency. Rather than working with me on a different time, he refused to reschedule and angrily offered to refund my money. Which is fine with me. Anyone who speaks to their customers in such a way does not deserve my business, or yours! Beware of this company!

My kids love this swim school because there is a 10 foot deep end at the pool. The 3rd level class teaches them how to dive into the 10 foot end and fetch a pool toy. There is also a survival class each month. The rates are very reasonable.

I hate having to leave a review like this. The swim lessons are great. Our instructor was great. The owner is horrible. My neighbor and I signed up for swim lesson early this fall. Do to COVID restrictions, semiprivate lessons were our only option. We completed two sessions over 17 weeks (COVID closure and holidays). The COVID restrictions loosened up a bit at the end of September and group lessons were allowed. We were already in the very beginning of our 6 week committed session and decided to continue with the private lessons. On January 20th our neighbor decided to take the next session off. I called to check out our options. To lose our 3rd person in our group, it would cost me an extra $50. I inquired about the group lessons to hopefully save some money only to find out that the group lessons were capped at 3 students and offered at a less rate. We had a group of 3 paying semiprivate pricing. Also, there were some groups I guess not completely filled with only one or two kids paying the group rate and getting a private lesson experience.I called the swim school and eventually spoke with the owner, Amy. Let me tell you Amy doesnt care about her customers. She tried to argue that semi-private lessons are customizable which is why the price was more. I was never informed on how to customize the class. I have a 4 and 5 year old and my number one goal is to teach them not to drown. I am not sure how customized a very beginning class can get. She also acted very snobbish when patronizingly detailing why private lessons are more expensive. She compared them to other private lessons like soccer (lol) and swim team. Let me say it a little louder, Amy - I HAVE 4 AND 5 YEAR OLDS. She then argued that I had a chance to switch to group lessons when they were finally offered. I told her that I would have switched if I knew the cap was only 3! She argued that all of the information was in the email. Well, Amy, it wasnt. I just found the email and it never says anything about the max group lesson being 3 kids. So, to sum it up, for 2 sessions I have been paying the semiprivate price when I could have just had the same level of lesson under the group category.Amy could care less. She was so rude and flippant. It actually was quite disgusting. She is not clear or honest. I will go back to a rec center to avoid supporting a business ran by a woman like this. By the way, I told her I was writing this review and she didnt care one bit.*also the pool is small and sometimes they would have 3-4 groups going on at once. The space my kids were allowed was very small.

Our kids took lessons here for almost a year. The staff is friendly, business is organized, and teachers are friendly while still pushing the kids. Compared to lessons at Chilson, for example, Splash is on a whole other level of quality.

We love this place!! I have had my son (4) and daughter (3) enrolled in both the semi private lessons as well as the group lessons while going here and both experiences have been wonderful. My kids have had a number of different instructors and all of them have been beyond excellent! They keep the class size small so your kids really get the attention they need and all the teachers have so much enthusiasm which I really appreciate! They are super flexible with switching times/classes/days etc and have always been on top of every detail. I have seen great improvement in both of my kids skills since starting here. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks for all you guys do!

We chose Splash Swim School for our sons 1st Birthday. They met and exceeded our expectations. We had children of all ages there and everyone including the adults had a great time and were very impressed with the decorations, cupcakes, and especially the sweet lifeguards! They made us all feel very welcome and made sure all our little ones had a great time! Rebecca made scheduling very easy and she was very helpful. Well worth the money. We will definitely have more parties and get togethers here in the future.

We had my daughters birthday party here last month. It was great--Splash staff were very easy to work with for party arrangements and set up, and the kids had a blast during the party. Very well managed, clean and fun for every child who was at the party. Cute gift bags were provided by Splash as well. Id definitely recommend to a friend and hope to come back soon.

My 3 year old has never had any fear around water. We knew it was important for him to learn about water safety and proper swimming techniques in order to keep him safe. We also knew his attention span was limited and large group classes would not be an option. Splash gave him so much one-on-one time and helped him to develop his skills in the water. He loved his lessons and learned so much!

During our Neighborhood Night Out, 2 of the 3 lifeguards jumped into the pool and played games with all the kids. The kids (and parents!) loved it! Our guards for the summer really took the time to get to know the kids and families. It made such a difference. Thank you Splash!!

Completely predatory auto billing procedure with a defiant attitude from the owner Amy Casady. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to resolve what was an unwanted charge that was not explained upfront. Shame on people who run corporations like this. The instructors were fantastic.

My wife calls me a mean grader, and she is probably right, since I rarely give a restaurant or business 5 stars. Our experience with Splash Swim School has been incredible. Sara has been teaching our son for two months now, and the difference between Mulberry Pool lessons and Splash is night and day. Communication, water temp, instructor enthusiasm and knowledge, changing room facilities is all above our expectations going in. If only this company ran the other youth sports in town.

My kids have been swimming on the stoneridge swim team through splash pools for eight years. My third child who is seven just started swim team and after a week of practice is being told by coach Mackenzie that she cannot remain on the team even though she can swim the required length of the pool. In my eight years at the pool, most of which I have spent volunteering as one of the parent leaders for the team, there has never been a child who has been denied participation. I had my concerns about Mackenzie coaching from the beginning, because when she was teaching my three year old swim lessons she pulled her under water without warning. It took me four years to get my daughter over her fear of the water and now the same instructor is telling her she cant participate. We have already found another swim team who will accept her, but I am sad to leave stoneridge and splash after eight years. I called the director of splash, but she did not have any alternate solutions to offer. I expected better from splash after all these years of working with them.

We had a 7-year-old birthday party here, and now we want to host every party we have here. It was so much fun.The kids had a great time, and they over-delivered on our expectations in every single area. The staff was not only knowledgable, but gracious, incredible with the kids, and made us feel so well taken-care-of.The decorations were beautiful and fun. They even let us take home the balloons, which provided hours of fun once we got home. ;)They even planned pool games and learned all the kids names immediatelyWe had the option to add an extra guard to be in the water for the swimmers who werent as strong so that parents didnt need to be in the water. This was such a great value and a no-brainer. Only $20/hour, additional - and the kids loooooooved her. It let the kids be independent but also safe - and the parents could stay or leave the property, which was great for everyone. And the gift bags were perfect and customizeable based on your kiddo.Love this place. THANK YOU!!!!!

We had our daughters 4th birthday party at Splash Swim School and it couldnt have been better! The building and pool is very nice. Even with the cold weather it was nice an warm inside. There was a large ledge that the younger children could stand on and lots of toys and flotation devices to play with. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful, and they took care of everything - balloons, plates, cups, decorations, etc. All we had to do was show up with our bathing suits and have a great time. They even gave each child a party favor that included googles, a magic towel (small wash cloth), and some age appropriate toys/flashcards. I was amazed at the quality of the party favors! We signed up for swimming lessons and are really looking forward to smaller classes than we previously experienced through the Recreator.
