I called for a part, they said they had it, but when I went to get it, they said they did not have it. Waste of time and gas!

Not polite, not rude.

I was traveling down I-80 when I blew a tire on my trailer. It was Saturday and B&C was near by. When I called the man who answered the phone told me I was welcome to come down and look for my tire size because they did not have that size off. When I arrived I was given a lug wrench and access to the yard.I found a tire, brought it up and James mounted the tire on the rim, $28 and some change later, we are back on the road. Nothing fancy but they solved my problem.

Really shady people here. My husband went in on Sunday to look into some rims and tires. He was told the ones his choose would be $280.00 I had my cousin call for me to double check and make sure they were still there on Wednesday and the they were, but the price changed from $280 to $320. When my husband called to ask why the price increased they didnt have a real answer. Just thats what the price is. When my husband asked if they were going to honor the original price quoted they said no. We will be turning them into the BBB as they clearly have very unethical practices.

I called for a tow truck to pick my car up at 3pm they never showed up . So I called again and I was told they had a truck on the way to take my car .. They close at 5 and still no tow truck what a wasted day, very unprofessional 💯 They basically just sent me off.

Good customer service. Very helpful staff. Helped me find the right part even though they did not have it at their junk yard. Junk yard is small so parts are limited to the vehicles they have on the lot.

Not very helpful, called and they said they had vehicals, got there and had to walk all the way back into sticky bushes to find the car.

I called there a guy answered the phone I ask about a part before I finished with my question he hung up on me then I called back and told him he was being rude he hung up again, I called back a third time ask to speak with his supervisor, he said he is the supervisor and not to call back anymore. They are so rude they are not professionals at all they should not be in business I give this place 0 stars!👎👎

Owned by Hickory Grove now. Expect to run into lazy jerks here too. They only bought out B&C since one of the workers died from being crushed to death from a car falling on him about 6 years ago. Even the guy who ran the yard back then was extremely rude and rude to his employees.
