The people are very nice but its not quality work and its EXTREMELY overpriced. I paid $75 for a full set with gel color and two little nails stickers. Ive never left a bad review for a nail salon but Im so bummed. My nails are crooked and different lengths, theres acrylic on the sides of my nail and underneath. A full set starts at $45 and apparently gel color is an EXTRA $30 ON TOP OF THAT. Thats the price of a gel manicure yet there was no manicure they just sanded my nails down and glued on tips. Ive gotten my nails done for years at so many different places and Ive never seen someone charge so much extra for gel color over acrylic. I am all for paying full price for quality work but to be so over charged for such poor quality is frustrating. If your prices are that high you should at least take the time to see if l the nails are the same length before putting on acrylic. Or ask what shape you want. Its hard for me to even leave this review because they were nice but please dont waste your money.

I liked my nails! the only few “concerns” i had were that the didn’t measure the nails to see if they were even and both sides, making my nails sizes different. also they do shape after they placing the acrylic. but over all i think it was good because of the great customer service they had. the guy doing my nails was very nice and made conversation.

After going to 2 other bad nail salons (Glossy Nails and Timberline Nails off College Ave just so you’re aware) my mom and I decided to come here. My mom got a terrible gel manicure at Glossy Nails to the point where her finger nails hurt because they didn’t do it correctly. We tried going back to Glossy Nails to explain what had happened but we’re not treated nicely about it. We came here so my mom could get them removed and the guy was so gentle with my mom and asked if she was doing okay every couple minutes to make sure she wasn’t in pain. Very sweet and kind people. Thank you for taking care of my mom as the other nail salons have not.

Great service and attention to detail. Very nice place and affordable! I got full acrylics with a gel finish and glitter tips the cost was $55. Making this my new salon for sure.

They charge as if they were excellent Nail Salon and a high quality place.They are not professional, they did pretty much nothing. A spa pedicure when they only cut the nails and paint them. Nothing else. Wanted to give it a try...But I should have read and re read the reviews. No wonder why they never have customers and it is always empty.3 coworkers expressed the same thoughts and even though they have bad reviews they do nothing to change it.If we dont speak up, things will never change.

Payed $65 dollars for acrylics a few hours later a big chunk of acrylic fell off. I got a matte coat and it was so streaky, they were extremely thick and uneven too.

I called two other places that ended up being too busy so I went to Tip Toe and they could take me right away! I received a wonderful pedicure and they look great. Would go again

I was in the area waiting for another business to open and was due for an acrylic rebase, so I googled nearby nail salons and ended up here. It took over one hour to get a rebase, very little powder was used, the gel polish was sticky and smudged when I left....and then I went to pay AND WAS CHARGED $55!!! I have never paid that price for even a brand new set of acrylic nails. Interesting how the sign states $35 and up, but $20 higher was absurd!! Especially since the work was less than ideal. I will never return!

Came in for a pedicure with my sister-in-law and had the worst pedicure ever. While seated next to each other the techs SHARED TOOLS AND FILES. I was shocked! They would actually reach over and nab files, buffers, and tools from each other that had already been used on us. Very bad sanitary practice. I paid extra for the massage and the dude simply spent more time applying lotion. Zero massage. Neither of our chairs worked correctly and all the seat padding was gone on mine. My sister-in-law’s nail tech couldn’t keep her eyes off of the TV. No wonder it was so dead on a Saturday.

Ive gone here several times but was super disappointed this time. I got a completely different pedicure than I asked for, and was left covered in oil without it being wiped off. If youre going to pay good money for something, youd at least like to be given what you requested, and not be left with oil dripping down your legs that gets everywhere. I think Ill be finding a new place to get my toes done from now on.

I just moved to Fort Collins and Ben has been a true find! He did dip tips that were perfection and today did holographic gel nails. They again are perfect. Looks like I’ve found my go to place! Thanks Ben!

Tried Tip Toe because it was next door to where we had lunch. Both my sister and I were highly dissatisfied. They set us up in the pedicure stations only for us to realize only one person was going to do both our feet. My water was cold half way through my sisters pedicure. The woman was very rough with my sisters toes while trying to cut off her previous shellac and nicked one of my toes. Both of our pedicures turned out splotchy. Both of our massage chairs were broken. I wish we would have walked out when I first noticed the trouble she was having with my sisters toes. Was pricier than other places around town especially when considering the poor service and quality.

Ask for Nancy, best pedicure for a man Ive ever had. Shes terrific and a nice person. Very delicate work on my sensitive toes.

One of the brothers did my nails. He removed my old set and then didnt even file my nails. What he did was glue on the acrylic tips so it looks like my nails are pointing up.. he did a poor job. My nails are very bumpy and I was way over charged.. will never recommend or come back.. I even mentioned to him I wasnt happy.. completely ignored me and still took my card and charged me. And told me to have a good day.. 😠

First I want to say that my nails look excellent, even two weeks later; however, I have never wanted to walk out of a salon so bad in my life. This salon is definitely a bit pricier than most in my opinion (shellac manicure with french tips and a pedicure with callus removal was $95) and overall the service was pretty good. I appreciated that for once the people working were actually making an effort to talk to me. Then the guy asked something about if I drove or walked there, I thought this was odd since it was 90 degrees outside. I said I drove and he laughed and said I did not look old enough to drive. I am 22 years old and told him so and he continued to laugh and say I must have lied on my birth certificate. Though I was very frustrated and offended I continued to the pedicure. That guy eventually brought my age up as well (why is that even necessary?) and then continued to ask OTHER customers and staff how old they thought I looked. Ill be the first to admit I do not look 22 but I do NOT look 15 years old. Regardless, you are providing a service to a customer and you should not offend them. Though they did a good job, I will not be going back ever.

The guys that took care of us were very friendly and helpful. But the prices are outrageous! I cant understand why I was charged$200.00 for a pedicure, full set and dip. I wont be going back to them. This is the 2nd nail salon in Fort Collins that has price gouged! Ill keep shopping around.

After calling around everywhere to get 4 pedicures at the same time, at 6 PM before Mothers Day, everyone I called said they were booked up or closed at 6. Tip Toe does close at 6 on Saturdays but without hesitating they stayed open late just for us. Their salon is very clean and they did a great job. We want to make a tradition of coming here every Mothers Day now. Would definitely recommend.

Was told three separate times that they accept checks, double and triple checked that fact, and AFTER starting on mine and my friends nails I was informed that they dont take checks. I understand why but I was told multiple times and asked multiple different people. They should have honored that.

I had a very good time here! The woman doing my gel manicure was kind and chatted with me about the area as I was just visiting. A week later and my nails still look great.

I got a gel manicure and it wasn’t good at all. Also the polish was on my cuticles, the very next day a couple of my nails chipped. I would not recommend this place.

If I could give no starts I would. I paid for my services because it’s the type of person I am, but my eyebrows are hideous. The gentleman that did them took the front of them completely off.

I love love love this place! I came after going to Kims Nails because my nails looked like they had dipped in clay. They looked horrible, thick, misshappened, just awful. I was so embarrassed but Ben took such great care and worked me in last min to make them look beautiful! He did an amazing job getting the perfect almond shape I wanted! Ill never go to another salon and I highly recommend this establishment!

Fast and friendly service and a nice pedicure. My massage chair wasnt working properly, but Im sure most of the other chairs worked and theyll get on fixing it promptly. Im sure Ill go back there.

I read all the reviews and ended up taking a chance because it is so close to my house. Im sorry other people had such a bad experience. Bobby did my acrylic set and was both gentle and efficient! I just walked in and they had plenty of people working (three other ladies walked in within ten minutes of my arrival and no one had to wait). My only complaint is that it was a little pricey compared to other nail places. But for the convenience I will definitely be back.most likely go back.

I’m not even sure how I feel about this place. I walked in to get nails and toes painted and the manager talked me into a pedicure. I was allergic to the lotion and my leg immediately broke out right there in front of them, the pedicure couldn’t even be completed and he charged me $90 for gel nails and that bs pedicure. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage, will never return do not recommend. Edit: Stay away from this place! I had to come home and file my nails even because they were all uneven, again stay away!

Got the shellac and it looks great! If I come back to this area Ill definitely return. Highly recommend :)

I will NEVER go back to Tip Toe Nails. My regular place was closed, so my friend and I decided to try it out. THE WORST pedicure experience Ive ever had. The water was cold, and the girl I had was so beyond rough and rude. Yelling at me to help her by holding my leg up high and at an awkward angle. Then, grabbed my foot and pulled it and said, no, give me your foot. Then placed my foot in another awkward angle and yelled at me to relax. On top of everything else...it was WAY over-priced. I payed $60. Ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! My daughter, a regular customer, bought me a gift certificate to use on my visit to Fort Collins. I got a new employee that had been there one day. She absolutely cut my heels to pieces and they are so rough I can hardly walk! Paid $70 for a mani/super pedi and was done in 20 minutes. What I got was a leg massage. My cuticles are a mess and Ive had to remove the polish after two days because it is peeling off. THE WORST MANICURE AND PEDICURE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!

Meh. Not much attention to detail or customers comfort. I asked for oval and got squared oval. Nothing worse than an overly long tepid leg massage while the person watches TV. Not that cheap either. They can do better.

Went for pedis. Pricing was confusing. I got a $35 pedicure and got way more than my mom who paid for a $40 pedicure. Asked the girl to do any kind of nail art BUT flowers, walked out with flowers. They asked my 2 year old if she wanted her nails painted and of course she said yes. Did not ask my if this was ok and then charged me. They need a list of prices set for each specific service offered. Will not go back

Loved the service! The pedicures i have recieved so far have been nothing short of fantastic! I have reccomended these guys to my friends and co-workers and will be returning to them for my pedicure needs!These guys listen to your requests and follow them. They check in with you about massage pressure and the temperature of the water and adjust accordingly. They havent tried to upsale me on any visit thus far. Fantastic job guys!

I really love TipToe Nails. The managers and staff are extremely friendly and super accommodating. Ive been several times and always receive great service. I arrived late tonight at 6:40pm and, without hesitation, they took me in for a mani and pedi (even though they technically close at 7:00pm). They did not rush my service at all, and gave me incredibly beautiful hands and toes! Their spa is clean, organized and relaxing. Im surprised at the negative reviews here - the staff and environment is always great when Ive visited. Plus, they have a really great polish selection. Id definitely recommend TipToe Nails to my girlfriends. Please check them out - they deserve your business and you wont be disappointed!

This is by far the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. She rushed through, and even broke my big nail half off and did not offer to fix it. When she finished painting my toes she did not say a word to me and just walked out. The salon was not clean and the restroom was discussing. I will not be going back, and will never refer anyone.

I gave this place 3 chances and am unfortunately still disappointed. Two of the times I was there, the lady giving me a pedicure was talking on her cell phone the whole time. This last time I went I got a mani and pedi and halfway into the pedi the lady said if I wanted me heels scrapped it was $15 dollars extra... what pedicure doesnt scrape your heels?!? For how much they charge (pricey compared to other places Ive been) they should have much better customer service and definitely give you more than they do. Looks like Ill be finding a new place to give my business to.
