Whenever I call the Lanteri office for help I get a prompt response. My questions are answered concisely and politely. I usually get to talk with Brooke who is very knowledgeable.

Amazing and wonderful people here. I had to cancel my Renters Insurance, we bought a house and I forgot about it. They were able to cancel my renters going back 30 days, log my change of address for other policies and all of that was under 3 minutes!! Highly recommend this group. Best Insurance experience in years.

Amanda has always been my main POC here, and shes awesome! She calls you right back if you have to leave a VM, and whatever it is you need she jumps all over it. Been with these guys for over a decade and never had a bad experience.

If you are looking for professional and a responsive staff this is NOT the insurance agency for you. Brooke is very rude, never has time or the courtesy to answer questions and Michael is never in the office. I love my AllState Policy but unfortunately had to find out the hard way not all agents handle your claims the same way. If you are looking for a small hometown agency that will take the time to answer their phone and your questions? The office of Michael Lanteri & Brooke is not it keep scrolling and find a different agency.
