Been a policy older for over 5 years. I get hit by another driver and these agents refused to assist saying I have to deal with the other insurer. Wow, thought I could count on them to at lease help me through the process. Nope abandoned.

Was a customer for years. I had side mirror damage to my 2020 new vehicle. Received a quote for $600. Claim was denied because my deductible was $500 the accessor found the damage to be under my deductible. I feel Progressive refused to pay $100. Poor business practice.

Worse insurance company ever, tried to charge me more for my insurance and proceed to tell me my policy was cancelled after making a payment. DO NOT GET COVERAGE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
