I was trying to find the right insurance company that had the best prices and the best coverage. I ran cross Allstate and when I mean the company made my day they did. They had an answer to everything the employees was so sweet and did not stop into they made me happy.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Chris. Ive been with Allstate now, maybe 3 months -- and today I just got into a really bad accident. Not only were they both available when I needed them, but Jeff went out of his way to help me and understood that it was a really sensitive situation. My car wasnt even two weeks old, I didnt have any of the information that he had needed; so while I was in the hospital, Jeff called the dealership I had bought the car from, got the information he needed; so I didnt have to do it. He then called me to get everything sorted with a claim, right before I realized there was a phone call I needed to make for work and asked if he could call me back in five minutes. Jeff called me back; and he had taken care of the claim, so I didnt have to talk to anyone but him. I literally didnt have to talk to do or deal with anyone on the insurance side other than Jeff, and if anyone knows...Thats rare.. Im not sure of the people who have had bad experiences with them; but I can say at this point, and being a customer for such a short period of time, and having been treated as great as I have by these guys...I will recommend him to anyone who asks. Insurance shopping is hard, so is actually trusting that your provider isnt out to snake you. Jeff is great, Chris is great; and I couldnt be happier to have chosen these guys for my auto insurance.

Update August 2021 - Jeff and the Allstate team havent missed a beat. Unfortunately I have had several claims between hail storms and theft. Jeff helped support me through the process, making sure my home was repaired and my belongings were replaced.Jeff and his team have been great. The setup of the initial policies and a recent claim were all handled in a timely and professional manner. I couldnt be happier in my decision to switch insurance companies and my choice in a local agent.

Jeff is extremely rude and unwilling to correct his mistakes, instead insisting that I as his customer would have to deal with corporate. So, why walk in to a local office when the agent provides a lower level of service than a call center? Steer clear at all costs. Ive never had a less professional experience with an insurance agent.

I spoke to Christopher Ernst 2 months ago and he assured me Id have my FULL refund shortly, because the 1-800 allstate # screwed up and didnt give me the correct amount. I called him today and he kept interrupting me, he kept making excuses as to why I only got a $7 dollar refund. Then he tells me when I took off a car (that we were going to buy but the bank didnt approve) allstate owes me $9 for that...Anyhow blah blah, the reason why Im giving a 1 star rating is because for 1: there is no zero start rating and for 2: This guy is a complete jerk! He told me its 5:30 I have to get out of here, I have to do this tomorrow Then everytime I asked something after he said that, his only response was Ill tell you tomorrow he kept repeating himself like a robot. Then he said hed call me tomorrow, and hung up on me before I could give him my new phone number. He needs a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS, and Jeff just so you know, youre going to lose business because of how freakin rude he is! Do yourself a favor fire him before everyone else loses your company like I did. I just filed a complaint with corporate, so Im sure he will have a talking to soon.
