This is an agent who cares about her customers. I get great service here. Never have I ever had a company call me to setup insurance reviews. I have always had to chase my agents down to do anything on my policy. I feel that insurance is more than value but quality of the products and I get that an service at Cristys agency. Its a great group to work with.

I have dealt with many insurance companies over the last 49 years both on the business and personal side. I enjoy working with Cristy at American Family Insurance. If I email her, she responds if I call, she responds. I am in the process of moving all my accounts to American Family Insurance because my agent NEVER answers his phone and I have had him for over three years now. They are competitive as well.

Solved a huge problem and very responsive.

This office is extremely difficult to get ahold of. They close for an hour in the middle of the day, but are not consistently back at the time stated on their voicemail. There have also been days when I call and their office is just closed for the day, with no reason stated on their voicemail.When I started my policies at this office, the girl who signed me up quit and my price went up substantially because the documents I gave her for my discounts were ‘lost’. This office seems to have a hard time finding and keeping qualified employees, which is very frustrating as a client.After about eight months at this office, I switched to State Farm because they were able to offer me more coverage for $100 less per month. I am giving three stars because when I did get ahold of a qualified employee, they were apologetic and worked to fix the issue with my discounts. I wish that this office would change their actions rather than consistently apologizing for their shortcomings.

Stephanie Franklin is a pleasure to work with - they have my auto and renters policies and every question I had was answered thoroughly. I recently added life insurance and it only raised my monthly fee $7 a month! That was cool. She also allowed me to lower my deductible when I was renting a car on vacation - just to be safe....and I appreciated that - my other insurance person never would have done that. Everyone in the office is very smart! If you need insurance - business, homeowners, motorcycle etc. Stephanie Franklins American Family Agency does it all - very well. Highly recommend.
