Sweet people! I would give 5 stars but the shop has no choices for pedicures and I love my pedicures with massage. Kim gets 5 stars and was fantastic and my toes and fingers are pretty in pink! Will go again when in the area!

My professionals name was moon moon she getting absolutely fabulous job better than most so I tipped her well I would suggest everyone go there as soon as possible!

Great service, good prices. Ive been going here for over 15yrs. If you need acrylic done or a pedicure ask for Moon I guarantee you wont be disappointed. She does an amazing job!! So does Ashley & Jenny.

We called and asked if they had time for us she said 25 min. Once we got there we sat for over an hour and still haven’t been seen. We ended up leaving and not getting our nails done.

My first time here. I went in early hoping to find a spot available with one of the nail techs I had read on. He was their at the time and was gonna have a busy schedule so I didnt mind waiting for an opening. He later arrived and waiting for his scheduled appointment but didnt show so took me in. For my luck she arrived as soon as i sat down but he found a way for somebody else to continue with me. Tina then took over and although I thought I wasnt gonna like it, it turns out I did. Note to self, make appointment next time cuz this place gets busy!

Pedicures are 200% recommended here.. today is the day before thanksgiving and this place is packed. Still awesome service, the wait is a lil long, but that’s because services are so good we come back to this same place.

I have been going to Annies nails for 30 years. The staff is polite, professional, and do an excellent job.

I came in to Annies nail a couple of days ago for a pedicure and a full set. They were so friendly from when I called to make an appt until I left the salon. Super clean too.It was my first time there. My appt was with Pam. Super friendly lady and my nails came out AMAZING. She took the time to make sure they were all the same size and shape. I kid you not, my nails have never been this perfect...EVER. She made my first experience there the best. I will definitely be returning. Pam is for sure new nail lady

Wait is so long even if u had an appointment. Today i had an appointment for 3 and i waited there for 45mins n after that Ashley asked me to come tomorrow because we are busy today or u have to wait more for 30-45mins then why did they gave an appointment if they were already packed and that so letting me know after 45 mins wow...Poor customer service rude lady and during this covid period front door is closed with notice that we are closed but from back door they are working and asking customers to bring cash only dont accept cards. They are opened illegally no sanitation. I suggest not to visit this salon....

Yes I recommend Annie nails. Tony always does excellent job always get great compliments on my nails. Always comes out on how I want them and my nails last long time about 3 weeks. And for pedicure I get Moon she does great job love when she does flower design always changes different flowers that I choose or when I just tell her flowers or design comes out cute my toes. But would recommend making apt forsure so won’t have to wait long time because can get really busy.

Had an appointment @ 9:00 am. Workers showed up as well. Doors never opened, no signs on the doors stating they were not going to open. The workers just got in their cars n left instead of notifying the people that were there that they were not going to open. Very unprofessional. At least put a sign up if your not going to time the time to notify your customers.

I have been getting my nails done here for several years. Sandy always does a great job with my nails and pedicure. I have been to several places where they literally have your nails sore and your cuticles all cut up by the time they are done. Sandy really makes it a point to be careful not to hurt me. It does get busy, but if you have an appointment then they are usually good about seeing you on time.

Helen and Ashley are very good. I loved my nails and the service. Very kind and did a great job.

Had an appointment at 4. Its now 4:25 and I still havent been seen for a simple manicure. Excuse is, sorry but we a little bit busy. I thought thats why you make appointments. Ridiculous No way to run a business. The woman who was supposed to do my nails went to relieve the owner who was working on another woman. The owner had a scheduled appointment who walked in. Wow!!!!!

The wait here is always super long. The prices are double what Im used to paying. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed in preparation for an interview. I decided to also get a gel manicure since my nails had grown super long in the past couple of months. I dont like the upkeep and damage of acrylics. The tech talked me into getting dipped nails. She claimed they didnt require chemicals like acrylics and looked natural. That was not the case. They looked just as fake as acrylics. Since I got a french design, they looked horrible within 2 days. It looked like the hard substance used to coat the nail was lifting away from my natural nail and you could clearly see it. 2 weeks later, I notice my middle finger nail broke really high up the quick of my nail. I tried for over an hour to remove the dip by filing the top coat several times and soaking in polish remover. No luck. Now I have missing, spotty polish with some areas of grown out and missing powder. Plus, the middle nail looks like its also cracked in another place under the powder. I hope I dont lose my nail or get an infection!

Jenni is the best. I do recommend her she always has my nails and feet on point, worth the time and money

I love her she is the only one I go to there or anywhere! i have had my full set for 4 weeks without a fill and they are strong also when it comes to my pedicures she always takes her time so anyone bashing on her is obviously hating because the girls know moon has the most customers out of all of them you can ask them yourself.

I used to love this place. Pam does such an amazing job and is super sweet! If it wasn’t for the newer receptionist being super rude and interjecting other customers in the middle of my appointment I would continue to go there. Getting nails done is expensive so to pay money and get bad customer service? I think not. Unfortunately, it looks like today was the last time. Time to look for another nail shop.

I went with my girls, and the ladies do a really good job they never clean the equipment, I was there on a long wait and I saw them use the same tools on like 5 people

The lady got ANRGY when I told her I wanted my coffin nails a bit rounded out. IF YOU DON’T LIKE BEING ATTENTIVE TO THE CLIENT’S REQUESTS ON SMALL DETAILS, GO WORK IN A DIFFERENT INDUSTRY.

I visit 2 xs a month. Anna is great.. Always make an appointment. They have alot of clients. Yes it takes a while but they are good. Dont rush perfection.

Always a satisfied customer. Not the frequent nail user, but first place Ive ever been to and only place I go to. My go to whenever I wanna get my nails done, or a pedi, and always for waxing. Just the perfect place.

Let me preface this with saying that I love Anna. She does great work, and is very knowledgeable.BUT Moon is in no way even close to qualified to work there. She has messed up my nails before and now she cut my big toe on one foot and almost cut me on my other foot.Avoid her like the plague. They usually have enough mind to place me with someone else given the fact that I had to go back THREE times to get the nails fixed that Moon messed up. And those nails still broke off a week later.TL;DR Dont go here. They let anyone work there and you might get cut the hell up.

It was an OK experience. Not the best nail work Ive had and my gel nails did start to chip after one week. I went there twice to give them another chance however the second time was as anticlimactic as the first.

Very very nice nails...if you go I would prefer to ask for Pan or V,they both do very nice nails and if you go to get your eyebrows done also ask for Pam😊

Terrible terrible when i got there i was acknowledge not right away they said it would take about 10 min so im waiting and about 15 min past and another lady came and asked me what i wanted done which was only a fill i told her and she said oh no you have to wait about an hour or an hour and a half i told her why didnt u tell me that in the first place she said no one seen you i said yes they did mind u a lady costomer walked in which was a regular and the lady asked her if she had an appointment and she said No but the same lady that told me i have to wait an hour sat that lady down immediately and did her nails so i walked out

If you want to be pampered . dont come to this place. i got the most lame pedi-mani from some lazy ass old lady. A waste of money .
