Love this nail salon ❤Jackie & Lina are the best, and take all precautions to protect all their clients.

They business is very strict with their Covid-19 policies and is very clean. Appointment is needed and you have to call so they can open the door. Jackie was very friendly and professional, did a good job. I got someone else doing my pedicure and did hurt me accidentally but nothing much. I would come back.

This place is very kid friendly 100% going to go again! me and my sister when to get acrylics for my aunts wedding and we showed what we wanted and they did them. they are very clean when you walk inside it smells clean and fresh. they do go a little rough though but overall my nails look amazing!

Went in on Tuesday to get Full set & Pedi ( both) Gel paid $75 way over priced for quality . Girl who did toes, hurt me & my full set it now coming off ( lifting) Today is Friday... Both ladies were very polite. But I will not go again

Experience was horrible! Went in wanting a simple design, the lady couldn’t do it and had a attitude about it. They left GLUE all around my nails, and I already my nails starting lifting!! I really don’t recommend this place do the the lady’s attitude!

My wife and I had a pleasant experience here. We arrived late, but they stayed open just for us. The staff and the owner were so friendly and professional. We will definitely visit Jackie nails again when we are back in town! Thanks for the great service!

Very bad experience. Got my nail gel manicure on Friday 12/10/2017 and the gel started lifting on Saturday 12/11/2017. Went in to get them fixed because I only had them for less than 1 day. Spoke to Jackie the owner over the phone. She was very rude and started blaming me. I felt so bad and I was very hurt with the poor customer service. I spent $40 for gel manicure which was very over price. The service was horrible and the quality is very poor. No wonder why this place is empty on a Saturday morning. Worst experience ever and the owner Jackie is so money hungry she could care less about her customers. I would never recommend this place but even to my worst enemy, so sad :(

I’m a dude and they always welcome me in. They are friendly and courteous. I have been to a few places nearby and I always feel so out of place. The shop is clean and the employees are the best!

The girl that is there on Sundays does a good job. However, I went there on a Friday because one of my acrylics broke. The woman was trying to remove the rest of the acrylic by PRYING IT OFF which really hurt because she was practically ripping off acrylic from my natural nail. I said that it was extremely painful and if we could try to soak off the acrylic. She said we dont do that here. I was shocked and left. WTF how are you gonna remove acrylics by ripping them off, i could do that at home.

My wife loves this place.. I go with her all the time & the workers are super friendly & very funny. Very good quality & customer service.

Visited this place twice with someone and both times they only helped one of us while the other waited. Both times it was not busy. After asking if I could be helped a lady eating lunch in the back with another lady said there weren’t enough people working today to help us both at the same time. Four employees and 3 customers. Do the math. I’ll never come back. Awful service!

This is my third time at this location and the service has gotten worse each time. 1st time I came here everything went smoothly and everyone was super friendly. Very happy with service.2nd time I came, I was with my wife, we both needed pedicures. There was 4 employees working and 3 customers. As soon as we said we both wanted pedicures, one of the employees went into the back and started talking very loudly on the phone during our entire visit. They did my wife’s pedicure and had me wait. When my wife was finished they said they would take me. I said no thank you. We need to go, the plan was for us to get it done at the same time. Jackie proceeded to argue with me and tell me I needed to make an appointment if we wanted to get pedicures done together. I looked around the salon, which was empty except for the one customer she was working on and her two other employees and said, you must be joking. Then there was some excuse from one of the employees about it being ‘my people’s holiday’. All of this while family members are dropping by the salon and the employees are talking with them.Well against my better judgement, we came back today. And again, there are 3 employees, 3 customers, and this time my wife is waiting for the pedicure. As soon as we said we wanted pedicures, Jackie went into the back to eat lunch and talk on the phone. The plan again according to Jackie is for my wife to get her pedicure done when they’re finished with me. When my wife asked why she had to wait, Jackie argued with her about how they have very little employees and kept eating her lunch in the back.Needless to say, we won’t be back. This place is empty. Clearly, it’s for a reason.

My favorite nail shop here every 2 weeks.. good prices & I always leave happy! Never had a disappointing visit.

Ive had several visits at this shop. Overall, I thought I found my shop. Although, On two visits with the same person(Lena). I received the same result. Thin over filed nails and lifting gel after a day or two. Now, the first time, I dealt with it, but the second time, seeing a pattern here, I went back. I talk to the owner(Jackie) and asked if I could talk to her. She insisted we speak publicly, in front of the other customers. Ok, so I explained what happened and without even looking at my nails, she went on a defensive rant about how nails get damaged by customers and her technician always does a good job. She did fix one of my nails but had to continue on with her defense as if she wanted me to argue and end up on WorldStar. Bottom line, beware of Jackie Nails, theyre overpriced ($64 for gel fill and pedicure) sub par and even if they make a mistake, they wont own it. Thats probably why theyre empty when Ive gone there. Live and learn

This has been the worst nail experience Ive ever had! I went in for a fill 10/19 and came out with super THIN acrylic nails! Within an hour of getting home I bearly scratched my leg and the nail just broke off like nothing. The next day i went in 10/20 and she charged me to fix it..ok whatever, should have been free but I paid then went home...today 10/21 another nail pops off like nothing...(Never had a nail break before I came to this shop) im very upset and call her calmly and Jackie says its my fault like getting in a car accident, no ones going to fix it for you for free...thanks alot Jackie i appreciate your service.. btw my name is DAPHNE NOT JASMINE
