Staff was extremely sweet and highly professional. Rosie stayed after hours to help and perfect my mother and I’s acrylics, she treated us with kindness respect and hospitality. Will definitely be coming back to Folsom specifically for her! Tami did my nails, she has very steady hands and an eye for detail. Ps. Their massage chairs were HEAVEN while getting them done ;) definitely worth our money.

It was my FIRST TIME here because Im new to this area.The place is really BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT. It is also very clean and more organized then other places.Everyone was so NICE and FRIENDLY!!!!SUSAN did my nails and I HIGHLY recommend her! She did an amazing job with my pink and white ( acrylic powder) and she even had the pink powder with glitters which is hard to find. She was very detail oriented and performed an outstanding job!I dont remember the name of the Lady that did my eyebrow but she did a great job and she was so careful and nice.I had a great experience!

So, first of all I have been here many times. Normally they’re great! The last few times service wasn’t great and my nails were not that great. Chalked it up to a bad day and moved on.Well... my friend and I went back yesterday 2/25/21 and they were HORRIBLE. They were not busy at all only one other person besides us, but still rushing through the services. The woman who did my gel manicure did a horrible job. My nails are lumpy and uneven and very tacky. Again... stuff happens, but that’s not all. I have always paid with my card there— never been an issue. They kept saying “CASH do you have cash!?” I said no, but I was happy to go get some... they said no no and had me pay with my card and tip with my card. AFTER I paid they were harassing my friend about cash and wanting me to cross out my debited tip and being super loud and pushy. I said “no I wasn’t comfortable” as I had already Paid and it was a fairly large tip so I didn’t want there to be any discrepancies on my card and then have my friend pay double with her cash. They continued to hassle us!!!!!!!! The amount of hassle that was given to us in the manic feel of the situation was less than relaxing and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Especially since I OFFERED TO GO GET CASH in the very beginning!!! They were quiet and weird afterward while finishing up. I will never go back. You don’t harass paying customers.

Do not come here ! My friend came to get her nails and they did a AWFUL job! No time put into them, thinned her nails, and didn’t take any time to do a good paint job! Made her pay extra for a design that was simple and easy but still don’t horribly!

Quick and did a good job. Apparently this is the only picture I took that includes my nails, but I did powder dip with tip, by brush which they recommend here.

First pedicure since COVID. They are following all protocols. I felt very safe. I always see Theresa because she does such a good job.

I absolutely love it here! I had the pleasure of having Tina do my pedicure and it was amazing, I almost did not want to drop her name in fear that everyone would start going to her, Lol! I did one of the deluxe pedicures with the lemon and now I only want it done that away. The whole staff was just so friendly

My favorite salon (and Ive tried several). Its well decorated, always very clean, fresh air (no chemical fumes), and the employees are always happy. Theyve done a great job with my gel nails every time. Thanks so much!

Had amazing service, with that being said. Coming from me personally is saying alot!! I wasnt chased out by the strong scents of choking chemicals, it was a Clean salon. No roaches running across the floors, no food stashed Im the restroom. No dirty utensils on sight that I could see.

Tammy is the best for pedicures. Very relaxing she also does waxing she’s awesome.very nice and clean place highly recommended if your in the Folsom area and could spare 45 mins to yourself.

I decided to go here to get a fill since my usual place was full and I was desperate. I had been here before about a year ago so I trusted them. Long story short the lady doing my nails paused multiple times to text her friend, put such a thin layer of acrylic on my nail that it is now chipping off in huge chunks only about 4 days after getting them done, and I had to go home and reshape all of my nails because they were so uneven and bumpy. And lastly as soon as she put the last coat of nail polish on she immediately started putting on lipstick and ran out to meet some friends for dinner. I was extremely disappointed and will definitely not be coming back again.

Ive been a proud and satisfied client of Rosie (the owner) for 7 years! I first starting going to her when I had my nails done for the first time when I was 16 and she had her salon in Orangevale. I only trust her with my nails! I drive 30 minutes to see her and every time it is more than worth it! Ive had a wide range of manicures done, from gel to acrylic. If she does something you dont like or you want something done in a particular way, speak up. Shes more than happy to accommodate clients. I get my pedicures done once a while since I get ingrown nails (thanks mom haha) and your toe nails should be a little longer than usual in order to make it easier to get the ingrowns out. I highly recommend Susan! Ive seen her just as long as Ive seen Rosie and shes very careful, gentle, and always asks how youre doing! This is a very professional and caring salon!
