Best waxing experience I have ever had. Virtually painless and so quick!

The staff was professional and very friendly. My service included individual lashes and eyebrow threading. I loved how both services came out. My lashes are light and very natural looking. I will be returning for microblading next week.

Ive been to this location multiple times and I consistently receive great service. From the time I enter the building until I leave I am provided with attentive, excellent customer service. Ive gotten full body waxes, eyelash extensions, and facials and each time I leave pleased. The staff is knowledgable, warm, and inviting, the location is extremely clean and the services rendered are impeccable.

I have been to Sweet Samba Alpharetta many times and I have to say its always a great experience. They have me in and out.. Everyone I have come in contact with are very professional and very informative about products and services. I Love this place and would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love Sweet Samba. I visit the Alpharetta location often for Brazilian waxes. Just recently Chasity waxed my brows and they are perfect. I’m really particular about my brows but I was completely satisfied with the services rendered. They have a wonderful staff and the facility is always clean

I took a decade break from waxing because of sensitive skin. Finally felt brave and got my eyebrows done here and she did a wonderful job listening to exactly what I wanted. Professional and basically painless. I went back a week later and got my underarms done for the first time ever. Minimal pain, no irritation, and she was lovely to converse with throughout the process. Returning ASAP for other body parts. The location is in more of a “home” than a traditional business strip but that’s the style of this historic area.

I cant go anywhere else for a Wax &/or Eyelash extensions! Chasity & Niesha are so professional, personable and really just great at what they do. Im a frequent client and have been visiting on a regular schedule for well over a year now (...actually more like two years) and have never been disappointed. Recently I took advantage of a facial special they had going on and my skin never looked or felt better! If youre searching for a good place, this is it.

I have had the best experience both times I went to Sweet Samba Alpharetta! My eyelash extensions look amazing and I have received so many compliments on them. People have actually thought that they were my real lashes. I am officially addicted to eyelash extensions and Sweet Samba!!

They were available when I had a urgent request. Was supposed to get full volume and the set i received took less than an hour to apply and had completely fallen off within two weeks...

I went there last Thursday to get a wax and my lashes done. My wax experience was amazing and I would rate that service a 5. However, I was lied to about the lash service I was getting. Told they were single lashes, on the phone when I called and asked about pricing, however they were clusters. I sent an email and got a phone call back to come in and they would remove the clusters and put singles like I paid for. However the lashes continued to irritate my eyes so I removed them and they are all CLUSTERS some clusters slicked together to look like one. No wonder my lashes felt heavy and my eyes were irritated. I would recommend going to a nail salon and paying 40 dollars for clusters or going to an actual lash bar and paying 150 up(I NEVER said that I paid 150, what I am saying is go somewhere and PAY MORE and get what you are actually paying for). Very unsatisfied with the fact I was lied to about the service I got and then told on the phone that she added some clusters to add volume. Dishonesty is very unbecoming and I will not be going back for any services.

I have been getting waxed at this location for over a year now. This place is so amazing and all of the staff is so nice and friendly. I found this place by chance and I am so happy that I did. Just an amazing place.

I loved the entire experience! It was my second wax, first time at sweet samba! My 1st experience was bad! But I loved the results and how long it lasted... so decided to try it again with sweet samba, hearing that its nearly painless. It was fairly uncomfortable but not painful! Which I was shocked being I was fully grown out. I dont remember the young ladys name but she was beyond accommodating! She was patient, gentle and very informative! Even went over after care which I did not get from the other place. I will be returning in 4 weeks for maintenance!!!

My friend is getting her eyebrows tattooed, and we just had the follow up visit. She couldent be more happy. Great experience through and through. They were very patient with the process, and knowledgeable beyond belief. Her eyebrows look great and now her getting ready time has been cut in half, which, to me and my stress levels, is worth its weight in gold.

Chasity has always been the BEST tech, since I met her years ago! She makes you very comfortable during the whole process. You cant get any better than Sweet Samba!

Ive been going here for years and I now live further away from this venue but still will make it a point to come here only. My favorite tech is Nishia but Ive seen two other nice ladies. Its never easy getting waxed in all the hurtful places but you all have great spirits and make the process quick and friendly. See you soon!

They have a tv for you to watch during the waxing. Great service, very private and besides the awkward way you needed to pull in very easy to get to. A bit more expensive than other places charge for men, but it was worth it.

I love Sweet Samba In Alpharetta! Clarissa did a wax for me and was great to work with. Ericka is the gal I go to for everything!!!!!!!!!!! She does a beautiful job on my lashes!!! Shes very caring and I dont feel embarrassed getting a partial Brazilian from her!!!!!!!!

I received a lash fill in extension and Unfortunately I didnt like the service. For instance I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth and my lashe extensions were not evenly filled on both eyes. I will never come back.

I went and got a Manzilian and it was the BEST experience I have ever had Definitely going back the ladies were so nice.

I received a full body wax & it was my best wax experience ever. Minimal pain, considering the service. Chasity was the tech & she is very professional and knowledgable. I found them via groupon but did not purchase because I know as a Beauty Professional the tech does not make ANY money (since groupon Recieved 50%). It is a beautiful and clean establishment. Sweet Samba has gained a loyal customer!!

Very bad place, very bad ambiance and did not look safe . Will not visit this place again.

I went on a Saturday (today) at about 4:30 and there was a sign on the door that said stepped out to pick up lunch however no one returned. Therefore, I had to drive to the Sandy Springs location.
