Made an appointment for an oil change and received an email saying to look out for a confirmation. Never heard anything - no call or email, so I decided to go by the store and confirm while I was out running errands. I was informed that they do not do same day appointments or appointments on Sunday (even though the website allowed me to make an appointment). After being told that, I went back to my car, and suddenly got the cancellation email.

Shop this location for all your car needs. This location is the epitome of customer service! I live out of town, and was in need of purchasing fires for my son, who lives in the area going to college. Frost (specialist) & Josh (manager) went above and beyond to assist with this transaction. I cannot thank you guys enough, and I will be sure to send my son back to see you guys for all services of his vehicle! these guys deserve 10 stars based off my experience. 5 is most I can do

Simply needed an oil change and a state inspection. Called ahead, and asked if there was a wait and if it could be taken care of. Was told to bring it in and drop it off, and that it would be taken care of today. Within 15 minutes i was in the store ready to drop off the car, and was told they were booked out for the day. Mind you, I had to step away from work to do this which is why I called ahead and setup a ride. After complaining they told me they would try to fit me in and ended up only completing the state inspection after 6 hour of having my car. Manager refused to talk to me the entire time i asked for him. The person who greeted me (and answered the phone both times) told me that i never called and no one ever answered up there, even though the calls are recorded. I then, asked for him to obtain the transcript for my call to which he responded he could not do, as well as refused to give me any info on someone higher than the GM.

Only complaint is I asked them to air my tires up to 35 and only one tire was done

Jommel and his crew were able to address my concerns about my tires and showed they have a true passion for their jobs. I brought in a rare car none had seen and all wanted to learn more about it. Definitely recommend this place to those who want car enthusiasts to work on their car.

I have used this location for repairs, mostly brakes on many of my vehicles over many years. I recently moved a short distance away and decided to try another shop. I was given a quote that was way out of line and did what I should have done from the beginning, take it back to Firestone. They did a great job (same day) and I am confident they repaired what I actually needed. The other shop told me I needed all 4 rotors replaced and Firestone only told me I needed the back ones replaced. I got the same job done for less than half of what the other shop quoted. Thanks for the great service.

I set a appointment with this location the guy told me to hold on so he can make sure that the tires was in stock so I go there the next day for my appointment and they tell me they dont have the tires wow

Hard to find a better group of people. I’ve been here more times than I’d like (thanks, Jaguar) but these guys are friendly, fast, and most importantly, trustworthy. Tires, alignment, oil change, inspection... If you go anywhere else, you’re only hurting yourself.

I have been scammed before by other firestone service dealerships but not this one; this location has never tried to take advantage of a “brake flush” or “timing belt job” that is unnecessary. Always friendly service, no pressure sales, and courtesy towards your vehicle running with reliable service. Highly recommend this location for your next oil change, tire service/purchase, and/or vehicle repair. They know what they are doing and at a fraction of the cost of a major dealership service price.

They changed out my passenger window motor assembly on my suburban. I had already stripped it down and lost all the screws. They charged me less then anyone within a 20 mile radius and I made the calls.... It was ready within 2 hours.

Not all Firestone locations are created equal. The one at 407 in Flower Mound is very very good. Ive been going there for almost 10 years. Service is friendly even when they are super busy, work is professional and prices are reasonable. I know it will get done right and they will back it up. There are times when it takes longer than expected but that goes with all car repair places. I only give 5 stars for places that impress me consistently. This Firestone has earned it. Ask for Jommel.

Great with easy stuff like tire changes.... Not great with anything else. My husband brought his car in for diagnostics because his engine seemed to want to die. This is the 2nd time he brought it in for the same issue in 2 years. Nothing...... He took it to the dealership and they had diagnosed it in 3 hours on a Saturday. Go for tire replacement and expect to spend extra time there (1 hour promise vs 1 20). Go to the dealership for any real issues.

My truck was in the shop at Arlington Ford for 16 days for a Warranty Transmission repair. They didnt even give me a loaner car, they kept telling me I was on a waiting list? I drive around for work; luckily my best friend was gracious enough to loan me a vehicle. When I finally got my truck back that weekend I suddenly got flat tire & I had my German Shepherd in the truck. It was late on a Hot Sunday afternoon & I was close to the Firestone in Flower Mound TX. My 1st time at this location, they were already closed but 2 workers were still there & cared enough to stay a few minutes more & change the tire for me to the spare. They even showed me where all the tools were in my truck & some other important tips. They took my flat tire to fix the 4 nail punctures so I could pick up the next day. Once again exceptional & reliable service just as I always get at the Grapevine location. I wanted you & everyone else to know how reliable & caring your staff is at the Flower Mound location. I always trust Firestone more than any other repair shop & this just reminded me why. My GSD was so happy to finally make it to the dog park.

12/29/17 I’ve been a long-time loyal customer of this particular store for over 10 years including my wife and two kids vehicles. Unfortunately I’m not experiencing the same attention to customer service that I once received. The latest situation was when I dropped my car off for an inspection at 8:30 in the morning and was told it would be ready by 1 PM. I called at noon to find the status of my car only to be told the vehicle would not be ready until late in the afternoon or evening. Had I not called I doubt they would have notified me. A few minutes later another gentleman called me and indicated now I need 4 new tires!!!! all this of course costing me $1200. I agreed to have the tires installed, after some more time went by I received a call and was alerted to the fact that the vehicle was ready but when I picked it up and paid for it there was tire lubricant all over the rims and tires of each wheel base it was obvious somebody had done a very sloppy job and to me it look like it was on purpose. I pointed this out to the attending clerk and he did not seem to be too concerned with the sloppiness and said if I had more time he can take it into the shop and they would wipe it off. Amazing how you can spend over $1000 with a merchant offering your loyalty and yet still be treated this way....what a peculiar time we live in! I hope this helps any my fellow citizens in Highland Village or flower mound. I’m not convinced you get either good pricing or good service at this location!

I threw the staff for a loop since I only needed an Interstate brand battery for my car, and I was installing it myself. They were very professional and accommodating and had to figure out how to do this on their computer register, but got it figured out, including the core charge. Kudos!

Went for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Customer Service was good and the waiting area is large and comfortable.

This place is awesome! I dealt with Bilan, who recommended a slightly different ratio for my tundra truck. I could immediately feel a difference in the way my truck drove down the road. To top it off they were $300 less than everybody else for the same tires. The service was outstanding. This is my go to place for tires from now on.

When I left work at 5PM I noticed a noise coming from my front driver side tire. I wasnt sure if I could get it taken care of, but luckily they are open until 7PM on Friday.I was immediately able to talk to someone. The employees were all very nice, and offered me coffee or bottled water while I waited. They found a screw in my tire and patched it up for free in 30 minutes. It was also free of charge! Great service, I am considering using this place instead of my dealership for tire service in the future.

He jumped on immediately and started working on my car, (He is the assistant manager, yet he had no hesitation filling in for his guys) My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, the work was meticulously done too. Horrible experience. I just needed an alignment and the mechanic working on my car got it all dirty inside. I have cloth tan seats and now there is black all on my seat. And the manager David didnt seem to care. I am extremely disappointed. He tried to clean it and just made it worse. And was rude when I tried to talk to him.

Jommel is the swellest employee in the business. I would give 69 stars if I could. He got me in and out in no time.

Been here several times. Have been disappointed on a few occasions but others visits go off without a hitch without my wallet taking a beating. I recommend getting to know a technician there that you can rely on and avoid the disappointment of having an inspection take 3 and half hours when given an ETA of half that.

David helped me reset my sensors and was full of helpful knowledge. He was amazing. Ill be back for all my auto needs.

Saved our bacon! These guys are great. Yes, a little overpriced, but you get great service and fixed the first time. We recently had an weird problem where a spark plug backed its way out on the back side of our SUV and then the A/C compressor failure that literally broke down in their parking lot. The not only found the part on a Sunday, but had the car ready by end of the day.I highly recommend them for auto repairs and I know how hard finding a good, reputable place is. Their new management has definitely turned the place around and I will go back when I need additional repairs.

I took my car to be looked at as my engine was noisy in the morning. They told me I needed 2 engine mounts and gave me a crazy quote and also told me I needed 2 new tires plus lots of other stuff that I didnt ask them to look at. They tried to get me to agree to having the work done there and then but I said I need to go home and ask my wife and think about it. He then charged me a $25 diagnostic fee which I wasnt told about when I went into the store. As a result of them charging me $25 just to look at my car, I then went to a different garage who told me I only needed 1 engine mount and it was about $300 cheaper. Dont take your care here as they will take advantage of you. There is a banner from Mr. Firestone on the wall when you go into the store that honesty is the best policy in business. I saw none of this. They just want your money and will lie to you about what is wrong with your car just to get as much out of you as they can.

Having this Gavin guy up front as the face of the company was probably the biggest mistake this location could have ever made. His attitude was horrible, I’d never recommmend coming here he was not helpful and you can tell he hates his life.. don’t go there it’s a waste of time you’ll sit there all day for nothing.. if you’re having car problems I’d recommend going anywhere else or just throwing your car away if you’re having problems and getting another one before coming here

I came in on a Sunday morning, panicked and out of time, and Cory and Mike helped me out immediately.They were patient and accommodating, and were even willing to teach me a little about how the fuel injection system worked.It wasnt only me - I spent about 7 hours there, and every customer left happy and calm. Thats a pretty rare thing to see at an auto shop.

The reason I changed my review from five star to one star is because of the new management! I now go to the Carrollton location because the service manager that used to be there by the name of Jomel is now in Carrollton. He was the service manager at The Flower Mound location and did an awesome job at balancing my vehicle like no one else could. About 3 weeks ago I went to the Flower Mound location and the service manager there was the most rude individual I have ever met and he was the one that replaced took over Jomels position, when he was transferred to the Carrollton location. And I had been going to The Flower Mound location for years. Matter of fact, my husband and I had a Mac Tools truck and sold products to them at one time but never again will I go to that store. And from what I hear the Flower Mound location are losing customers because they are looking for Jomel and moving to the Carrollton store because of the service manager, Josh at Flower Mound. And if I could get a hold of the regional manager I would tell him how sorry The Flower Mound management is now! But Ill tell you what I will drive to the ends of the Earth to go to where Jomel works. And I would never recommend anyone to The Flower Mound location ever again! Jomel is an exemplary employee and an awesome representative of Firestone! And again did an awesome job on my Kia Sportage! Thank you so much Jomel... Had me in and out in about 1 hour on a difficult alignment even though they estimated 2. I love it when a shop under-promise and over-delivers.

I was told that my drivers side tire was very dangerous to drive on because of the belt separation from the tire and the tread being very low. They didnt want to rotate from the front to the back because they said that it wasnt safe. Relunctently they did rotate the tires. Its my wifes car that drives our kids around, so naturally I was very worried. They didnt have the tire I wanted so I had to leave feeling paranoid about the tire giving out at any moment. My wife took the car to Costco the next day to get new tires. Not only did they say that there wasnt belt damage, but the tread was fine to drive on for quite a bit longer. Both businesses are into making money. Which one do you think I trust more now and in the future.

Tried to sell me tires the whole time i was there, then told me I needed to flush my brakes so i decided to wait for my oil change at the dealer...took my vehicle to the dealer a week later for the oil change and had them check the brake fluid and was told it was fine...I guess they are in the business of making money not customers.

I would say not just this fire stone but all fire stones. I made an appointment and was quoted almost $200 more than the web site. I was constantly trying to be upsold because they were out of stock of what I set my appointment to get installed. I never had this issue with ntb.

Firestone Complete Auto Care on Justin Rd. in Flower Mound has earned my confidence & respect after my Air conditioning repair in June 2017. My 2008 Altima was diagnosed as needing a new AC kit because the “clutch wasn’t engaging”. I asked 4 different repair shops if just the faulty clutch assembly could be changed out & consensus was ”that’s not how it’s done” and quotes from them were in the $1500 range for the AC kit (labor & parts included). A YouTube tutorial showed that it is possible to change just the ac clutch assembly (at least for some vehicles) & the part can be ordered online - $40 range. I took a chance and bought a salvaged Clutch assy for $10 & with the guidance of YouTube & with encouragement & tools loaned out from Jaime at O’Reilly’s on Justin Road in Flower Mound I was able to replace the ac coil myself with removal of just one challenging bolt and 2 snap rings. Shim adjustment for proper gap was needed after the change-out & refrigerant added after the system had been left evacuated by the other shops that had inspected it & Mike Crowhurst was the ONLY person out of all 4 shops that was receptive with helping me see the home repair through. He not only helped me out with a procedure that is not normal protocol but encouraged me as well and gave me the confidence to persevere. His mechanic Travis, as well as he, cheered me on as they receptively handled my requests for finalizing the repair to see if it really was “doable” after being told by other shops that it wasn’t. Travis, as well as Mike C, went above and beyond to see this repair through and helped me in more ways than I even asked for and I think were as excited about it as much as I was when the cheap repair actually worked to blow cold ac again. I’ll always be amazed at how I was treated there, especially with being a female DIY person. Firestone and Travis will be my “go to mechanic” from now on. I am grateful to Mike for being so open minded and approaching my request as “community service” and for Travis for his outstanding mechanical expertise and positive attitude. I now know of 3 other repair shops that I will avoid and 1 to go to for everything. Thank you a thousand times to Mike Crowhurst and Travis with Firestone on Justin Road in Flower Mound who were instrumental in proving that this Firestone is trustworthy and looking out for the customer’s best interest.

Replaced my front brake pads here. Started having strange noise during deceleration. Took it to get it checked but they didnt give me an appointment saying they are too busy. Came next day too busy again. They finally checked it and found nothing.
