I came to this location for tires and an oil change. There is a guy that works here named Van and he was awesome!!! I could tell they were busy and he explained everything to me and made sure i understood pricing and what I was getting. Thank you Van… this place by far is the best in car maintenance I have personally ever had.

My niece came to visit from out of town in her 2013 RAV4. Her maintenance light came on so she took her car to NTB since it was down the street from my house. Her car only has 40,000 miles and her first 3 oil change have been done at the Toyota dealerships.They called her to tell her that the oil filter cap cracked upon removal because it was over-tightened by the previous person that had changed the oil (Toyota dealership). They told her it was a cheap Toyota part and they could get an upgraded metal cap at the cost of $90.After my neiece told me what happened, I went out there to look at the issue, and talked to the Service Manager, Stephen Lidster. I said that the tech probably did not use the correct tool and damaged it. Im almost positive the tech was lazy and grabbed a pair of adjustable oil filter pliers, or just a pair of adjustable tongue and groove pliers. I told them that they should have used the correct tool to grab the bottom portion of the filter cap, with the correct filter wrench. He said, it should never be loosened that way, how long have you worked for Toyota? I told him I would go pick a new oil filter cap myself so that they could finish the oil change. He said that they would not install customer supplied parts even though I knew they damaged it.I told him I could pick up part and install it in the parking lot, and they could complete the oil change from there. Stephen got mad and said that I might as well pick up oil and a new filter while I was at it. So that is exactly what I did, bought the original Toyota filter and cap, and a 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 Extended Performance Advanced Full Synthetic 0W-20. I replaced the cap and poured in the oil in the parking lot, in less than 10 minutes. Stephen should have done the right thing and covered the cost of the part because his tech damaged the oil filter cap, and they would have still made money on the oil change.I attached pictures of the damage they caused and the instructions on the original Toyota filter box, showing specifically to use the tool as shown in the pictures.

Had a leaking tire that needed fixing. Drove into NTB who told me that I had road hazard insurance on it from when I bought the set. 2 holes! But all fixed and Im on my way in 45 minutes! Good service. Nation wide. Good deals. Go there!

Were very polite until i told them about the flat tire. I had bought all 4 tires from them. in less than 4 months i had one flat. since, i had fixed it they would not even look at the tire.My second flat is the one which i took to the Justin location.very, very rude, impolite. I tried to talk to the manager. when i told him what had transpired, he told me that he did not have to listen to me and that i was free to go anywhere. All i wanted them to do was not over tighten the lug nuts, for when i had a flat, i could not open them. something that i have done every time i have had a flat. All he had to do was say okay. instead he went on his diatribe. i hope it was not because of my skin color. I should have gone to Valvoline instead, like i usually do. now i know better.

I took my truck in to have oil changed and rotate tires. After the work was done, I was signed out and went home. I live 1.3 miles from the store. I went straight home. When I pulled into my driveway and got out of my truck, I immediately heard the sound of leaking air...pretty unmistakable. I immediately returned to the store with air leaking from my front right tire. By the time I pulled into the store’s parking lot, the tire was flat. The sidewalk of the tire is scratched up and cannot be repaired(the scratching...). I was told that the only thing that the store employees did was move tires from one axle to another, yet I was shown a lug nut that had been damaged and valve stems that were leaking. If the valve stems were leaking, why weren’t they repaired?? I want my tire replaced.You wanted my opinion....

Got into my car 12 hours before leaving on a roadtrip to Colorado and my battery was dead. Took it up to NTB and they fit me into their busy day and had me out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

My battery gave out today because of the heat. I went in to NTB with no appointment. The guys there took great care of my car and did it quickly! I will definitely be back to them for other services. The man that helped me kept looking until he found out they had a battery that would work even though the computer said they didnt have one in stock. I really appreciated not having to make a second trip.

If you have to go may I recommend a Sunday morning. Super clean and and Modern. Nice little television room with a single cup coffee maker. Service was quick although the reservation system didnt quite work for my appointment. Ill be back.

Place is a rip off. Stay away. They stripped the threads on my hub assembly and did not take on the responsibility. Additionally they tried to sell me tires when all I needed was to have my tires rotated, saying they were too worn to rotate when I had 50% tread left. They are constantly trying to up-sell you on things that are not needed or required. They are crooks!

Stopped by to have a battery replaced. In and out less than 30 minutes.

Went in for an alignment after making an appointment. The work started on time and was finished within 30 minutes! Great communication, they provided helpful information which helped to elongated the life of my tires as well. Highly recommend this location for services!

Horrible service, told me I needed new struts and tried to charge me $1800 for it. Later tried to get a simple tire patched and the manager told us, “it depends on how lazy his workers are”. Later next day my tire was completely flat and they had not fixed the tire, but only made it worse. Called them and they told us it couldn’t be fixed, so they tried to make us buy a whole new tire.Don’t go here, they just want your money and they don’t take care of you

Not trustworthy worker for two reasons. I do most of my car work myself, other than tire balancing and alignment. My car was doing some noticeable vibrating around 60-70 MPH only. If youve experienced this before, you know its a tire balancing issue most of the time. I take it to NTB to have it balanced since I got all my tires there, so its free. I dropped it off at 11:30 am cst and told them they could have it until 4:00 pm cst. Around 3:00 pm cst a sales guy called and stated my tires were wearing only in the middle and that was what was causing the vibrating. Ive had my tires for a year roughly, so knew immediately, hes just trying to sell me tires. I said no thank you, Im not making that decision right now, please just balance my tires. I go pick up my car, and again, trying to sell me tires, but they said my car is in balance. I go to look at my tires to see weights and verify, but there are none on either front two tires. They lied and stated my car was balanced, and im assuming didnt balance it so that I thought it was the wear on the tires and would replace them when the issue didnt go away. I took it to another NTB, they balanced it in an hour, and its fine now. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS NTB HAS TRIED TO SCREW ME OVER. Someone who knows about cars, not going to happen, but Im sure theyve fooled many.Beware!

The Guys at NTB are always helpful, polite, courteous and very honest with you when it comes down to your vehicle needs. I really appreciate that. I’ve heard and read some reviews and some of them seeemed a little harsh. All I know is that I have not experienced any problems yet or no outrageous charges that were unbelievable. In all his honesty working on cars are not that easy and quick. If it was everyone would work on their own vehicle. So I can only imagine the time, patience and labor that goes into every job. Thanks Guys for taking great care of my SUV!!!

Had to get my car realigned because another shop did not do it correctly. Came here because I had heard good things despite the ratings. In and out in under an hour. My car drives perfectly straight now; plus I have a 6 month warranty, that I-35 will probably cause me to use. My new repair shop. Thanks NTB

The buy two get two deal is a joke. It only applies if you get their full package deal which includes a list of things that you would expect to come with new tires. By the time that theyre done adding in everything, you are basically paying the price for four new tires. But at this location the service was great, but hate the deals.

Made appointment online yesterday. Quick and easy service today. Painless. Although it was a very minor job - just tire rotation.

They do decent work here. Sometimes the front desk tech will talk down to you. Its a little off-putting sometimes. I usually only go there if Discount Tire is too busy.

Vance and Richard are experienced technicians. They are honest and give excellent customer service!

I went in to get a flat re-fixed, they didn’t get it right the first time. The mechanic broke the mirror on my truck while backing out of the service bay. Everyone on duty that day admits it was their fault but the store manager refuses to repair my vehicle and restore it pre-incident condition. Can I give them a negative star? They may be convenient and have reasonable rates but their customer service and acceptance of responsibility surpasses deficient.

I went there several times every time giving them the benefit of doubt. They never fixed a thing right the first time or the second time. Every time I go there some new problem seems to crop up within a few weeks. Until I started visiting them, I did not have as many problems.The store manager is a moron. On my recent visit (and that is my last to this store), he was chewing gum and blowing bubble in your face and his attitude was horrible. Totally unprofessional, I had given them thousands of dollars worth of business and this is the customer service you get. That was the last straw for me. I walked out of the store and took my business elsewhere.Do not use them.

I arrived shortly before they were going to close at 7 p.m. Google had told me that they were open till 8 p.m. If I had to wait until the next day to get my tire fixed I was not going to have a way home to my house in Plano. The crew was amazing and even though it meant they would have to stay late they took the time to fix my tire so I could get home to my family.

2.5 hours for an oil change. Didnt fill the tires with air. 2nd visit took an hour, was then forgotten about and not told my truck was ready. After over an hour, found out for myself it was done, but noticed once again, no air put in tires and then the mechanic tried to lie to my face about it. Barely an apology. Would never go here if I hadnt unfortunately bought my tires hereEdit 9/28/16Forced to still go here for the free tire rotations, this time Im told that my truck cant be lifted with ANYTHING in the bed. Small amount of gear in the bed thats always there, always has been, was never a problem here or anywhere else. The brilliant service manager Steven decided to further remind me of why I ABSOLUTELY never spend any more money here, and ALWAYS go out of my way to tell people to avoid it. Only the worst kind of stupid working here.

I went in for a routine oil change and was completely ripped off with overcharges left and right with work that was not needed on my vehicle. I consulted with my normal mechanic and the charges were more than half less. Stay far away...their free oil change is not worth it...you will be ripped off!

This was the best tire experience we have had ever. Ceasar Cordon was extremely professional and polite as well as immeasurably helpful with our purchase and installation decisions. I especially appreciated his interactions with me as a female customer; he did not talk down to me or attempt to take advantage of my limited knowledge. Richard Gauna expedited the installation and it was completed quickly and efficiently. The price was the best of the five different places I contacted (including the NTB in Denton ten miles away) which was great but the excellent customer service and detailed information Ceasar provided was what really made our decision. We will be using this NTB in the future for any service they provide and refer our family and friends. Note: It appears that each NTB is an individual entity. If you have had a bad experience with one (as we have) try another one in your area. If you are in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area THIS is the one to use. I strongly advise against using the one in Denton. Their prices are higher, their customer service is below acceptable and they will not provide specific costs over the phone. In addition they attempted to overcharge us for several different things that are not necessary in tire installation and if you have to return for any reason they are argumentative and unhelpful. We chose to drive an additional ten miles to the NTB in Flower Mound and it was very much worth additional time.

Repeatedly get wrong information about tires, tire replacement, and warranty information. I have a feeling they are not being honest in order to get make more sales.

My go to location for automotive needs. I live in Fort Worth and this is the only place I will go to for my auto needs!I stumbled upon it kinda on accident. I was driving through Flower Mound visiting a friend when my oil change light came on. I happened to be driving and saw the NTB sign and decided to stop. I am very glad I did!The store was busy but I was greated right when I came in and they told me they would be right with me. A gentleman named David Veletsky helped came up to me and asked me if I had been helped. I said I had not and he asked what I had come in for. I told him I needed an oil change.I waited in the lounge and enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the TV. The wait was not as long as I expected and when David called my name I half expected him to want to show me something like other places do. David said I was done and I mentioned that was quick for how busy it was. He told me that they can make appointments to help get in and out faster as well. I appreciated the suggestion and was very happy with my experience.I returned to my car and found my seat in the same position I had left it. I am a tall guy and I hate when you get into your car after taking it somewhere and they move your seat. I highly recommend this NTB with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store is always clean and tidy and the work is 1st rate. You cant go wrong!

This NTB is beyond terrible. First trip here I got a simple oil change, they left the oil plug under the car so loose to where all my oil could suddenly flush out on the road. Second trip I needed a new O2 sensor and they were the most affordable. They told me it would be 30-45 minutes, and after what took an hour and a half they said they INSTALLED the wrong product O2 sensor and needed to order another one to re-install. Guess what, the second O2 sensor was faulty, so my next trip was to warranty replace THAT sensor. I had scheduled an appointment a day before at 2 p.m. An hour later my car still hadnt been touched while other cars after me were being serviced, I approached the manager on staff and after a rebuke of my service and complaints there, he disrespectfully suggested a refund as to not deal with me any more which I took to prevent more wasted time. Simply awful.

Try to over sale and dont buy the tire warranty or fall for the buy 2 get 2 free. I bought tires from NTB last April 2016 and it was the 2 for 2 deal. I have a nail in the tire sidewall in June this year and still am asked to pay 132.00 to replace it even though I have the warranty. Discount tire would have taken care of this at no charge and replaced the tire.Dont go to NTB anywhere. They are always gping to tell you that something neds replacing when it doesnt. They pulled this on my brakes. When I pulled the wheels of this change them myself they were less than a 1/4 worn when compared to the new brake pads.

I got a pretty good deal from these guys when I went in for the buy 2, get 2 free tire sale. Because of that deal, it made NTB the best price in the Metroplex (trust me, I looked). They were really great as far as customer service. Only catch, they requre you to get the $40 package on each tire, insuring it for 5 years.The big downside: they told me it would be 2 hours to finish, so I called someone to come pick me up. Only 25 min. later, I got a call saying my car was ready. I would have saved my better half the trouble of picking me up had I known it would only take 25 min to finish.

They did a great job in a timely manner

It took 4 hours to replace 2 tires. I dropped the car off at 9:30 am and when I got the car back at 1:30 pm the low tire light came on. The service manager said it would take time for the sencors to adjust to the new tire. Thinking that was just am excuse to get me to go away I tested the tire with a pressure gauge...sure enough the tire was low on air. When I returned I spent the next 5 minutes agruing with the service manager to add air to the tire. I will not return to this NTB ever again.

They are open on Sundays. No other tire place nearby is that I can tell. Twice I have needed to get a tire fixed on a Sunday, and they did it at no charge.

I took my carmaro their to get an oil, the screw ups did not put the oil pan screw back in tight enough, so it leaked oil in my garage. Then took it back and had to wait an hour for those idiots to put the screw in tight.
