My personal stylist is Shae and I think she deserves recognition. She is very knowledgeable and experienced as a stylist. I trust her immensely. Which is why I have adapted my schedule to fit her’s. Her station is always clean and she offers great advice on hair products that helps fits her clients need. But what I really enjoyed its her friendliness and welcoming attitude. Her ability to connect with people enhances the customer experience that I have had since I started getting my haircuts with her. I truly appreciated what she does and she is a great asset for you guys!

Nothing wrong with the cut I had today but just a basic cut is pricey.

I’m done with coming to this place until they fix their online check in system. Every time I have used the online system I always have a problem when I show up. The stylist here are good and I have no issues with the haircuts but it’s very frustrating to show up and have 1 member of my family checked in and the other two not and then have to wait forever because I get skipped and placed at the back of the line. This has happened to me multiple times and the staff all know it’s an issue but it never gets fixed. The stylist are just as good at cool cuts and they actually let you make a real appointment so you show up and they are ready for for.

Jodie did an excellent job. Been a long time since last visit and my hair is finally back to normal after.

We signed in online and it said we had a 31 minute wait time. We drove there 20 minutes later thinking we would be early. The system did not show our reservation and now walk ups had a 51 minute wait. While Shea tried to look at history to find our lost reservation she kept welcoming walk ins as they came through the door and treated me with contempt. She did not try in away to accommodate me and treated me as if I was not truthful. Sorry there was nothing she could as she added six more walk ins ahead of me. Now the wait was over 70 minutes. Terrible customer service and advise you go anywhere but the FM Sports Clips. Also I recommend you take a picture of any online reservation. I give this location a big F for failure.

Cynthia is a very warm and friendly person, I highly recommend her, Thank you for the years of always treating me and my hair with top notch service. I always leave knowing I got the best hair cut. Cynthia is an amazing hair stylist.

Love the staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the front doors and was told to sign in. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was called up for a haircut. This was my first time at Sports Clips and I was highly impressed. I got my hair cut by Cynthia (hope I spelled that right) and she gave my a fantastic cut! Super polite and conversational staff. Will absolutely be going back for more cuts.

I have been looking for a place to cut my hair for a while and popped in to this location and business chain for the first time. loved the attention that I was given by the greeter and their set up for fist timers was very easy. I also had my hair done very well and to the point by Shae, She was one of the fastest people to have done my hair and did a really good job of it. I do recommend this location to other people.

My son recently went in there with fairly long hair (he wears it combed over). My husband asked the stylist for a trim for my son. She cut it so short that it wont comb over (it sticks straight up when you do nothing, even when she tried combing it over parts wouldnt stay down)

The warm greeting I receive when I walk through the door is a fantastic start to my haircut experience. All the ladies are amazing at their job, and their receptionist is very helpful too. I’m able to get in and out quick, with a haircut that exceeds my expectations. This has been, and will be my favorite destination for a haircut in town!

Had bad luck with haircuts at another location, so I gave this one a try. I received Chavez on his third day of working at this location, and was thoroughly impressed. Chavez not only gave the best haircut I’ve had in some time, but was personable and professional. Will return to this location due to the service I received today.

My fiancee uses them regularly. He comes out looking better than when he went in. The only issue weve observed is they dont explain when you check in online you still have to sign in on the screen when you arrive. I watched 3 unhappy men leave because others were taken before them. The online site may state that. We never use it but I witnessed 3 people leave who could very easilly take their business elsewhere.

This has to be one of the unfriendliest Sportclips I have ever encountered. The stylist talked as if it was my fault to be her customer. She asked a lot of questions, expecting me to have knowledge of a hair stylist when answering her. I did my best to be descriptive as a customer, but she never put in any effort to make my hair look remotely decent either. I will not return to this location.Reply to SportClips owner: Thank you for taking your time to reply. I will not disclose the stylist’s name here but will provide other details. I went to the location on Friday December 27th, roughly at 5:15 pm and checked out at around 5:45 pm. I also bought a box of Mitch styling clay. The stylist has long hair and short stature. I found her following behaviors unacceptable:1. I asked her to trim my hair. She asked me how short I wanted. I asked her for a scale. She halfheartedly answered from 1 to 5 and left it for me to figure out how long a number 2 or 3 should be.2. Her attitude during the whole time was more on the line of commanding customer. I don’t expect a smile every time but I won’t accept hostility.3. When she thought her job was done, she stopped and kept pressing me nonstop for my opinion: “How was it? How was it? How was it? How was it?” To the point I had to tell her give me a second to look at the hair. I felt she was eager to kick me out. I was not happy with the halfhearted result, but I was really upset at how unwelcoming she was to me.

Received an MVP with Christina who did a wonderful job,. She did not rush through the cut and took the time to properly trim me up making sure that everything was trimmed up nicely. I loved the extras of the hot towel, scalp rub shampoo, and upper back massage.

Took my 10 year old son there for a haircut. Just wanted a traditional clean cut look. I didnt feel heard. The stylist was in a hurry and a bit snippy with me. There were plenty of stylist working and not that many customers. My son is fairly easy to please, but not so happy with this cut. We still looking for THE place to go for his cuts.

Pretty expensive for the haircut i received. In and out in 10 mins. Wasnt even shown the cut afterwards in the mirror. Not super happy about it.The stylist was nice as can be and so was the staff but, I feel it was either rushed or theyre not to par as a stylist . not trying to be rude at all, sorry if it came off that way.I think that a decent cut takes some time and I dont think i received either. Sorry for the review, again, but I felt I needed to share.

They do not accept coupons when it clearly states on the coupon good for any hair cut. It has happened twice.

My girl Sinead can cut hair with the best of them. Truly. Not only that but if you have a beard, gentleman you NEED to visit this location. Best haircut and trim Ive had in years. Honest to god truth. I used to go to another location for Candice (Probably spelled that wrong) and now she is at this location as well. If you need a cut, this is absolutely your spot. Side note, people are complaining about the wait time, and all I have to say about that is you can run down to great clips or some other place, get right in, then look like they cut your hair with a lawn mower... So lets be real, the wait is justified.

This is a great place for a haircut, and the stylists are very friendly. My only complaint is the wait can be long during popular times (e.g. weekends)

Okay haircut, not the best. Very pushy on sales and the suggested tips on the checkout machine are ridiculous. 25% is the lowest suggested tip. Overall, the haircut is not worth the money.
