I always have a good experience when coming here. Everyone there are very nice and efficient. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment.

Been coming here for 5 years on and off, but since I found Glitter, this place has been the only place to get my hair cut. Always an impeccable atmosphere with their awesome selection of music and scenery, with the added bonus of friendly and fun hairdressers who wanna make you look like a badass at all times. Glitter is so unbelievably cool and awesome with my curly hair(most hairdressers Ive had get confused when they see my hair). Ask for Glitter for your next appointment if you see this!

Left my AirPods on the stylists counter as I was getting my haircut, stepped outside after haircut immediately realized they were gone and went back in only to find them missing/stolen.The receptionists up front also have an attitude. Not friendly and they’ll quote a 2.5 hr wait time when no one is in the lobby waiting. Just really bad service and overpriced.

If you are looking for color, you must see Beth!!!She has been able to create every look I have brought to her and there have been many 😁 From highlights to full color. I have been seeing her for years now and she has taken me from brunette to blonde to red to platinum blonde, not to mention all the different haircuts. She always has a great attitude, and is fun to visit. Thank you Beth!On a side note, Henry is great at haircuts too.

Tried to go here twice. First time I walked in about 2 hours before close. I was told there is no way to fit my son in. Ok I will try again.Today i called and asked if i needed an apointment. The lady told me no its fine, we can work you in. Drove my son in from Denton, and the lady told me the first available appointment is in 1.5 hours. So which is it walk ins or appointments. I feel like the appropriate response should have been let me set up an appointment for you.

Hair stylist working 3/11/21 @ 2:00pm Caitlin. Rudest and weirdest hair cut experience I’ve ever been a part of. Conversation topics went south too quickly as stylist asked my opinions on topics and then didn’t like them so proceeded to share her opinion statements such as “you’ll die alone and miserable” LOL. Overall people are allowed to have different opinions, and if you become a rude, condescending, and out right unprofessional person when you hear these things, I suggest you invest time to finding different topics that are appropriate for your place of work. I was told that I interrupted her as I responded in conversation. The session ended with “get out of my chair.” This again was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a barber. Good luck with this one!Someone remind this person that they cut hair for a living and should probably not have such an open opinion to alienate themselves from those with different ones.

They expect customers to sit and wait long past their appointment time. I have been coming here for a couple years. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been here past my appointment time 20 minutes and still not seen.

Service is average. Nothing awesome but not bad either.My main complaint at this point is value. $21 for a single length buzz cut pre-tip with no wash is excessive.Im going to look elsewhere for a better deal.

New to the area, decided to try it out for the first time. Confirmed appointment an hour before. They showed me who would be cutting my hair since I’m a first timer and they were already with another customer, but it ran 30 minutes into my appointment time, no big deal but what is a big deal is that the front desk knew I was next, but a gentlemen walked in and the front desk walked the customer over to the person I had my appointment with as I was sitting waiting. I still remained patient in light of all the events and drama going on this year I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but after a few minutes of not even being approached by the front desk to make me aware on what was going on, I had to approach them and asked “you know I had an appointment with him and this guy just walked in without saying his name, it was an instant walk in the door, a quick hello and he was walked over to my stylist I had an appointment with” Front desk just said they accidentally double-booked that time and for me to wait after they got done. The stylist then found out what happened and approached me and said he’ll be a minute and to wait also. What upsets me the most as a new customer is that I didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Hoping that I would receive a good haircut would brighten my mood from this customer service, but that even wasn’t good. After I showered my hair was crazy uneven and there was a clear line when I emphasized that I wanted a fade. At that point I just wanted to pay for my haircut and never come back again. Unfortunately The hunt for a good stylist/salon continues.Technically I have to leave one star....sooo.....I liked the posters on the walls....but that’s it.

We left with my hair wet, and not braided like I usually do. I had the same lady as I did the last time, who did a phenomenal job!! but this time she claimed she didn’t know how to braid that well... i am kind of disappointed.

5 Stars isnt enough for the service and cuts that we have received with Wayne at this location! All three of my sons are very particular with how they like their hair cut! Wayne is absolutely amazing! From the customer service we receive the moment we walk in the door all the way to individual cuts he and his staff provide each time we come in for a cut! This store is awesome! As a small business owner myself I recognize the importance of customer service and quality when providing a service. I am very impressed with everything with this location! The store is immaculate, the staff is friendly and very prompt with greeting their customers and getting us into a chair as quickly as possible each time we come in! The extra individual attention that Wayne gives each of my sons makes us feel like family! It makes this mommas job so much easier and enjoyable when we come in for our hair cuts! Took my 5 year old here for a cool mohawk hair do. The gal that cut his hair didn’t even talk to him and just looked at the picture and started cutting. My son, who is very friendly tried talking to her, but she wasn’t interested. My husband said his stylist was nice, we will try again with a different stylist.

First haircut since the covid and floyds didnt disappoint?

The wait time was less then 15 minutes at 10AM on a Saturday. That’s not even the good part. My stylist today was Andrea B.Brief introduction. Asked the traditional “what look are you going for?” but she took a step further and we spoke about my insecurities and how we can abolish those concerns. She gave me some background information about herself. Andrea was extremely humble. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond all expectations!! I received a haircut/neck shave/ beard trim/ shampoo/ massage.After the services we’re completed she showed me step by step on how to achieve the look I was going for. Great explanation and guidance.Totally blown away!! Floyd’s... I’m so impressed.. great team members...comfortable environment.. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

Took my Twin toddlers here. Did a walk-in, had only a 2 minute wait. My boys didn’t cry or scream. That was a first for my 2.5 yr guys. Lewis and Title were so good! They were patient, and kept the little guys distracted and entertained. But, mostly, they gave them great cuts! So happy, and surely going back again!

Been going here since it opened. Customer service continues to diminish. They are busy enough that it has become a numbers situation with regards to service at the front desk. Stylists are nice and several go the extra mile. Front desk needs to enhance their customer service. Unfortunately it is their service that will prohibit some from experiencing the great stylists.

Great service and measurements for COVID19, got my temperature checked at the entrance and hand sanitizer was provided, face masks are mandatory.

Changing this to a four from a 1... first cut was like a 4, second, 1. Only reason I’ll give 4 is because HENRY fixed my ‘1’. If you get a fade, go to HENRY.. trust me.

Got my hair cut today, the woman who cut my hair put so much leave-in-conditioner in it that my hair is now crunchy. It’s not even in the back and she didn’t cut it how i told her i would like it. She didn’t even take the time to dry my hair. I will not be coming back to the facility

They were so rude to me about my toddler kids not wearing masks. They are under the age of the government requirement to wear mask!

My time is important to me which is why I schedule an appointment vs. walk in. Ive been coming to this location for a while and all of my scheduled appointments were at least 5-10 late. My most recent visit had me sitting there for 20 minutes watching my scheduled stylist cut someone elses hair. If you cant respect my time, Ill take my business elsewhere.

I was really surprised how busy they were on a Monday morning. I didn’t have to wait long and the haircut was just what I had asked for. The place is cool. Haircut lady wasn’t super chatty which I definitely appreciate

The hostess was so rude. I could not hear her very well because of the loud music and mask muffling her voice. She had a horrible attitude and was talking to me like I was stupid. Was a long time customer but now I will never be back.

Lacks customer service! I have been going to Floyd’s in Dallas on Lemmon for years and moved to Fort Worth and work in Flower Mound. Needless to say I’ll be driving an hour back to Dallas to get my haircut from my original stylist Jeff. The staff is always very friendly from when you enter till you leave.

My family loves this Floyds. My boys have gone to multiple stylists here, and never once had a bad experience. They always take great care of their hair. Thank you!

Justine is a great barber, and an even better conversationalist. She takes her time, double checks her work in the mirror, and makes sure that you feel like you get a great value for the money.

Beth at Floyds 99 in Flower Mound is a miracle worker, who really cares about the work she does and is exceptionally talented. We had an impending Hairpocalypse from a Loreal bottle and Beth was a freakin hero! Wayne, the manager was great, too! Obviously, if they didn’t consistently give a good haircut I wouldn’t keep coming back. 😜 I will say, if you are in a hurry make an appointment, as walking in can leave you waiting quite a while! Other than that, if you want a good haircut would recommend.

I had came over to Henry about how I wanted my brothers hair cut, just cut the sides. And he goes and removes the top. My little brother didn’t say anything because he is shy. Kinda disappointed Henry didn’t listen. Wayne pops up stating the top needed to be cut to blend the sides. I never said anything about blending nor did my brother. Instead of listening and empathizing Henry and Wayne just wanted to argue

Great haircuts every single time. Really good at getting to know their customers and bending over backwards to help them. Really impressed when they were about to curl my wifes hair when another salon no showed on our wedding day. They were busy but were going to go buy new product and make it happen. As long as the same people who are working at this barbershop. I will be coming back again and again. This is the best Floyds in DFW and ive been to most of them.

This is a coed barber shop, and my husband has had good experiences here. However, when I went in today, for a trim to the back and sides of my very short hair, I was told I had to wait for a person who specializes in womens haircuts. I told the front desk clerk that I didnt need that because I have a guys hair cut. She said Yeah but on a woman its more feminine and I dont make the rules. Taking my hair elsewhere....

Not happy at all with my haircut...we clearly weren’t on the same page. I’m 47 not 17 and I didn’t ask for the buzz cut I got. $25 + tip and now I have to go find someone to make me look presentable before vacation. I rolled the dice by just dropping in and clearly lost. Never again.

Went to get a simple 5 on top and 3 on the sides. Left with a 3 all around and on top of this they used a straight blade on the back of my neck (which Im ok with) but the missed a patch. The inside of the store is awesome if youre a rock fan and the people are cool but you need to cut my hair correct.

We have been seeing Maddison for about a year and my 4 year old son absolutely loves her! She is so kind and so patient and his haircut is always great. Shes the best!

Love Floyds 99! This was the first one I went to and they know what theyre doing. Very friendly, skilled, and they all seem to enjoy what they do. Great conversations, laughs, and if you say stylists choice they know how to make you look good.

I enjoy seeing the entire team here Ive had my hair cut by multiple people. The only problem is the time that I have the opportunity to go apparently is when everybody else goes so I usually end up waiting about an hour. But the price is very good and the quality is very good and I dont feel like they are pushy or anything

Made an appointment over the phone. My name wasn’t in the system at all. I’ve gone to this barber for 3 months. They have descent stylists but very unorganized scheduling. Make an appointment in person not over the phone they will not put your name down. They will forget... won’t go back.

We were essentially turned away as a walkin at 11 am on a Friday, there were 2 people waiting.Person at counter told us they could cut my 12 year old daughters hair at 230 the following day. I asked why and they told me that they didnt have anyone there that could do that (she only needed a trim)I have been to this location many times albeit a few years back and dont remember ever having an issue, that atmosphere is good the quality is hit or miss howeverReally?????Needless to say I will not be visiting Floyds again and I could never in good faith reccomend them to anyone else

Suree` has been taking care of my son and I for almost two years now, she has got to be one of the most professional stylist I have ever encountered. She goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of, whether your an adult or a child. The same care goes into each snip of the scissors, as she connects with you. She makes a point to get to know each of her clients and remembers you each time you come in. We consider Suree` family and she and the entire staff at Floyds Flower Mound do the same thing, the pleasant and polite ladies that answer the phones to all stylist and the manager Wayne are all TOP NOTCH!
