Moved to Flower Mound a month back from New Jersey. Saw the previous reviews and wanted to check it out. Ashley did an amazing job. Strong recommend her and the place.

My father is a stroke survivor and can be very difficult when it comes to things like this they did an amazing job. And was very understanding due to his condition. They have earned a customer for life.

First time in 20 years I let someone else shave my head and trim my beard. I made an appointment with Bailey, was greeted upon entry and immediately seated at my appointment time. Bailey was very friendly, professional and, thorough. Beard was trimmed to the shape and style that I requested, and the head shave is smooth as silk. I will definitely return to Roosters in Flower Mound in the future. Thanks Bailey!

They seemed unsure of what they were doing. Probably the worst fade I have ever had hands down. As well as they told me it was $30 and it came out to $45. I WOULD NOT recommend going here if you want a good fade.

First off, know that all these positive reviews are all fake. They are so rude and they dont know how to do a simple fade. I guess because I wanted the top of my hair slightly longer than most so I could style it a bit threw her off. Left my neck slightly irritated and on fire. Plus overpriced like a mofo for the shotty work. Avoid at all cost unless youre desperate for a cut.

I will say the hair cut was fine, but it is the worst beard trim I have ever had. The worst part is I had a business trip the next day. I am going to have to cut most of it off to even it out. Its not just one area either. I honestly couldnt tell you what the stylist was looking at, but I dont like being practiced on. If you cant do it, have someone else finish that part for you. Its that bad.

Not a bad place for a haircut, if you dont mind the high prices. I was rather desperate due to the pandemic and my usual stylist was booked solid. Not only were they open and accommodating, but they were able to fit me in without an appointment. My hair is simple, and although it was my first time here, my haircut was satisfactory, not the best Ive ever had, but by no means was it bad. My stylist listened and was very attentive. My biggest complaint is the cost, nearly $50 after tax and tip, more than double what I usually pay and I dont go to a cheap place. But I was desperate and I paid for it. Too pricey for my taste, so I probably wont be back, unless Im desperate again.

A great end job on a head shave and beard trim.. What would have made it exceptional, however, would have been a full head, hot shaving cream shave instead of spot shave after elec. razor... Other than that, my next months appointment has already been scheduled.👍😉

This has been my favorite place to get my haircut, the people there are just awesome, kind and go above and beyond in every way. I live that you can online schedule your appt and see when your favorite person is available, you find a time that fits your schedule. I would have to say, not all of the barbers have skills. Just because you can a license, it doesnt mean you can cut just like I found out that all of them can not fade or know how to. If you dont believe me, then read the reviews. I did find one person that was very versatile and new what she was doing and that the lady Trish. For some reason you would think that they would promote this lady because she is the best so far. I would highly recommend her because shes quick, you would receive a great hair cut, and wont be in there all day. So if you value opinions, go with Trish, theres a reason why she is always book and her customers are always happy.

I came here with a free coupon for a free haircut and they honored it. Made no appointment, but was seated right away. Got a great haircut from a guy named keith. It was quick, and it came out looking nice. Will definitely be back. Loved the chill atmosphere and the good music they were playing

Outstanding place for a beard shape and trim with a professional haircut. The staff is competent and has service for front in their mind. If any issues arise the company is sure to handle it efficiently.

Update: 6-30-19- saw response to a review to reach out to management, did that. Was told they would call back, Two weeks later, no callback. Have been going to them with family since they opened in my area, I’d expect better treatment. Have seen quality of groomers drop over the years.Roosters experience deplorable. Went in twice to speak with manager, neither was available for both visits. Knock off gray before daughters graduation (three hours out). Ended up with dark brown doll hair, looked like a can of spray was used all over scalp, forehead, sides, neck and shirt. No shave of neck hairs, no warm towel (usual treatment).As I wear glasses and have poor sight without them, didnt notice the dye in the dark studio. Wife spent two of the three hours outside cleaning up the dye and shaving neck. If theyre not trained to dye, they should not dye! Any other weekend would have been easy, this was the worst one to have this happen. As no manager has been available, I figure Id write out on this direction.

Rude. Unprofessional. And most of all the lady that cut my hair clearly did not want to be working there! Went in made an appointment... came back for my appointment. Was made to feel like I was interrupting her day. Then was accused of not making an appointment. I reminded the lady that i came in earlier to make the appointment and came back for my appointment. She and the manager I am assuming-were having a DISCUSSION during my entire experience about how i did not have an appointment. I guess the do not want any business. There discussion escalated to a point where the lady cutting my hair was told to hurry an finish and even wouldnt ya know my haircut was done so she could move on to making the next person feel bad.

Im brand new to the area and decided to give this place a shot after reading lots of reviews. I must say I was very underwhelmed with the overall experience. Im sure everyone is allowed to have an off-day, but I felt like this place was having one. It was all rather impersonal. When I walked in I wasnt greeted. The stylist didnt introduce herself or ask me my name. No one seemed very excited to be there. The haircut was adequate (except for the fade... That was awful) and the beard trim was less than adequate.So while it may have been an off day for them, I expected much much more for 40+ dollars.

This place is always a pleasure to go to get a haircut. It is clean and well appointed. I can without hesitation recommend AB as a solid choice for a genuine barbershop haircut. I know there are a lot of choices in the neighborhood but AB brings me and my boys back every time.

Scheduling an appointment is as easy as downloading their app. It books it in my calendar and shows available times by person. Free water/soda while you wait (if you ever have to wait). Make you feel welcomed and comfortable. No walking to get hair washed or hot towel as each station has its own sink.

Mandy always delivers a quality haircut and great service. My wife wont let anyone else touch my hair which is very difficult to cut & style. She does a great job each and every time. I would definitely recommend her for any man looking for a great haircut in the Flower Mound area!

Im pretty picky about my haircut. Kyndall knocked it out of the park and pays attention to detail. I get the basic club cut but she still spent almost the entire 30 minutes making sure everything was right. She was experienced and knew how to layer and texturize well. Ill be going back for sure!

Shouldnt be considered a barbershop, they cant do a fade and they dont do flat razor edge ups. Only women cutting hair and honestly if you looking for a salon then this is a good place but if you are looking for a good or clean fade then this isnt the place for you.

Booked an appointment online for 12:45 on a Sunday. Checked in with the receptionist 5 minutes early. Sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Walked out at 1:15 without a haircut. If you value your time do not go here. Appointments apparently mean nothing at Roosters.

Sorry just cant recommend. Butchered my sons hair. Went on a promotion but had to go and pay elsewhere to fix it.

Very disappointed in our haircut. Went in and asked for a trim and style, and got a really short cut. Exactly what my son didnt want. He left fuming and sad. I thought our stylist was on the same page, but she clearly wasnt. We wont return to Roosters.
