Although the parts for my problem are on back order :( my service rep Cody is phenomenal. Kept me in the loop as to what was going on and very easy to deal with and understand. I brought my car in for the 1st time due to my check engine light on. When Lee called me he said it was my accelerator sensor and dont see any other problems. When I picked my car up, it is making a very loud clicking noice from under the dashboard. Lee said nothing about this and now I will have to bring my car to another shop to get that fixed and looked at instead of them looking and fixing that noise which would have taken about 39 minutes according to a friend mechanic. I think they just want to charge for extra labor instead of fixing everything at once.
The actual service experience was great. They were fast and friendly. The only issue is that the process to schedule the appointment takes more work than it should. I made an appointment online using chat for a simple oil change and I had to wait for a few weeks, but then I got a call the next day and they needed more information and when they found it was just an oil change, they got me in sooner. Everybody wants to go online for making appointments, but sometimes it is better to just say call us.

I was left in the lobby until they started turning the lights off. After an hour and a half no one told me my car was ready. Someone had to go back in the dark to find my keys.. very unhappy with this service. And Id like to know why they keep letting ALL of the air out of my tires. The pressure should be at 35pts.. this is the second time Ive left with my tire pressure light on.. the pressure was at 31pts in 2 of my tires..very frustrating..

The process was very smooth it may taken long but it still was done very productivity and i got what I needed. I was not expecting to get a car that day because of credit or money but it turns out it was something perfect just for me and I love my car.

I have been to many dealerships and my experience with Johnny Londoff today was top notch starting with the customer service I received! I have had an issue with my car that other dealerships were unable to diagnose and could not help me. I was transferred to speak with Bill Lee today and he was very understanding and professional!! Bill said they would find out what is going on with my car and in no time they had an answer for me!! I was very very pleased with the service at the dealership with Mike your service provider. But I was taken back by the fact that my daughter was charged $100 for the battery to be installed but yet the battery was defective and under warranty. I would’ve thought there would not have been a charge to install a new battery being that it was under warranty and if there was a charge it should have been paid for by AC Delco being that the battery was defective.
I felt that my car was miss diagnosed in the beginning and I felt that you all weren’t honest check engine light was supposed to be fixed $896 down the drain.. Customer service needs help very Rude I will never come bac to Johnny Londoff

I was going to look for a car through Johnny Londoff Chevrolet, but I am seeing complaints from witholding a car, not honoring warranty especially when it comes to oil change and other services. Ive been looking around online in over a dozen dealerships ... so many scams going on. This is not acceptable. Hopefully find a good dealership ... I may just walk everywhere than deal with this.Im reading the responses from either the owner, GM or ahem PR person representing the dealership... no resolution whatsoever. Just redireting.

My car has been serviced as of Tuesday and finished yesterday. Today is Friday. Apparently they have decided to hold my car until they receive payment from my warranty which I didnt know they could even do but okay fine. I was told Cody sent the invoice yesterday. Wasnt the case because I called my warranty and they stated otherwise. I called the service department back and made them aware. I was hit with im showing we sent it instead of checking, calling to verify the warranty Did in fact receive it, or even i dont know try to send it again. So I called in the morning. Still no invoice. I call Cody left a message. Called Cody left another message. Called again. Still no Cody. Finally I called the assist. Manager. To my surprise Cody final calls back to tell me hes still waiting on the warranty. No Cody you need to call and make sure you sent it to the right place. Make note that Cody didnt even know how to contact my warranty to start the initial claim. Very simple. Not happy.Update:Kathy the supervisor just told me that it usually takes 4 days for them to receive payment from warranty such as mine. Liessss.my warranty has been waiting on an invoice from you a email for a full 24hrs. If you know this why wasnt I informed Tuesday. Hell today that you londoff chooses to hold a car until your ready to get payment. And I called kitty. She didnt answer. Oh and just love how u charged me to test my battery.

I had a simple request for programming some key fobs. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked but the price was very reasonable, much less than other places and especially compared to what a locksmith would charge. I would recommend anyone with a GM product to check out Johnny first.
I just want to share my wonderful experiences that I have had with Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. We have just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and I will continue to go back again and again. I have purchased two cars from Johnny. Always pretty happy with the service but in this case I was extremely disappointed. When I bought the car I also purchased the extended warranty. Not only was I sold on the warranty aspect but I was promised an additional three oil changes at no charge as part of the extended warranty. My son brought the car in for repair on an O2 sensor and they could not tell him if it was covered under warranty. So the evaluation itself was $100.00 out of pocket for a $40.00 part that I could have had put in myself. In addition I was told that I would have 4 free oil changes with the purchase of this extended warranty. I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation. So you are basically telling me that the extended warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. If this is the way the service department conducts business with such lack of communication and concern for my son as a consumer be it known that I will not be servicing my cars at Johnny Londoff any longer. I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze and Lee Schulze was the service coordinator.
When I picked up my car when I purchased it I was not shown any of the features of the car. It had not been cleaned inside And had someone’s lunch container in the back.When I brought my car in for repair after a minor accident it took six weeks to return my car to me stating that the parts were not available.Also at the time of the initial sale the paperwork was messed up. I was not able to get my title for 3 1/2 months. I am not at all happy with this dealership.

Christy Thornton was spectacular! I’ve been driving in an 11 year old vehicle and had no intention of buying another because I DESPISE the car buying experience. She was very low pressure and no request was too large for her to fulfill. My son recommended her after buying his vehicle. We have several dealerships much closer to our home but decided to check it out. Christy sold us a new Silverado so hassle free, I decided to buy a new Equinox as well. She made us feel like we were buying from a friend.
I had the most pleasurable experience dealing with this dealership of all . I have had many bad interactions with other car dealers. This time was very painless from the first conversation on the phone with Christy to the final paper work being done with the finance manager. Every single staff member was knowledgeable, and truly invested in providing us the best service that I have ever encountered with buying a a car. I went their to purchase a vehicle. Sales lady was nice, but Londoff would not give anything for trade. They told me there are ZERO incentives, even though GM has a First Responders incentive. I asked if I could qualify for that and was told absolutely NO, and NO to upping the lowball trade offer.Worst car shopping experience ever. Stay away, and take your business elsewhere. We went to Weber Chevy in Creve Couer next day. Sales got all my papers and approval ready. Drove over to sign contract and saw something I liked better. Salesman wasn’t upset or nothing. Got a great price, and my First Responder GM incentive. My salesman said there is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have received the incentive as it was a GM wide incentive. You will get lied to, and taken at Londoff. Don’t give them one second.
Not everyone Loves Johnny Landoff I had a HORRIBLE experience. Ladies B ware. You might get what you want BUT are you getting what you PAID forTake your ATTORNEY with you (they are like DOGS trained to detect fear and vounderbility) and they will double team you with their high-pressure sales tatic. If you make a purchase have your lawyer go over them with you. Make sure that everything that they promised you is in writing. EVERYTHING!!. I am going to also voice my concerns with the BBB. First of all, the only reason they get 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option. WORST car buying experience of my life. Long story, but you will be glad you read it. I found their car on the internet with no price or pics listed. I called and talked to their BDC person that was GREAT!! Gave her their stock number and ask for a price. She went to her Sales Manager and was given a price for that car. He told her the car was going to be priced at $9,990.00. She then gave me a salesman to send pics and take it from there. He sent several pics, the car looked great, and we told him we wanted it. We were 3 1/2 hours away, and ask what we needed to do to hold it until we got there. He said they would need approved financing, so we filled out their online application. It was sent to finance at the $9,990.00 price quoted. Told them we were putting $3,000.00 down and was approved. THEN we were told they had made a mistake on the price, and that it was actually $12,990.00. Ironically $3,000 higher which was the amount of our down payment? They never made it right, the car was scuffed in the rear which was the ONLY pic we werent sent. The so called Sales Manager was a jerk, the General Manager did NOTHING to rectify the situation, and just the overall feel of the dealership is disgusting. Save yourself the terrible car buying experience and go ANYWHERE but Johnny Londoff. Home of the liars and cheaters. They are the reason car dealers get a bad wrap.
I was there since 940am n didnt leave till 120pm they said they need more time to look for the issue n couldnt find it was told need another 1hr or so the price for them hrs was 289 dollars so I was there forever n still was charged for an hr of them looking for the issue of 140 dollars like really?? The guy said coke back n ill just start off where we left at so here I am if I waited another hr or so im a end up paying almost 300 something just for them to see what the issue is?? Thats not fixing thats just looking.. smh I can do that shiii myself.. it has to be an electrical wiring issue caused the radio not to wrk at all

It was fine. Battery is a little higher than similar agm batteries, but the real issue is that I wasnt told what the warranty for the new battery was. I called and left a message for Ray Jones yesterday and he didnt call me back so I just talked to someone else who said they were going to call me back. Seems like common sense would be to put that information on the paperwork or to let me know at the time.

I am a loyal customer who was treated with horrible customer service. I paid for an oil change 06/23/21 and my adviser failed to mention the package deal that i could purchase that would save me money and offer great services (including carwashes). When I arrived for my appointment I mentioned to the advisor I left my coupon at home and she explained that I wouldn’t be able to apply the coupon to my service because the discounts are already considered in the pricing. She failed to mention the package deals that are available to customers even after I asked her if any other deals were available. It wasn’t until I spoke with my cousin when she told me about the package deal. So Today I called to inquire about the deal and I spoke with manager Bill Lee and explained the situation and asked for a resolution because I would like to sign up for the deal but the money I spent just yesterday should be applied to that purchase price or a free oil change when I purchase my next oil change. He dismissed my grievances and left the issue unresolved. This is not how customers should be treated or should not be dismissed.
Just looking to see what a new Trailblazer was like. Even though it was late on Saturday afternoon were treated very well. The salesman answered all our questions and didnt rush us.

Took my my car in for a oil change and diagnostics for a check engine light. Although I had taken it there for the same issue several times before. But was given wrong info each time. The car was taken apart for about 5 hours leaving me to wait to find out the issue. When I finally received a call, I was quoted almost 2000 worth of work for my Chevy Malibu which has a power train warranty of 100 thousand miles. I was told by the dealership it was out of warranty at 60,000 miles. I came to get my car and the car was taken apart and the mechanic had left for the day. So I left there with my car or a loaner vehicle. The next day my husband brought our contract to prove it was for 100 thousand miles. The situation was resolved and most of the work was covered.( I wonder how many people they have gotten over. )But I was charged for 8 spark plugs and we only had 4. Then I purchased the oil change package that included a car wash and they didnt wash the car. Not to mention all the times I paid for a rental from them and my contract covered loaner vehicles. I am very disappointed in their services and have always loved Chevy but thinking now of getting a different brand car.

I got a new car. The sales rep Rodney was nice but not attentive to me. When someone is buy a car and they come in already approved ready to handle business and not shoot the breeze providing profession support and undivided attention is important. Also my new car has a light on and was not detailed when I picked it up. Ive not heard back when I can come to have these things taken care of. In the business of sales the details and presentation is very important.
Came for a headlight because one of mine blew out, so I was talked into getting 2 new ones because they said its better to just change them now so I won’t have to come back when the other one blew out. I decided to get 2 new ones, then a month later one blew out.....again. A new headlight should never blow out in a month
This was my first time going to this location. First impressions always sets the bar especially when dealing with a dealerships Service Department. They were professional, courteous, responsive, clean and friendly. It was great to experience employees there acknowledging my presence by simply speaking. The bar has been set, very high! I hope and pray that what I witnessed IS the norm and Not the exception!

We came to the dealer ship to get a key fab program and a key made, we had a 7:00 appointment. There were customer came in after us, and was gone within and hour. It seem that two hours was a long time to program a fab and cut a key. If we had know that would take two hours, we would have drop the car off.

Initally, from the beginning my expierence was great, Jenn was helpful and immediately got the information that I asked for. The Salesman Frank, was also great. The problem was with the Sales manager and the General manager. We were quoted one price over the telephone (we live 3 1/2 hours away and didnt want to waste time if it wasnt in our budget) and once I had applied for financing, we were told it was another price, a price difference of $3000. The Managers neither one offered to accomodate or make any concessions to offset their error. They informed us that it was an error on their part but did nothing to rectify it. We did purchase our Equinox here but neither the Sales or General Manager made any effort to come meet us, had they have did so our impression of the dealership would be entirely different. I am happy with my vehicle, Jenn, Frank and the Finance people were great, the Management team, and the company they use to detail cars could use great improvement.
I had an issue with my windshield wipers. It was Thursday and they were able to squeeze me in because they were predicting 70%rain on Saturday and this is our only vehicle. They got the issue fixed and were able to do an oil change at the same time. I was very happy that they were flexible to handle my emergency.

Overall experience was well. Everyone was nice and professional. the facility was clean. However If I did not remember I had purchased londoff care my previous visit I would have been over charged. The cashier and advisor corrected the error upon informing them of the concern. Unfortunately due to the unawareness of me having londoff care I did not recieve any of the perks that is provided with this service.
