Amazing place!! Yeah they try to sell you every 20$ thing they can but its just Business. The staff is always awesome.

They never tighten your valve stem caps ...everytime I leave this place I lose one smh

Chris and his team are awesome. I have been going to this location for many years and never feel Ive been up-sold. They know their stuff and explain things without making you feel dumb. They are fast, efficient and friendly. Every time Ive been in there is a hands-on supervisor getting his hands dirty along with his workers. It appears that morale is high and the guys have fun at work without lowering performance standards. More than once these guys have given me added service when they didnt have to do so. I cant say enough about this VIOC location. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work guys!

My daughter needed her emissions and inspection done. We traveled 20 miles to this location because every other place was booked. WITHOUT an appointment, they took her right away. Aaron, the manager, was extremely friendly and worked very quickly. He and the entire staff worked well as a team. It is a drive but worth it for the FAST, FRIENDLY. & EFFICIENT SERVICE! I highly recommend this establishment.

I waited in line for 1hr 35 min but once I got in, my oil change was seamless and quick. The good thing is that they came out and checked my fluid levels and topped off during the long wait, which made it not so bad. The manager was really nice and took the time to explain the differences in pricing for the services.

The first time I came to valvoline to get a oil change it took over 30 minutes to get in and out, when I asked what was taking so long the attendant said that he was having trouble reclamping my shield under my car back, he said he rigged it to stay on though. But when I had my oil changed again the second time I asked specifically if they had any problems with the clamp and they said no, but the very next evening it came half way off and dragging it down the road, eventually It fell off... Valvoline is the cause of it....

Man i liked this location a lot!! Not only are these guys knowledgeable but they also recommended other services for possible future problems. But the key was that it didnt seemed forced. And everyone had a great sense of humour. Customer service at its BEST! Thanks for the GREAT EXPERIENCE and i dont think i have to say, Keep up the great work. Im sure you guys will.

Was here to get a full synthetic oil change the day before and was told that they were out of oil for my car, and that they had been closed and not gotten deliveries while they were closed. The guy that came to the car said that this was a temp crew that was brought in to reopen the store after a covid outbreak. He also said they would have oil and the normal crew the following day. We called the store the next day to make sure they had the oil for my Corvette, and after a lengthy hold with a woman at the national call center, she confirmed that they did in fact have the oil in stock. The normal crew was there and the assistant manager on duty told us that he didnt know why we were told that they were out of oil the day prior. At any rate,they got the job done quickly and we were back on the road. Thanks again regular crew!

I was not very happy with the overall customer service. The technicians seems way more interested in selling me a $140 battery, than the were in providing the comprehensive services that accompany the $90 oil change. Its not very likely that I will return to Valvoline - specifically that location - for my next oil change.

Beware!! My wife went on 10/24/20.I called the store that morning to get a quote on the oil change of $84 from Alex.When my wife got there later that day they tried telling her it was $129 for the oil change after she had just waited 30 minutes to get into the bay. Good thing she asked about the price before letting them service the vehicle! She argued with them about the price and they agreed to go down to $89. Just ridiculous! They claimed Alex didnt even work there but was in a call center?Be very careful when going into these places and always make sure to get the price quoted before they begin the work.

Fast and love the service

Got a oil change a couple weeks ago and started seeing oil spots in the driveway. Took it back yesterday and manager Brandon, who was very nice, had it checked. The last person either didnt change the gasket or something because was told gasket was worn. Then I heard the guy from underneath yell that the wrong size drain plug was put in the last time. Smh. Very disappointing. I am glad that it was corrected. Will update my review if nothing else happens.

Quick, easy, trusted! Great place for all your preventative maintenance! Getting a oil change here is just like going through a drive-thru. Youre able to stay in your car the entire time they work on it. The only service that requires you to get out of the vehicle is if youre getting a tire rotations, for safety reasons. The employees dont make commission so theres no reason for then to upsell. They will, however, tell you what preventative maintenance youre due for and leave it up to you to decide if you want to take care of them then, or come back later.

We had to wait forever just to get air in one tire. Usually when I’ve went to a Valvoline they come out and put air in the tire and I’m on my way. The lady that came out was flustered and it showed, I understand they were busy but the experience is not what I’m used to at a Valvoline, we definitely won’t be going back to this location for any services.

What a great group of guys. Very professional. 20min oil change and you stay in your car. They took care of all my needs and check everything under the hood. And topped all the liquids off. I would highly recommend.

Frustrating. My second visit to get my emissions test complete. I can on a Saturday and was told the guys only there during the week. Returned Tuesday and the guy wasnt there. Oh well. I normally have great service when getting an oil change.

Christopher and Ian are two of the nicest mechanics I have ever met! I just went in to get an oil change and the experience that I had was better than I could have hoped for. I had never been to a Valvoline before but they treated me as if I was a very valuable/return customer. I was given suggestions of what sort of services my car may need next, like filter replacement or fluid exchange type things... But I did not feel pressured at all into purchasing them right then and there. Any silly questions that I had, they answered without making me feel judged for not knowing much about oil changes or what my car necessarily needs. They were so friendly, polite, and funny! I would 110 percent recommend going here! I know I will be back for any oil changes that I need!!!

I normally do my own oil changes, but for some reason or another I decided to spend the extra to get it done and against my better judgement I came to this store. I had a very bad experience with a different Valvoline over a decade ago where they try to sell me things that couldnt be done on my vehicle and I hadnt been back to another one. No such experience at this one, everything seemed fine until today when I tried changing my oil myself and discovered it was impossible to get the filter off. Proper filter installation is to turn it 3/4 - 1 turn past where the seal touches. This one was tightened until the metal of the filter was against the engine block.

These guys are great. Went in for refrigerant, and they diagnosed a different problem that would make that a bad idea before I needed to be charged for fluid.

Because there to quick they forget stuff. I came to then for oil change and check tire. stupid crew!!! when i moved my car out I can hear my Tire hizzing!! they didnt close valve properly. and i told them to close and pit more air. they ask me to go around and line up again!!! all they want is money!!!

Technician at this location did not tighten my oil filter properly causing engine oil to leak all over my engine then refused to give me my money back I had to contact corporate office and the Better Business Bureau Im still waiting on a response the manager then told me they are not liable because he watched the video where his technician put the oil filter in the car I said just because you watch the video doesnt mean that they tighten the oil filter never go to this location
