I just bought my car and after about four days the check engine light came on. I took my car to multiple shops to see what was the issue and this was the only shop that gave me a clear picture of what was the problem. Not only did they fix it but they were also able to give me an estimate, which was a great price. I highly recommend using this shop for any and all issues that you have with your car. I most definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks again guys, you are amazing.

Arrived close to closing time with a low pressure error. The folks there were very helpful, diagnosed the issue and fixed it fast. Very professional staff. Will recommend to friends who live north of city.

As long as you cover all bases with what it is that you want done they are a fine establishment. They are pretty popular so a walk-in can take up to two hours but overall they are as quick as they can be.

Overall not bad. A little overpriced but they are nice. There was a little misunderstanding but it was handled professionally.

Had a tire that kept going flat. I had them look at it and they found it had a corrosion leak.They quickly fixed it. I expected a healthy amount. Didnt happen. They charged me $25.00.Fair, quick and repaired.Works for me.

Owner is great. Not so much one of the men who man the phones. Wont go back.

I have taken vehicle here for service for Abt a year and had no issues until recently. Truck was repaired for a leak supposedly in the axle from transmission paid several hundred dollars for repair. About a month latera leak again from transmission was told at Western that leak was fr casing. Mechanic at Western suggested I take truck to a transmission shop they recommended. Of course I did not trust their recommendation. Now I have transmission leak and oil leak. I think it may be time to find a new mechanic.

They were just great. I had to retake an emissions after another place said i failed. So not only was there nothing wrong with my car but the guy at Western auto screened my car for free. So very thoughtful because I was not happy. I knew there was nothing wrong with my car. I dont know what the other place did or didnt do but my check engine light was on when they got finished with it. So the guy tried to convince me my light was already on which was totally bull. Im so thankful for Western Auto because the man really went above and beyond to help me. I wish i rememered his name but i dont he knows who he is and so does God. Blessings for being honest sir.

I was so surprised of the prompt service, professionalism and efficient service I received. Most of all their customer service was excellent.I will most definitely come back if I need there service and will tell a friend about them.

This place was pretty good I’ll be going there again. It gets four stars because we had a little hiccup that they fixed immediately.

This place is great! We had a blown tire and needed to have a replacement tire mounted to a rim, as we were just passing through the area. They got us in right away and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road quickly. Thank you to the crew at Western Tire!

Shop opens at 8am. And got started on my car by 8:15 . By 9ish they had found the problem and had begun work ! And I was on my way by noon! Great service!

These guys have always provided courteous service and fix it right the first time. They will let you know if there is anything that needs to be done or doesn’t need to be done. I highly recommend them.

I took my vehicle in to get a wheel alignment. While my vehicle was being service they broke a few parts on my vehicle. Then they told me they were going to charge me for the repairs. My vehicle was very drivable with no issues. I only had two options. Either get my car towed or pay to get it fixed. So I paid to get it fixed, to find out that my Cadillac converter and my car had new electric issues. My car is currently no longer running after four hours of it being from the shop. I would recommend you go somewhere else. By the way it took them a week to do a wheel alignment on my vehicle.

Well I guess I dont have a comparison of other shops since covid but i can tell you that this shop made every effort to hurry my tire install thru... only thing that would have been better to see is a sanitation station...

It’s just one thing... my steering wheel is not aligned with the wheel... I’m going to have to make another visit. It’s off by a little bit.

They helped me when I needed them. They did a great job and were done before I got off work so that I could get home. Ive had them work on my car many times and theyve always been professional and good value.

I had a nail in my front tire on the drivers side. I knew that I needed to have it removed promptly to avoid further damage to my tire. I drove into the parking lot, went inside and asked if they had time to remove the nail from my tire without having an appointment. The response was yes and we will complete the service in 30 minutes. I walked out with my tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. It was a very positive and pleasant service experience.

Always timely and very thorough . On this visit, I only needed oil change and filter . but they always check fluid levels, tire pressure and generally give my vehicle a thorough check . I would recommend them for service !John Horton

I had a flat tire. They got me in and fixed my tire fast. They even put my spare back in my truck and check my other tires just to be safe. I had a drill bit stuck in my tire.

Open sign is on. Door is open, walked in, but they’re closed. Wasn’t apologetic at all, like it was my fault. Didn’t do or say anything that suggested he wanted me to come back. Needless to say, I would never come back.

I started using Western Tire & Auto for my state inspection several years ago because it was convenient. Then I started using them for oil changes. Dean and his team have always kept an eye on what my car needed and were willing to let me get things fixed as I was able to afford them. The last thing I have done before leaving St. Louis in a couple of weeks was to take my car and have the team do a bumper to bumper inspection for the road trip ahead. I was able to get a great deal with their Summer Special. Having a great mechanic is like finding a precious jewel! I’m going to miss them!

The staff is always pleasant, honest, and fast. I have never had a single complaint about the work I have had done by these guys. They are always fast and efficient, they never price gouge, and best of all.. I can trust that the work they say I need is exactly that, only what I need. When we lived in Saint Peters, we always took our vehicles to Western Tire and Auto there. A year and a half ago we moved to Hazelwood and began getting our vehicles serviced at the Florissant location. We couldnt be happier. The staff are friendly and honest and the prices are very fair. I have never been pressured to purchase services I do not need, but am always confident my vehicles are being kept in good working condition. I usually make an appointment for oil changes and other scheduled maintenance, but I have been a walk-in as well. I always have a great experience there. I am so thankful to have an auto repair shop close by that I trust 110%.

Good pricing and exact tire I was looking for. Joe was professional and everyone else was courteous.

Polite, professional, and prompt. Went in for an emission test, no appointment necessary which was a plus because almost all businesses near me in Florissant were booked and busy. I was out of there in about 20 minutes after arrival. They were even nice enough to fill my tires without me inquiring/asking. The energy was just good here and I’ll be back for any tire needs.

I went to Western tire Saturday morning 9/14 for a last minute oil change. At first the guy said theyre busy he could call down to another shop to see if they could fit me in. I guess the other place said theyre booked, so the man squeezed me in. Thank you for the last min oil change. It really appreciate it.

Tire work very good, but exhaust work not so good... bolts were loose. Had multiple exhaust leaks and pipe actually came apart...

Alternator replaced. Great job

Great customer service. Had to replace a tire that I purchased in September after puncturing tire with a nail. They honored the warranty on the tire with no problem. In and out of there in no time. Experience was inexpensive and painless. Great service!!!

Very accommodating professional service. Dean and his team have a “no problem” attitude toward customer requests. They let you know what they can and can’t do and honor their word. They communicate well with one another so the customer doesn’t get the run around. I’ve been there 5 times and I plan to continue going.

Tony and his staff were great I scheduled the appointmentthe night before and had to drop my car off but unfortunately I mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong shop Tony and his staff found the car and was able to get it in and service it as requested and they didnt have to do that but they but they did and they drove the car back to the right shop and took care of the repairs

I recently visited on 11/28 and let me tell you, l was impressed by the overall service. l told the gentleman behind the counter what l was in need of and he instantly took care of me. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The employees are very professional and the prices are reasonable, definitely going back.

Recently moved out of the area and I miss these guys already! Fantastic work, always done right, as promised and within the time frame given. They worked on a wide range of cars for me and my teenage kids and kept the vehicles running. Good communication, super competitive prices, plain english car talk even I could understand. After my last visit to this establishment I will no longer recommend them in good faith. I went to Western Tire and auto for tires, safety and, emissions inspections completed. The tires were mounted fine, the emissions test passed with no issues, however they failed the safety inspection.Typically that wouldn’t bother me safety first however, the service representative acted put off by the idea of doing the repairs and wouldn’t give me a written quote for the inner tie rods replacement.Do to the service representative’s attitude and, certain time constraints, I took my vehicle to my normal mechanic. He found the suspension components to be within manufacturing specifications. He identified cross threaded and, severely over torqued Lug nuts direct result of the work completed by Western Tire and Auto. Upon his findings, he recommended taking the van to the state Highway patrol troop 44 for investigation and formal complaint.

Strongly recommend to read this review before spending any money here.Bought a BRAND NEW tire. In less than 1 MONTH it got ruined. They are selling defective cheap tires... i have pictures and videos of all the issues. They didn’t want to fix it but to sell me another faulty tire. Smh. Don’t let them talk to you like you are the issue eitherUPDATE: because of the lack on intelligence when it comes to tires they ACTUALLY PUT the wrong SIZE tire on the wheel which caused the issue. Took my tire to Andy wurm and they explained it to me in a proper manner.
