I bought my car in 2016, and have always taken it to the dealership for regularly scheduled maintenance. The service advisors are always friendly and knowledgeable, but my last 2 trips really hammered it home how good they have been to me. In February, I went in to replace a broken headlight, but I noticed my brakes were also squeaking/grinding. The headlight was completed in no time, but what I thought were my breaks ended up being my rotors. The rotor work wasnt completed in the same day as Id hoped, but my service advisor Carly went above and beyond to make it right. Since the rotors were not a safety issue, I returned last weekend to have the rotors done at the same time as my oil change & tire rotation. Carly made it a point to make sure I was well taken care of, and she went as far to give me a deal on my service since it wasnt completed on time the previous trip. The staff there has always been good to me, but Carly truly went above and beyond to help me out. That kind of service is rare today, and she is a great asset to their team. I know who Ill be calling in the future. Happy customer here!

The service team at Marty Cancila were great. They assessed the issues my vehicle had and fixed them promptly and cheaper than I thought it would have been. They also offered my a loaner while my vehicle was being fixed.

Over all great experience. From Carly in service, being very prompt and ensured she explained to me what was going on with my car. One minute my service transmission light came on so I called up to service, spoke to carly, she told me to bring it in AND she found that all would be covered under warranty. Also the nice man in the rental department, ED? He got me in a rental for the night when they were all booked out. Thanks again!!

Best Service Ever!! No matter if I come in for an oil change, a minor concern, or a engine replacement...everyone is extremely helpful and treats me and my Jeep with respect. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! My Service rep is fantastic and keeps me informed of the progress of my service..and my Mechanic Buddy is the BEST!! he finds the issues, fixes them...and makes sure all is perfect before letting me leave with my Jeep!!

All I can say is Melissa stole the show with her bright personality and kind manner. Melissa Was not even the employee who I began to get quotes from when I arrived but she went above and beyond to help me. Her energy changed my mood and uplifted my entire day. I would recommend friends and family to get vehicles serviced there based on just her alone. She is a great example of excellence! The interaction felt very genuine and not scripted. I have never written a review until now.

Brought our 2013 Wrangler in on this previous visit for some rear seals leaking. They got me in quick as usual and the advisor was friendly and professional. I am happy with my service and we love our Jeep. They even washed her up for us!

Service has gotten worse since Ive been doing business at Marty I drop my truck off at 1pm its now past 5pm every update I have gotten I had to go to the guy to get it Steve is his name I purchased two vehicles at Marty this will be my last time doing business with them

Update 2012 Jeep had a failed alternator covered under recall. Alternator locked up and also fried started but I was being told the starter (which the K member or engine has to be dropped to replaced) was not covered. After going back and forth with the dealership and Chrysler customer help group for a couple weeks it was determined the starter was actually cover but “was poorly documented”........ not sure what that’s supposed to mean but ok. We get a call the Jeep is ready so we drive down to pick it up and it won’t start. Battery is dead and the inside is covered in greasy hand prints. At this point I’m clearly pretty frustrated with the whole situation. They give us a rental (for the first time during this fiasco) and say we’ll get it fixed for you. A few days go by and they call and say the battery had to be replaced but was covered under the alternator recall and I’m ready to go. My wife heads to the dealership to to return the rental and get the Jeep only to find it’s still covered in greasy handprints on the seat, sill plates, pillars, you name it. Now I’m just just livid, I mean how can this happen? How can you try to return a car for a second time covered in greasy hand prints. They start scrambling and get like 5 guys to clean it up real quick while my wife waits and I’m on the phone trying to talk to any manager I can. They are very apologetic and want to try to make it right by sending me a gift card. That was about a month ago, I guess the mail is running behind lol. I don’t ever care about the gift card, I just don’t want to have to deal with 2 weeks of nonsense about parts and labor that should be covered under a recall. I feel bad for people who might not know or don’t push back a little and get stuck paying $1200 to replace a starter that only went bad because of a burned up alternator. I will give them credit for making it right but it’s still wrong it took this long and I really hope no one else has to deal with nonsense like this from them.
