Love this nail shop. I gave it 4 stars because they have a shared small lot. Im sure they loose out on money because of this. Never left unsatisfied. I do prefer the men over the women. They do better work in my opinion. Anne also does a fantastic job. Cant wait to go first thing in the morning!!

My first time back in at least 3 years after my final straw at Jimmy’s and all I can say is, it’s good to be back home. Never should’ve left. The guy did a great job on both my nails and pedicure. I only gave it 4 stars cause during the buffing, of my nails, I experienced some pain near the cuticles, BUT, it’s nothing compared to what I am used to. He was very gentle. Lovely guy.

I got there on Saturday 9/18/22 at 9:36 a.m. instantly I saw the chairs filled with others. I came in and was greeted and told to sign in and he said it was going to be about till another hour till I get serviced. No problem. I don’t mind bc I didn’t want to wait anywhere else that’s further. I left and he’ll call when they are ready. They called me and I had to wait a few minutes till the next tech available. The lady who came was very nice and painted each nail carefully. The lady did asked did I want rhinestones and I said “yes” bc I never had them before on my toes. She wasn’t pushy or anything on designs and didn’t try to be pushy to get my nails done: I was fine with just a pedicure. I would definitely come here early as soon as they open because they do get busy.

I got there at 10:20. I was called at 11:20. I mistakenly dropped the Polish. The lady stared me in my eyes with disgust. She then talked about the mess and me. Her treatment to a customer was shocking. She was so angry I said Im sorry. She finally got up but went on about it. I felt so uncomfortable I got up and stated I said I was sorry then I left.. I had patronized them in the past sometimes depending on the worker the quality of the work has been ok to good. My polish on my hands has at times never lasted! I did not create a scene but I thought this was unprofessional at the least. I know there is a cultural difference, but I will not pay to accept this treated from anyone! I hope the owner also reads this. PS the workers have made mistakes I graciously understood because we are all human and adults. The services I was going to get was a pedicure and brows.

My nails were done on Saturday, went back Monday. My nails popped off, same tech who did my nails she sits on the left side first chair next to the counter. On Monday, she fixed it. I came in today due to noticing two of my nails popped off again. Greeted rudely and accused of breaking my nails. I checked her and she fixed it but with an attitude and said don’t come back..I wasn’t coming back to begin. First off the work is mediocre and she does not know how to do nails. My first time on Saturday wasn’t very pleasant either this same tech gossiped and trash talked about an altercation another tech was having with a young woman at the time. None of it was my business. Maybe that’s why she messed my nails up being in other folks business GOSSIPING.Never in history have I been to a shop and my nails popping off less than 24-72 hours.They are very RUDE and have very POOR CUSTOMER service. I have never had to take the time out of my day, due to being shocked write a bad review for ANY business. They definitely left an impression but not in a good way..

Well worth the wait(45 minutes)!!! Most salons have you waiting and waiting without even being spoken to. The salon employees greeted everyone who came in and informed them of their wait. Brian did my nails along side his wife. They did a beautiful job, or as he put it “just like the picture or BETTER” and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been to this nail shop 3 times. The first time I went the service was top tier, the second time one of the nail techs was very ruff when I got a full set and made my nails very Buffy and lumpy, the third time which was today the lady who did my pedicure was very ruff and aggressive then got mad cause I didn’t tip. This is a nice salon but the service I’ve received hasn’t been pleasant. Their very unorganized you wait for a long period a time to be serviced. Go at your own risk!

Always crowded but they move very fast and you wont wait long. Recommended by a friends daughter.

Normally, I do my own pedicures and manicures. I looked at the reviews and decided to give them a chance. I brought in my own base, polish and top polishes. Next, time I will also bring in my own nail file, because the files they use are not for natural nails. Overall, the experience was good; price reasonable, nail technician very good, clean and wait was not long but I was there 9:30am on a Tuesday.

I dont know why I was charged more because I was a man. Its the same service as a women. I cant not think of ANY OTHER BUSINESS that would have price difference for a male and female. That is just terrible

Im your average guy,so Im not an expert with the manicure and pedicure thing. I went down to Mays and they acted like they were too busy for me. I called Vickis because my vacation was in 2 days. I was told to come in. They took care of me and Maria did an amazing job. They made it a memorable experience and I will be back.

Went in with overlay seeking a gel full set they didn’t have any colors I wanted couldn’t perform any designs and decided to just cut they whole set down and remove after arguing with them noneelse is going to work over there poor work in the process my natural nails were cut to the point two nails are sore and I can’t get an overlay do to length of nails

I have been going there almost since they first got started. I have always had a very pleasant experience. Now that the new spot next door is open its even more relaxing. They have a bar in there where you can buy you a glass of wine or moscato. Its an upscale shop in north county. They now have an African American young lady doing nails which is awesome. Mike and Vicky kudos to you.

I’m super picky and been getting my nails done for 18 years had to find a better place other than nail time on the south side ...wanted more professional service and less rudeness ... and for me to travel south to deep north county she gotta be great ... and their product is better also and they got black girls working there thumbs up !!!!!!!!

Visited this place over the weekend and was truly satisfied. Manicurist was gentle with my cuticles and cleaned my dead skin up well. The pedicure was perfect. They didnt use the metal tool to scrap the dead skin off so I was slightly apprehensive about the results but my feet were SUPER soft. The only area of opportunity I see will be for them to use a quick drying top coat. My finger nail polish peeled the same day. My toes are still prefect though.

Very professional. I can have both a manicure and pedicure done in less than 2 hours.

I love this nail shop, the best in north county I go here pretty often they are very experience with during nails, the shop is really clean. Only thing that I might say I have an issue with is they are always busy, but I guess thats alright when you are the best nail shop in north county. Mike does a terrific job on my nails, so if u go ask for mike or Vicky they both are terrific.

I’ve been going to this place a very long time I stopped going for awhile for negative reasons. I recently started back since they have remodeled. I’m not pleased with this nail salon. Every time I go my wait is always long, yesterday did it, I was at this salon for 3 hours I was furious. Vicky the tech, the owners wife continued stopping to help other people while doing my nails and she continued to mess up on my nails. I will not be back ever and will not recommend this salon.

One thing about this place is you’re not gonna be rushed they’re not trying to get you in and out they’re gonna take their time and do your nails right which also means that you will wait but the wait is worth it!!!!💅🏼

Horrible...Waited 30 minutes and still hadnt call my name (this wasnt the first or second time but defiantly will be the last time going there.) Went around to Jimmy nails and got right in the chair. I had to give them one star to be able to leave the message otherwise I wouldnt give them none.

The establishment is always clean and packed simply because they have a large client base. I stand in line even before they open typically just so I can get in and out. I recommend them to anyone. Don’t recommend going if your in a hurry, took an hour and thirty minutes just to get a eyebrow wax. Employees are highly unprofessional, they would rather laugh at videos on they phone than help customers.

There are two ppl that I go to. And they are consistent w their work. Ive seen some of the others work and its not what I like at all!

What I can say I only been there twice there ok when it comes to nail work some of them do better nails than others I must say my last visit was horrible the chick that was doing my nails this was her first time doing my nails she rushed on them didnt care to take her time and my pedi was a rush job some of workers in the shop need to not bring there problems to work they should be more professional they end up making everybody else working there look bad nail work could be great if you let the right person do your nails but some of the sour attitudes is a turn off

My first time in the shop. My first impression is the shop was clean. Eric did my nails and he did a fabulous job. I also had my lashes done and that is when the problem began. Vicky did my lashes and she had bad attitude. I didnt take it personal, but by the time I got home my lashes started lifting in the corner. The lashes cost $20 bucks. I went back the next to ask if she could repair the lashes she immediately said no refund. I didnt ask for a refund. Vicky fixed the lashes with tons of glue. By that evening they were lifting again and falling off. What a waste of money 😂. This will never happen again. I only gave two stars for Eric.
