I dropped my car off and wrote a long note stating what my car was doing. It was over heating and I specifically asked for a diagnostic or heating systems check per note on key drop off. The next day, the gentleman started it was just a thermostat. My dad was uncomfortable with the answer he gave so we asked for a block test because he didnt test any of the systems as asked. When I called back to ask for a more on depth look at the car (WHICH I WAS WILLING TO PAY) I was met with screams and he said pick up the car. I dont want to touch car and hung up. I dont knowhow the service is because the customer service was so rude. Im not sure if he was frustrated because we wanted him to double check before we spent any money. He accused me of getting over because I must be getting a second opinion As a consumer, Im allowed to shop around but if he would have let me speak, i would have been willing to pay for a diagnostic or whatever I needed to get the right information. Very disappointed and I have never been treated so poorly by a company.

Outstanding service, quality and very personable. This is my 3rd time patronizing this shop. They are consistent with their approach. Its truly a Pit Crew that will get you back into the race with very little downtime. On my last visit I needed rear suspension work for failed air bags. Towed it on a Thursday night - no scheduled appointment. Received it back on Saturday morning with a new conversion kit at a very reasonable price! A couple of weeks ago around the end of January my heat went on my Toyota and all that came through the vents was cold air. I took it to Pit Crew because they had done some work for me before on a different vehicle and I liked the work and couldnt beat the price anywhere else. They gave me a couple of quotes based on their best guess on what the problem could be but they wouldnt know until they took my dashboard off. I agreed to the work because going without heat is not an option in January. I get a call the next day, they tell me the problem and the price to fix it, again I agree to have the work done and they order the part. The next day I get a call saying my car is ready and I can pick it up so I get a ride after work to pick it up. As Im waiting behind the glass to check out, Kevin grabbed my paperwork and handed me my key and said have a good one. Im confused at this point because I havent paid and he explained to me that they were able to get my heat working without replacing the part so no charge. NO CHARGE?! Are you serious?! He says yes and take it easy as he moves on to the next customer. So get outta there fast before he changes his mind. Lol. As I was driving home in shock I couldnt get passed and still cant believe he didnt charge me the hundreds of dollars I agreed to pay. Not only that, he didnt charge me anything for time and/or labor. WHO DOES THAT?! I dont know if he remembers me or not but I will never forget him or Pit Crew. Thanks Kevin!

A little more expensive than my previous shop, but i feel like u get what u pay for. Furthermore, my previous repair shop that I had a long history with, and a great relationship with,took my credit card information over the phone and told me that they would call me back after they verified the payment goes thru. With my track record and always paying on time there was no need for this in my opinion.I had a honest and loyal history with this particular repair shop. I took my car to this place and I received a call from the rudest man ever. His name is Kevin, this man has the nastiest attitude ever. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to know one. Some of the staff there is nice, but when you have an butt hold this that man working there makes the whole business bad. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

The Pit Crew did another great job for me. I ran over some nails so they checked all 4 tires and ended up patching one of them. I was in and out in no time.

This is our favorite garage for repairs, oil changes, safety and emmission checks AND it is fast becoming our favorite place to get tires as well. The office isnt fancy, but theres an obvious feeling of family among the staff that extends to their customers. They work fast and accurately and theyre honest about what your car needs.

MOST HONEST PEOPLE EVER!! I traveled to St. Louis to visit my Mom after growing up, going to college and moving to Dallas, Texas. I know a bit about cars but I was far away from home when my SUV started acting as though it lost a valve. A friend told me about this shop and I had doubt. I took my car here and was hoping to get out with under $500.00 dollars expense. After checking my car out the mechanic came in with the paperwork and said it was a spark plug wire that came loose, no CHARGE! I said wow, I will buy you guys lunch and they responded, Take your mom out to eat for mothers day. The people at the counter are wonderful and know how to treat others. GO HERE, YOU WANT DO BETTER!

I brought in a 2008 Saturn Aura with engine light on. Acceleration on highway was dangerously slow. The Pit Crew diagnosed the problem as a burned out catalytic converter. After they worked on the car, I was shocked to find that the 8-yr old Chevy engine with 125k-plus miles on it performed better than when I drove it off the Saturn dealers lot brand new. It always had a little hesitation before the acceleration kicked in but theres no hesitation now. I drive up from South County to get service from them because they are honest with proven expertise and excellence.

I have nothing but PRAISE for The Pit Crew Team. Just when it was time for my cars safety and emissions testing the engine light came on. I went to a local auto parts store and the code seemed to point to an emissions leak. I replaced the gas cap and was referred to The Pit Crew. I spoke with Kevin and his team reset the codes and told me to drive it for awhile to see if the engine light came back on. I prayed and drove it over the next few days and the engine light stayed off. I returned to The Pit Crew to have the car checked and it successfully passed! The Pit Crew team could have easily taken advantage of me and made up reasons to search for a leak with added repairs in the amount of $200 - $400...but they didnt! As Kevin stated...Its NOT about the money. Its about making sure you get great service. WOW! In todays society...I didnt know that still existed. WOW!

Ive brought my car here for numerous things like trans fluid, brakes, oil, etc.. most experiences went well with reasonable prices. Had an instance were a ton of grease was left on my brand new $40k car. This place is great for maintenance or small jobs but if you actually need to get something fixed I wouldnt recommend it. They dont guarantee theyll fix anything. I went in to get my car fixed for a check engine light(first & only time coming in for a repair as the other 7 or 8 times were maintenance ). They said it was a small leak & needed to do a smoke test. After hours of waiting they said we cant find the leak charged me $100 & told me I wouldnt pass emissions with no intention of actually fixing the car & sending me on my way. Ive tried to work things out but the lady at the front desk & mechanics seem irritated that Im just trying to get my car fixed in which thats what I paid for. As a manger I at least would have given a discount or an effort to fix the problem but all I got was the run around. Still a good place for maintenance but be warned on making an appointment for a check engine light or repairs.

The Pit Crews staff is AMAZING!!! My car wouldnt start out of ALL the days (and it was freezing outside) and I asked my neighbor for assistance. They bragged on how great TPC was as a long time customer and confidently stated that The Pit Crew would help me! TPC allowed him to borrow their car jump starting device to take to my home AFTER they were technically closed to help me. They looked at my car last night and determined my battery was done :(! They installed a temp battery so that I could make it home safely, ordered a new battery to have delivered this morning and promised that the new installation would be quick while on my lunch break today. Kevin and the crew were true to their word and I was in and out within 30 mins!!!! My neighbor vouched for TPC and now I totally understand why! Thank you all SO much for taking care of me with top notch customer service!!!

Excellent Service. Was referred to Pit Crew by a friend. I went in on Saturday at 8. Told, who I later realized was Kevin, all my car issues. He called me at 9:30 saying a might need a tune up (which volvo quotes at $700) and that he would call me back once he got all the covers off the plugs to really see what was going on. Got a call around 11:30 that the car was ready. Turns out all my spark plugs were loose and no tune up needed. He rode w/ me to test drive the car before paying only $75. I will definitely be going back to Pit Crew for all my problems

I was referred to Kevin at PitCrew by my dad. My dad has been going there since they opened and he has always been treated fairly. I was having a problem with my kids 92 civic and I ran out of fixes that I could do myself, so we went to Pit Crew. The crew quickly diagnosed a failed cpu on the car. The part they sourced was expensive, but Kevin let me bring my own part that I got from a junk yard, and they installed - charging me for troubleshooting and installation only. This saved me over $500 off the total repair. I will go back to Pit Crew again.

Great customer service, awesome work for a great price

I was having trouble with my Cranking system ....Every 4-5 days it wouldnt start up.The battery would be drained.....I had replaced the alternator, battery, & the wires on top that connect the battery to the car...I was stranded maybe 10 times a month before I called The PitCalled Kevin asked could He help me, told him my problem & he IMMEDIATELY WITH OUT a second thought kicked in and started assisting me...Sent one of his guys over to Cross Keys Shopping MallHe worked with it, got it started I drove over to The Pit.They called 2-3 hours later telling me my car was fixed and the problem wasnt what I thought it was.its been 7 months and I havent had anymore problem...I Love this Place I try and refer everyone I can to him!Thanks again Pitcrew...We need more Auto shops like you!
