Very unprofessional. They talk to people like we know nothing about cars. They will tell you your vehicle will be done and than 3 weeks later its not and they act like they are doing us a favor. Hands down the worst customer service if and when you can get a hold of someone they never answer th phone for days upon days. Definitely do not let the Sid guy touch your vehicle that dude is a plain asshat and the most unprofessional tech I ever seen

So not only was I a customer here, I was an employee. And I have never been treated so poorly by a company before.2 women in the front office rule the building like mean girls in high school. Lied to me about work I had done on my vehicle and took out more than they were supposed to from my paycheck. Jenny and Taylor were rude, arrogant, and absolutely unprofessional.If zero stars existed, that’s what I would rate this place. Only good thing about it was the guys in the back.

Second car bought from these guys. They are good at what they do. Car needs repairs and they seem to be holding up to their part so far.

Do not use this shop if you can help it. We would take our vehicles in for a small repair and it takes forever. Once we got it back there was something completely different wrong. We would have to have the vehicle towed back and then have a repeat of something else going wrong and more charges. After spending thousands of dollars here I am now having to take it to a different shop.

Their service is great and even go above and beyond helping to look for an item we left in the rental and stayed there until we could get there from Illinois.

I didnt have any work done on my car here. My friend did and he was very satisfied with the service but not so much the labor. I reminded him he has a new car so parts are more expensive.

They scam ok the dealer offed to pay for a problem with a vehicle that I bought they said the fix was cheap said it was ready at closing time I picked it up and I asked did you test drive it the answer was no so when I drove it the noise was worse so I called the dealer they now say well well pay half now the fix the car and test drive so travelers is indeed a shop I will be staying away from

From their exceptional customer service to the fact that the technician Mike sat down and discussed the issues with me in depth. They got me in and done in one day and even gave me a maintenance schedule so I can service my car appropriately. I will certainly be driving from Ballwin to continue to do business with them. I have taken my Jeep to both of the Premier Auto Service and I have to say I am very happy with both! The one on Lindbergh near Jiffy Lube helped me with a leaking problem. Every time it rained I would have a puddle in my drivers seat and they sealed everything up at a great cost! I actually live close to the one on New Florissant and thats where I get my oil changed. Its quick and easy they have you in and out in a jiffy. Make sure you make an appointment....with service this good they are usually busy! Keep up the good work guys. I will always recommend them to friends and family!

Ive been taking my cars to Premier Auto in Florissant for several years. My go to is Mike Graham, hes is the best!! He listens, treats me w respect, talks to be about my cars needs and then follows thru. I trust Mike and value his opinion. As long as Mike Graham is working at Premier Auto thats where Im going for all my auto needs.

Been going to premier auto for service on my 2008 bmw for 2 years now and they have always been quick and courteous. The management team is amazing and they have always quoted me better pricing than the surrounding competitors.

Got an estimate from another shop for a banging noise coming from under the hood. They quoted me a new engine. I took it to premier for a second opinion, and Ketch took it right in. Later that day I got a call that it was just a problem with the flywheel bolts, it cost me $190. Thank god I took it in for a second opinion. Thanks Ketch for the speedy repair and helping me save a ton of money.

I took my 2005 Acura TL to Premier Auto Repair for to replace the air conditioning system. They installed a new Compressor. The A/C system never worked properly after Premier replaced the Compressor. I took the car back immediately concerning the problem, then claimed they forgot to add an Expansion Valve and Receiver-Drier. That didnt resolve the issue and didnt seem to care to want to deal with is problem any longer. Their explanation to me then was sir, its an old car. My response was but these are new parts. After going back and forth with them on this issue without resolve, I ended up driving the car the rest of the summer with a subpar functioning unit. Another summer season began; and once I turned on the air conditioner it only produced HOT AIR...I took it back to Premier Auto and they only offered to charge me $95 for diagnostics and charge me to repair the same thing over again. I spent a lot of money the first time with this shop and now they want me to spend more on an issue that was never satisfactory from the beginning. I would never recommend anyone to Premier Auto Repair Service. I was totally dissatisfied with their work and the lack of follow up customer service received.

Jim gave me great service and a cup of coffee while I waited for my car to get fixed, thought for sure my transmission was bad but Jim noticed my linkage was just out of adjustment. Saved me thousands! Honest and dependable Thanks Jim!

This place is owned by Travelers GMT auto sales and the people that works here arent bad at the repair shop, but when you have a company thats buying up other small car lots and repair shops thats controlling, they have to listen to what the head tells them or their out of a job, instead of giving great customer service and letting you know whats the real truth about your vehicle.

My car has been there several time only to return because its not fixed. Needed to pay for the repair over the phone. My teenager was there to do the pickup and we needed to split the payment. The service advisor didnt listen and put it all on one card. I requested for him to correct the error. (This wasnt Mike D.) The gentleman SCREAMED TO THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS AND SAID I CAN MAKE YOU WAIT TILL TOMORROW TO COME GET IT. WOW. I should have been giving a one star. He corrected the error but I asked for someone different But no other service advisor was there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY HERE AND BE SCREAMED AT.

As a first time customer, my experience at Premier Auto was a nightmare>The power door locks on my 2003 Kia Optima needed to be repaired**To simplify the repair work, I mentioned to the sales associate that I had previously been advised by the dealership, the door lock relay was malfunctioning and would need to be replaced. I was provided with an estimate, I agree to the cost and gave my authorization to order the part. My appointment to have the part installed was at 07:00 am the following day> After waiting several hours, I was informed that their distributor had sent the wrong part>I was told that the part would arrive later that day but the scheduling was booked solid>I given another appointment 07:00 am appointment. I waited several hours to have the part installed. I paid for the work and departed the facility only to discover the locks were not working properly> I informed the sales agent and he lashed out at me and stated**thats what you told us needed to be repaired on your vehicle. Out of frustration he ask me to return at 07:00 am to have a technician check out the problem. After a 4 hour wait, I was informed that the relay part had been improperly installed and the locks were working. The sales agent apologized for the situation and the inconvenience. To little to late

Beware! I was ripped off by this business. They could not fix my driveshaft on my 2013 Dodge Charger that was under warranty!Their misdiagnosis lead to more and more problems with my vehicle which these crooks passed on to me.I was charged $1700 for a problem THEY created. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!

Terrible, Terrible service from this company, I recently purchased a car 2000 oldsmobile intrigue GLS from a partner of premier and i will NOT refer anybody to this place for service. The two worked together and sold me a Clunker of a car for close to 4000 dollars and the car was inspected and approved by premier, on the 32nd day having this complete LEMON, it blew a gasket and once again i called Bill Tracy who i purchased the car from and he told me he would have premier take care of it and to send it to them. I got it towed there waited for word from bill only to find out he refused to cover any of the costs and that premier was charging 1100 dollars for the repair. These people are NOT the people you want to deal with when buying or repairing your car, they are not honest people!

When I was in a rush to get my vehicle registered, the manager was able to get the emissions tested when every other shop in the area was down or had a four hour wait. He had me out and back at the DMV ASAP.

Brought my camaro in after the Chevy dealership said it needed a new catalytic converter ended up i just needed a sensor thanks to premier and their tech they save my alot of money I will be using them for my all repairs from here on out!!!!
