Im visiting Florence from Atlanta. I was searching online for a barber near by and I came across Precision Kutz. Made a10 am appointment online at 8:36 am. When I arrived at 9:50 am for my appointment I was told that I didnt have an appointment. I showed the barber my reservation/confirmation email yet he insisted that I didnt have an appointment and someone else had the slot. I asked if he had any available slots and he replied no but he said he could try to get me in AFTER the 10am appointment who WAS NOT PRESENT. The barber acted like he had no desire to cut my hair or make money. If the hair on my face grew down to my toes I wouldnt return to this shop! I wont beg you and pay you
