Half done haircut, negative attitudes and mask mandates. To be honest I probably wont go back because the haircut was awful but the attitudes was unbelievable.

Love the causal atmosphere, dont like nose in the air places, my hair stylist was hilarious I was in great mood when I walked out the door, hair felt better and my daughters hair is just full of curls after getting a point cut on her hair.

I have never been disappointed in this salon. Ive had several perms. here and they all done very good jobs. Very reasonable prices and every hairdresser has been very nice and do their best for you.

I have had several stylists in the past year, but none would cut or foul my hair to my liking. Then I met Emily at Cost Cuttets in Florence. She not only gave me the haircut I wanted, she colored my hair to petfection! I a very pleased.

This is a great hair salon! Crystal has been coloring and styling my hair for years and she does excellent work. She also cuts my husband hair and does a great job! We always love going there cause everyone is so friendly and fun and like family.

First time going, clean environment, pretty friendly staff from what I could gather. Went in for a haircut with damp hair, she did efficiently cutting in a good time frame and Im overall pleased with the results. I feel she was too rushed though. She checked that the sides were even, but she hadnt dried my hair so when I got home I discovered the sides were actually uneven. Was never offered to dry or style it. But I would definitely go back and would recommend others! I would just specify if I want it styled and dried next time 😊

We love this place! They are so good with all 3 of our boys. Brittany is the best, I always try and get her when I go in. We all look sharp for back to school even though Im not going back to school lol.

Terrible experience with a stylist -Tosha Wallace on Cox creek parkway Florence AL. WOULD NEVER RETURN. First she didnt use right colors for my highlights, then even after us having an appointment she made it clear that she was supposed to leave early and wanted me to leave with wet hair. While she was in a hurry, she hit the brush in my head couple of times. Upon requesting her to be gentle, she looked at the other stylist (Brittany) in the mirror and told me if I wanted to do it myself?! She also made a remark to the other 2 stylist while looking at them, about me turning down her recommended shampoo and conditioner. She also implied the rest were witnesses about me turning the shampoo down. She also put some supplies in her purse after applying in my hair. My experience was terrible and highlights some basic manners that you would expect from anyone. Unfortunately feel bad about few rotten employees ruining a business and customer service. Very dissatisfied. I hope this message gets across to the right person to take some actions and measure employee performance.

They give a nice haircut, that is if you can keep the stylists from talking to each other and focus on cutting your hair. One of the stylists was sitting in her chair waiting for a new customer and the phone rang, Oh, Im so sick of this! she said right in front of me. The stylist who was cutting my hair said about 3 words to me the whole time. It was obvious they hate their jobs.

I always go here to get my hair cut. Last night I went and I told the lady that I wanted the sides and back clipped with 1 left and the top shorter. The lady left less than a inch on the back and sides and when I told her she parted my hair wrong she went ahead and cut it the wrong way. Now it looks like a have a messed up bowl cut. Not happy
