David was great. Came out at 1 in the morning to put a spare on my car after I had called two other towing companies. Very nice and professional got it done in 5 mintues. Appreciate the good work, definitely recommend him!

A screw popped my tire on the highway in a very congested area. After giving up on hold with another service, I called Roadside 1. They answered immediately and had me back on the road safety within the hour! I am very grateful for the top notch service.

He went above and beyond to help me out. He fixed all of the problems I had. He was on time and very helpful and polite.

I locked my key fob in the car, and Dave called and said he was six minutes away. He must’ve drove fast, because he got here early. He had the vehicle unlocked in a matter of seconds! I told him that I’d been having issues with the key fob not being recognized occasionally. He said when the battery is getting older will cause this to happen. He checked the battery. Yes it was on its way out. He said he could go get a new one and install it. He came back, and I was lamenting that I’d have to reprogram my electronics. He said, “I’ve got you covered.” He had a portable battery power supply that kept juice to the electronics! That alone was worth the price. I highly recommend Dave!!

My low tire pressure light was lit and I was at work until 11:30. Roadside 1 came and serviced my truck while I was at work and called me to keep me informed. He was very pleasant and feel safe driving home on this very cold night before I’m back to work in the morning :)

Called at 8:41 AM to get my keys out. He told me he would be here in 30 minutes. I called back he told me HE WAS STILL AT A JOB and would be here in 12 minutes AFTER asking my location smh. Then called back to tell me he couldn’t make it at 10:11.

Dave was very kind and generous, our car stalled and we payed him for one jump but gave us three as our car stalled again and again, he also followed us home to make sure we got there (thank God he did!!)
