Great work fast and friendly service

Called Sam’s today to set up a muffler repair on my friend’s Jeep for Saturday and was dropping it off this afternoon for the appointment tomorrow. Mike and the team were great and so very helpful. He said “if you can hang out for about 40 minutes we can get it done for you yet today.” It’s service like that will get me coming back for other repairs. Great job on a Friday afternoon!!

First of all, I only went to this shop because a nice co-worker had highly recommended the shop. My co-worker was a long-time childhood buddy of the shop’s owners. I go to the shop expecting to receive quality service. Instead, I experience a hustling fast-talking con Man named “DAVE”. He managed to perform $1200 dollars worth of front-end work on my 2007 vehicle. Afterwards, he also RECOMMENDED that I come back to receive another $600 worth of service in the future. Well, one week later my vehicle ended up having the same problem it had before receiving service. My steering wheel literally stopped turning my wheels while I was driving. DAVE proclaimed since my front rim was bent, it had literally shook the new parts loose 🤔. I can bet, the mechanic installed my parts without bolting them down securely. After allowing a professional tire company to examine my wheels. The tire company concluded, my rim was not bent to the extent Dave proclaimed. They also said, there was no way possible a bent rim could shake a car’s parts loose. After sliding on ice & hitting a curb several months later. I returned to the shop with a new issue. Dave performs the previous $600 worth of work he had previously recommended. He completely ignores my new issue and says we can’t get your car to pass our high-tech alignment system. It’s picking up something in the rear of your vehicle. After taking my vehicle to another shop. I find out you could obviously see in plain site where my rear-axle was BENT from hitting the curb. I pay the new shop another $300 to fix my problem.

Ive been taking my automobile issues to Sams for many years along with family and friends. Very honest and courteous staff.

These guys are great. Communication was great. The work got done more quickly than expected. Prices were fair. The quality of their work was fantastic. Mike also pointed out a problem that was starting to surface that I had no idea about. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

We love these guys. Theyre upfront and honest about the repairs and services that your car actually needs and get the problem fixed right. Theyve done work on four of our cars and weve never made a return visit for the same problem. What more can I say? Theres a reason that their parking lot is always so full.Only thing to note is that they will not do a repair using a part you bring in, so expect to pay the cost of factory replacement parts for any service.

Poor service.They told me I needed a new transmission.Took it to another shop they said it was just the speed sensor.$100 fix.I cant trust these guys ever again

Went here for a tune up, got it done then they tell me i need a cat. Converter, manifold,02 senors, variable speed sensor,then they said i need a timing chain, and i still have a dash light on after i spent nearly $4100, so i wouldnt take my lawn tractor to them so goto a more reputable business run run run away from them

Paid almost $500 for valve cover gasket and starter replaced. After I got my car back, it was 5 quarts low on oil. I should have went back and said something. But never did.
