My rate wasnt $30 but Ill just say they did the job decently. They were quick and effective.

If I could give them a negative star I would called and was told it was about a 2 hour wait they took my info. I called back a little after 2hours and was told it was busy and it will be another 30 to 40 mins. I called back after another hour and they told me they didn’t have any dispatched truck with my info and if I wanted a truck to come out it would be another 2 hours. I don’t understand how can you give me a wait time on 2 separate different occasions and you didn’t communicate with the trucks. Just unprofessional.

It was 60 not 30 plus damaged my front flap the under carriage rubber that protects front bumper

Turns out we didnt need a tow but they 1)answered the phone 2)arrived within 20 minutes as promised and 3) pointed out what they thought the problem might be. The pricing was not as advertised but still well worth it

1. The price is NOT $30....it’s $55!2. They fail to tell you this over the phone.3. They tell you they accept cash ONLY at the last minute.4. The driver is incredibly rude and insists you don’t ride with him in the truck.5. Customer service is awful.6. The driver permanently ruined my driver seat window button... and never apologized.FORGET THIS PLACE EXISTS!!!!

One flat rate, took only about 30 minutes to get to me. Got my vehicle where it was going.

Had my vehicle towed no more than three miles. When the driver picked it up, It was only a broken ball joint with no other damage. I asked the driver before towing if he should strap the wheels due to the ball joint “wanting to keep the damage minimal”, he said it would be fine. When it was dropped off at my house, the half-shaft was ripped out of the transmission, tie- rod busted and strut mounting broken along with the ball joint. When I called to talk to them about this asking why their driver said this would be ok, when clearly it wasn’t, I was told “Don’t tell me how to do my job, we are not responsible for any damages to the vehicles we tow” and proceeded to hang up on me while I was mid sentence. My number was then blocked from calling them. At no point during this call did I become loud or offensive in any way.

The young man who arrived to tow my vehicle was polite and professional. He arrived in a very timely manner. Im very satisfied.

I needed a tow because my front ball joint broke, my husband asked when they were hooking it up from the front where the damage was if that would cause further damage and was told no. The tow ended up damaging my half shaft. When my husband called to speak to the office about it he was told “don’t tell me how to do my job, we’re not responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the tow” then was hung up on and his number blocked. This simple tow is now going to cost us hundreds of dollars to fix the damage they caused. Do not use this company!

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE. They scam customers and take advantage of them. They were suppose to tow my car to Flat Rate Towing and Service but instead took it to their shop WESTOWN and couldnt fix my car so I had it towed to flat rate towing and service and they got it fixed and running. I AM A AAA CUSTOMER AND WILL BE CALLING THEM

Horrible service....I called & spoke with a man he told me it would be 1 hour before I got service. 1 hour & 15 minute rolled by & no call from him. I called him 5 times at different times & no answer just constantly pushed the ignore button. I had to call another tow truck, I was stuck in my car for 2 hours with my 2 kids at night because of this unprofessional joke of a company. 🖕🏾 them
