It took them 4 hours to get to me total and each time I called they kept saying 1 hour. I wouldn’t use them again. Only reason I did was because by the time i was 3 hours into waiting all the other companies around were busy. It wouldn’t be such an issue if they were just upfront and honest and told me it was going to be 3-4 hours

We have a lifted ford F-350 Super duty that every tow trek company wanted 150-250 just to hook up, great pricing $125.00 for 12 miles and they were super good with being gentle with our truck. very quick service to getting to my husband also and allowing him to ride in the cab during covid. will definitely be calling again.

Too expensive, I would use their competitor. If they cant beat $50 with no towing rate per mile then call Flat Rate Towing.
