I went with this shop even though the estimate was higher than a competitor. Although the owner helped to rectify the situation, the communication within the business is subpar. Would not recommend and I will not be using them in the future if I need any body work or painting done.

I took my 2016 BMW X3 to Greg after someone hit the passenger side. The damage started just behind the front passenger wheel well and continued through about 70% of the passenger door. There were scratches, dents and even some weird dimpling in one area. I truly thought it would never look the same. Greg reassured me from the beginning that I would not see any signs of damage and that my car would look the same way it did when I purchased it. The repair was flawless! He even took care of any additional insurance dealings. Obviously the quality of the repair is the number one priority for anyone with a wrecked car, but their above and beyond amazing customer service helps put you at ease and is just not something you see to often anymore. Very unprofessional! My son was in a collision and we were told they had great service. Our experience was horrible. They told us his car would take a few days. After two weeks we would call and they would assure us it would be ready the next day. This “next day” went on for another two weeks. After a month of having our car in their possession we finally were able to get it. Do not use this business. Go somewhere else. Treated horribly and unprofessional.

Take your car here! If you need bodywork done, paint done, insurance claims....whatever! These guys are an amazing team. They do great work and your car will look BETTER then before. If you ever have a problem with the quality of work, they will listen and address it right away. If you need to avoid insurance claims, they’ll work with you to get a great price. I live all the way in Detroit now and I still bring my vehicles all the way here to have work done.

These guys gave me a loaner car to use FOR FREE for FIVE DAYS until I could buy a new car. Not to mention they paid my towing bill so I didn’t have to deal with my insurance reimbursing me! The workmanship is excellent. Unfortunately they had our car for three weeks instead of one because of employment issues and one employees family having major health problems. It would have been nice if they had called us in advance to let us know about the delays instead of forcing us to call them more than once. I will still use them again if the need arises.

Very satisfied with Greg and his staff at Professional Auto Collision.I had rust repaired on my work truck and some dents repaired as well.The work took a little longer than initially anticipated(the job was bigger than we expected) but the finished product was worth the wait. Everything LOOKS GREAT!!They detailed my truck which was a nice touch, the truck has never been cleaner. I hope I dont need to have collision work or body repairs on my vehicles but if I do my first choice will be Professional Auto Collision.

I am utterly grateful for choosing Professional Auto Collision to repair my hard hit vehicle for me. Greg and his staff are absolutely phenomenal, a group of down to earth individuals who will care for your car like their very own. They treated me like family spending countless hours with me in the office and on the phone answering any questions I had. You cant expect anything but complete perfection and sincerity from these guys. The car even drives better then when I bought it after getting it back from these guys! The guys are nice enough. However, I asked for an estimate on having a small chip in the door fixed while there. Never received a call back. I stopped in and asked again, they said “don’t worry about it I’m having my guy touch it up” great!! When we got the car back, the door was the same as when we took it in, and the front bumper cover was not even completely fixed.Disappointed

I took my car there for minor repairs. My bumper had to be replaced along with a head light. When I got my car back it looked great. My car was cleaned on the inside and they even fixed a tale light that was out for no charge. I’m a single mother and its wonderful knowing that there are places you can trust that wont up charge because you’re a women that doesnt know anything about cars. The rental they gave me to use while mine was being repaired ran wonderfully. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to everyone. GOOD JOB GUYS !!!

I cant recommend anyone going to Professional Collision. I wanted to get my hood and roof painted to spruce up my car, so it wasnt an insurance job, but paid for with my own hard-earned money. I took my car to the Fenton Road location and was treated well, but in the end three weeks later, it still wasnt done right and the hood needed to be resprayed. I talked to Greg, the owner, and he said hed fix it at his Corunna Road shop. In the few weeks in between, two rust bubbles had come up on it. I pointed them out and he said there was nothing he could do, but he would fix the original issue. I go to pick up my car the next day and I had to wait for them to get the hood bolted on. Greg told me that they were letting it air dry because there was too much material(paint) on the car to put it in the oven to bake, and to come back in two weeks to get the hood wet sanded. That would all be well and good, except there were blemishes exactly where the rust spots had been, like they were painted by hand. That was strange because Greg had also said that they had taken the hood down to the metal... so, they not only didnt attempt to prepare the surface to repair the rust correctly, they lied. They could have either put just the hood in the oven to bake, since it was off and taken down to the metal, or it was slightly touched up and given back to me with all the previous paint, which I believe to be the case and the reason for not baking it. Be careful with what you take here and what you expect to receive.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Professional Auto both personally and professionally. The owner Greg is a stand up guy and runs a top notch business. As a local insurance agent I have had many customers choose Professional after a claim, I have never received one complaint, and when we conduct our follow up call, they were pleased with their experience.

I have been a customer here for more than a decade. They have done accident repairs to restorations for me. They are just amazing. Skill wise, there is no one better. Their work is excellent-really it is outstanding.More importantly is the way in which they treat their customers. If you are old enough to remember what real customer service was, this is what you get. They take care of you. I have seen show cars in enclosed trailers come down from Canada to be worked on here. I would not take any of my cars anywhere else but here period. I am a customer for life.

Greg Bundy and the team at Professional Auto Collision did a great job on my wifes van when we were side swiped in one of the sliding doors. Rather than do a bunch of body work they replaced the door like I had asked. Dropped it off on Monday and hopped into a free loaner and it was done that Friday. The shop did great work...car looks brand new.....scott and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and the dog gives makes it a more friendly atmosphere..i would recommend this place to anyone getting damaged fixed....small or large. Many thanks to Greg Bundy and Professional Auto Collision. My front fascia was damaged when some one hit me in a parking lot. Color match is perfect, and the fit and finish is excellent. Really fast turn around as well, dropped off last Friday and picked up today. They even detailed the interior and exterior while they had it.

Greg and his team will go above and beyond what a normal shop would do to help you out. They may not be a preferred shop according to the insurance companies but instead, they pass along those savings to the customer and not the insurance companies. I live a hour away and always take me vehicles to Greg!

Excellent, absolutely fantastic. Hit a deer on Thursday. Friday car was torn down getting repaired. They took all the worry away. Riley detailed inside and out. The staff working here could not have been kinder or more helpful... When I was sitting waiting for my car to be finished LITERALLY every employee who passed checked to make sure that I was being helped. Then if they saw me again would go and check to make sure they were still working on getting my car finished up. I had a pricey deductible to pay for my car and the wonderful people at Professional Auto Collision were able to wave my deductible. On top of that, they did a flawless job fixing the extensive damage. I seriously cried tears of happiness on my way home. The effort they make to make sure you are completely satisfied makes a person feel more secure in knowing the job will be done right. Greg Bundy is a stand up guy with honesty in every word outta his mouth. Right from jump he was up front and willing to do what it took for our business. He right on with the timeline and the finished product came with detailing inside and out. When my vehicle was finished it was like nothing had ever happened. But it looked even better! Im the son of a master machanic so I do most of my own repairs but if I ever need auto body work again Ill go to Greg. They charge 100 dollars A DAY to hold your vehicle. They wanted 380 dollars for a tow. These people will eat you alive.

STAY AWAY, BIGTIME SCAMMERS, you will be overcharged and ripped off, they say that they pay yur deductable...FALSE, they have it advertised on their sign and it is one of the many big lies this company provides, i believe they have friends or a company posting good reviews for them because they are one of and if not the worst auto repair company to deal with, they will lie and nickle and dime you as much as they can, very rude also, you have been warned! Shanda BushI went into Professional Auto Collision because the vicious MICHIGAN winter wind, last year, whipped my door off the henges. I braved the air flowing through the door all winter because I did not have the $500.00 dollar deductable to get the car repaired. I seen an incredible commercial on TV that exclaimed that the DEDUCTABLE WILL BE PAID!!! I went into the warm, friendly auto collision facility VERY SKEPITICAL that I WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE NO DEDUCTABLE, BUT IT WAS TRUE, there was NO DEDUCTABLE!!! The owner and the staff were GREAT, the work on my car was GREAT, I LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!! The owner explained to me the actual car repairs that was needed on my vehicle, and how he was actually able to allow me to have no deductable, I would recommend this facility to EVERYONE!!!

I took my car here recently after an accident... I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!Extremly rude and unfriendly service and high prices! It is bad enough my car was damaged but dealing with poor customer service just makes it worse.

Unprofessional. Took my vehicle in for an estiamte. After having had my vehicle there for 12 days with no information, I decided to seek repairs elsewhere. Every time I called for an update, the owner told me he was waiting on my insurance company for information, to which my insurance company had no knowledge of having been notified of any decisions.

They billed my insurance company for replacing my door passenger side the support that is between the windshield and the door they billed the insurance company for cutting the damaged one out and welding a new one in. That totaled almost $2800 they kept the money and filled it with $50 worth of bondo now my door leaks when it rains or when I wash it.they have a sign in there lobby that reads cheap work is never go go work isnt cheap but cheap work is what they do thats why they pay your deductible on your insurance.my advice take your vehicle to someone that is honest. I even told them no bondo I would pay the deductible they still did it the cheap way.
