I was told there was a 2 hour wait by another company. 9 hours later they still werent here. Called Roadrunner, they said a 2 hour wait, they were here in about 30 minutes. Awesome service. The driver who showed up was amiable and polite. I will definitely use these guys in the future

I have been to a few impound yards unfortunately but this one was very nice. Clean. The staff were very helpful. Appreciated all of their assistance. Highly recommend them.

My 16 year old daughter broke down in a quite busy intersection and their tow truck arrived within a few minutes and got the car loaded up. David really saved the day and I appreciate him getting my daughter safely off the road so quickly. Great service and nice people.

Great customer service !! Called and they told me hour or longer but the tow truck driver was there in less then 1/2 hr. And I missed him because he came quicker then what I was told and called him back and he was pleasant and understanding and turned around to come back and tow my car.

I had a blowout on I-69 scary for a woman driving alone!! I called another towing company they referred me to RR so happy they did. They were quicker than expected, the guy was super nice, professional & quickly took care of my tire. I would recommend this company to anyone. Also their pricing was extremely fair!!

I had to have my car towed 90 miles last night. I also had to pay out of pocket for this bc everyone approved by my insurance said no. They were kind enough to work with me on a price and really help me out. Thats not the reason Im writing this though. The driver was so sweet. He took me all the way home and made me feel so comfortable the whole ride there. He even bought me a drink and a candy bar for the drive. I really cant say enough good things about this man. I really hope I never have to call again, but if I do, Im definitely calling him.

Actually got my car impounded bc I left it overnight at McKinley senior center. Stated tires slashed when one was flat. Although I wasnt happy they had car over the weekend the girl at the desk is very polite and makes it alittle less unpleasant. Charged $50 to tow it back to senior center, live around corner. Tow truck driver aired up tire for me before putting it on truck bringing it back.

They take advantage of people with the highest tow rates in city maybe state. Believe that 💯 percent they try to keep vehicles they tow for higher profits by charging 200 plus storage for first day of 45 hate the place

My brother had to get his car back from a shade tree mechanic, the mechanic moved to a bad part of Flint and took the vehicle there, then started to part the car for drug money.We called RoadRunner, and Dave & Rick said it would be taken care of right away. They were at the house in less than 20 min, hooked the vehicle, pulled it out of this druggies garage with no damage to the druggies house or garage, grabbed up the parts of the partially dismembered car and delivered it to us.The were conscientious about not damaging our car and getting our parts, and even protected the druggies stuff in the process.RoadRunners rates are fair and they were fast!The people that are complaining and said they had their car impounded are the problem, because they broke the law,- driving while intoxicated will get your vehicle impounded by the police not RoadRunner.- If youre parking on private property and youre not reading the signs, its still YOURproblem, if you see the sign there - read the other side, it can save you $$.- no one works for free, Roadrunner stored your car to protect it from thieves, and theywont let your car go til the police give the okay that you have a properly insured androad legal vehicle with all bills paid.The same idiot thats whining here will laugh their butt off watching somebody on Cops or some Rep show getting their impounded!Quit being stupid and whiners, RoadRunner Towing is just a company doing their job.Thanks again Dave, Rick and RoadRunner!

If this is the place the police call to come get your car, good luck is all I can say, they wouldnt let me get my car till they had it for 5 days which of course makes the bill to get your car astronomical! And lets not forget I had 100 dollars in an envelope to pay a bill and of course its gone and I had a nice blue tooth speaker in the back seat and it was taken to, I suppose I should just be happy they didnt take the engine also!

I got in a bad car accident during a bad storm, then due to accident I lost all of my important documentation, etc but they were amazing gracious and gave me extra time and grace to figure it out without charging. After reading some of the reviews, I went into road runner prepared to lose all my cars (3 got towed from my appartment.) To my suprise though, the owner and his son were actually pretty genuine. I talked to them with respect and got that in return. I walked away with all 3 of my vehicles (paid the fee of course.) Long story short, go in there with some sense and leave with your cars. Go in there like its their fault YOU got your stuff towed and youll have a long night. Cheers

I called to get my vehicle towed and waiting patiently for a hour w my car. They said they would be there at 11am and called to confirm my pick at 1045. Then at 11:10 called me and canceled my pick up. Its 9 degrees outside by the way. Lady on the phone was nice. But owners insisted that they had more important things to do. Give anyone ur business but these guys.

I locked my keys in my car, it only about 20 min for someone to come out and help me, the worker was very nice, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs asst.

Scammers, They post maybe 1-2 tow warning signs that are one sided and face inward, so you can only read them when exiting. There are no signs posted when entering parking lot.. On a company outing they towed dozen + vehicles from a closed Kmart/Uhaul parking lot off Miller road. Where we parked there was no warning signs. They took a picture of our cars with a sign in the back ground as proof, but it was another one way facing sign. This sign is mainly only visible if your sitting inside the Applebees restaurant next door. From where we parked we could only see the back of a white sign. All there other signs are only visible when leaving the parking lot. They charged us $225.00 to retrieve our vehicles each. They towed our vehicles less than 5 miles and hold your car hostage unless you pay their high cash only fees, no credit, no debit. Very Rude owner. Owner argues with anyone who questioned the towing or even posted a comment of not liking their business practices. Owner acts very childish. I wish there was a way I could post pictures of their Dishonest, Corrupt, Scamming Signage on here. Check out Facebook site reviews for our version of the photos.

This may be long winded but I have to put down how I feel. My car was towed and impounded. I was really hurt because of the experience with the officer that cuffed me, pushed me, and kept the cuffs so tight around my wrists that Ive had bruises for three days for a small traffic violation. I called Road Runner the second I got home and they were some of the nicest people. I picked up my car the next day and everyone there was wonderful. They really were the best part of the horrible experience. Thank you, Road Runner for being so courteous to a crying single mom even when the people who are supposed to protect and serve arent. I will call you from now on for all my needs!

Well heading north for vacation we blew a tire on 75 about a little over an hour from home. No clue where abouts we were, we got ahold of Road Runner Towing from google search, from the moment I called the woman on the phone was super friendly and more than willing to help. We were a bit shaken up from the blow out and being away from home, I know she sensed it. She was more than comforting and more than happy to help. She figured out our location and let us know a truck would be out shortly to help us change our tire. The truck arrived prompt! I say about 10 minutes. This is where we met Jacob, very friendly and attentive from the jump!!! He tried changing the tire and come to find out we didn’t have our lock lug nut. We just purchased our vechicle about 5-6 months ago and didn’t even realize we were without one! This put us in a bad spot. Without that lug, Jacob could not remove the tire. We grew weary. Jacob offered to tow us to the nearest tire shop in the area, where it being 9 o clock at night, they were already closed, this meant they would have to look at it in the morning. Jacob so graciously then offered to drop us off and get us to the nearest Hotel for the night!! He was Curteous gracious and 100% attentive to our needs from the very begining! He made being away from home and stranded seem not so bad!!! This company and their employees were great to us!! Thank you and God Bless on a job well done. Also quite affordable pricing compared to what we are used to here in Detroit!!!! Keep up the good work Road Runner! You make peoples lives much easier.
