Bordy did a great job and was so patient with me and accommodating to what I wanted! She paid attention to detail and was very thorough with her work. I recommend her very much!

This is my go to salon, even after moving out of Flagstaff. They are incredibly reasonable and personable. If you are unsure of something while you are there, politely speak up! They won’t be offended and only want you to be happy with the service provided. In my past experience they take no offense and work to fix anything right away. Their prices are reasonable, schedules at time flexible and truly real personable people. I would not go anywhere else (unless you want some bold unnatural hair color...). Heidi is amazing with facials and everything she does, Bordy does fantastic nails and her nail art is delightful. I wish I could add photos to this review. Cyndi is an experienced colorist and listens to your request. Don’t like something? Speak up and they have fixed it for me without it feeling like an annoyance. They understand customer service as long as you are capable of communicating.

I am new to town and Bordy did an amazing job. She used forms rather than tips and didnt miss any edges as must people do. Best my nails have looked in a long time and she guaranteed them for a week.

My nails were absolutely damaged from another nail salon. I called and Bordy fit me in. She stayed late and worked on my mess of nails, she took her time and was really careful with my thin nails. They look amazing! I really wish I could add a pic. Thank you so much Bordy! I’ll definitely be returning because of her ❤️

Just left after getting nails done for my birthday! I loved it, my step-mom and I would drive up here from Phoenix just to have our nails done. Dee Dee was so welcoming and warm to my dad, step-mom and I. Thank you so much! The nails look wonderful.

I booked in with Bordy to have nail extensions and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Bordy did my nail extensions without any of the tips, she just created the nail with acrylic because she said it makes them stay on longer (which I thought was a little odd but she’s the professional so went with it). I left the salon actually blown away with how horrific my nails were. I wish I said something at the time but I didn’t want to be rude(?) - in hindsight, I shouldn’t have let my manners take control because she did charge me $45 for them. I went home and took off the ‘goopy’ messy nail polish (you know when nail polish has been unused on the shelf for too long so it paints on thick and messy). I then had to file down the layers and layers of acrylic to make them look remotely presentable and repainted them myself. The nails stayed on less than a week.I like to treat myself every so often and was really hoping for a nice set of nails that lasted a decent amount of time given I paid $45. I was sat there having my nails done thinking she must be quite embarrassed by the nails and she’ll probably end up apologizing and not charging (they were that bad!!)I will not be returning to see Bordy at The Cottage Salon and Spa and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.I feel bad writing this because she was a nice lady but she really has no business working in a nail salon and I don’t want people to be disappointed like I was.

Dee dee was AMAZING!!! She fixed the set that I had before, done at another place, and made it into what I wanted!!!
