Zero customer service. They mis-scheduled my son’s appointment and took zero accountability for their error and treated me like I was the one the one in the wrong. I even have the voicemail that confirmed the appointment time and was told by the manager that I could reschedule for a different day. I only go here because of their expanded hours; it is hit or miss whether you will actually get a decent haircut.

My stylist is excellent and fixes my hair to my liking.

Janice Montaya is an amazing hair stylish! I had a lot of damage in my hair, and I wanted a very specific cut, and she listened to me and made it happen. It is perfect, and I love it! Ill definitely go back again.

Do not go here. I have short hair and it was cut incredibly uneven, with BALD SPOTS that Francesca tried to cover by leaving some of the surround hair long. She didnt blend her cut lines, so it looks like Ive got a bowl cut in the back. Some of it was so scraggly I had to fix it when I go home. Really, really awful. Do NOT waste you time here.

Savanna does a really good job transforming any hair color to blonde. She got my hair from a red brown to blonde and toned it and cut it very well in just one session.

Savanna balayaged (not sure on that spelling) my hair and it looks amazing!!! She always cuts my hair just how I like it too. Good Job Savanna!

I went in for a classic manicure and added gel polish. Kelly did a fantastic job. The salon was quite busy but he took his time and paid close attention to detail. He did everythinv by hand and didn’t use a drill at all. He was also gentle and avoided any sore spots on my cuticles. Kelly also checked to make sure nothing hurt me or was painful. He is also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend getting your nails done by Kelly.

Used to be fantastic, still has good stylists. But the store manager chased off the best Salon Manager the store had ever had.

Went to get a haircut before vacation. The cut is nothing I asked for, uneven and looks terrible. I was also charged more than I was quoted and told prices change with the haircut. I will never go back!
