Service was quick and friendly, my nails look great! They took me in on short notice after an awful experience at a different place, I’ll be back!! They did a wonderful job!

Definitely a no frills place that could be improved with a little TLC but overall the experience was good. They made room for two of us on a walk in without an appointment and were professional. Id go again.

Literally only had my nails on one week and four have fallen off! Completely fell off, didn’t even hurt. They came off with more ease then press on nails no exaggeration. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for over 20 years and never have I had a worse experience.

The man was super rude. I could not explain to hun what I wanted due to him over talking me. I said no acrylic and got about a pound of it on each nail. The lady cut my finger near the cuticle, let’s just pray I don’t get an infection!!!!

I walked in with a call-ahead appointment. The place looked dirty and run-down, although they did require masks and frequent hand washing. When I arrived there was one person working on several customers. Soon after, two more employees showed up and I was put in the que and shuffled between other clients waiting to have their nail service done. I decided not to get a pedicure and just let them do my gel manicure only. The boss-lady was extremely hurried, no niceties or conversation was offered. The actual nail service I had was okay, but I will NOT be returning.

Way over priced for ugly nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for year and this place by far is way too over priced for mediocre nails.

My friend and I went in got a beautiful mani & pedi. They did a great job. We are very pleased and happy with this place.

Love Lively Nail Salon so much. They are the only ones in flagstaff that can do matte black and their prices are not outrageous. They are so friendly and gentle as well. Love my nails every time i come here. So check it out for yourself. They are GREAT !!!

Pedicure was brief with no massage but paid extra for a cucumber massage . Itwas nothing more then your typical seasalt scrub. Very disappointing. This place is a filthy dive!

This place was so dirty and looks like it hasn’t been dusted or really cleaned in a long time.I asked for design on my nails and it was so so bad I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed !

Old, dirty and unfriendly place. Will never return. They just splashed some alcohol on the tips of the cuticle cutter blades and wiped them with the dirty towel used on my feet - ready for the next victim. Yuck!

This place isnt for me. Too many objects. Old nail polish. Limited colors. Want alot more experience and ambiance.

Lively nails is the worst place to get a pedicure. Please people stay away. My feet looked better before I walked in the door. Stay away please

Very friendly, a little understaffed but still great at their job and handle every client with care. Cute little shop, very clean and organized. They switched between me and two of my other friends but they worked on us all evenly. Would recommend/go back!

They did such a great job! I dont see where all the bad reviews are coming from tbh. I havent had acrylics in a long time and they made them look gorgeous! I brought my own gel polish that changes colors and they were very accommodating about it!

I was going to this salon for a while. I dealt with the mess ups even tho I have always paid good money for my nails 110.00 to be exact on my Last visit. Big big mistake my nails looked horrible. I even sent them pictures and never received a response back. I will never go back!!!!!

I normally have problems in Flagstaff with getting my acrylics done and I am blown away by the service that I received today. We was my nail tech. He was super professional, did an outstanding job on shaping my nails, and we had a great conversation. I will be coming back!

This was awful. Firstly, my appointment. I was passed around like a hot potato from person to person. One to put on tips, one to put on acrylic, and two to put on polish. The polish was a mess and old and gooey. Within the week the polish was peeling off and my nails began to fall off. The acrylic was eroding away. Had to take them off and get a new set.

I was refused service today for a medical condition I have which prevents me from wearing a mask. The Mgr was rude and dismissive. Perhaps her tone will change after I file an ADA complaint in the morning. Thats a $75k fine!

This Salon is hands-down the best Salon Ive been to in Arizona! Each employee makes sure to take their time with you and leave you loving your nails each and every time. They are patient, kind extremely, and talented

WEEEELLLLL lets just say that I went because there was no there place that could get me in, not from this area and NEEDED to get nails done, it had been 5 weeks, so I called a couple places. Everyone either was booked for the day, required an appointment or they did not offer the SNS. This place did and I was referred here from another salon., Not good on their part. Lets just say that the SNS procedure I have come to know very well. THIS place doesnt do it....1st they didnt apply a vase coat if powder2nd they only applied two coast of color3rd they applied the activator over the glue that holds the powder in place.Basically what I received was a modified version of Shellac.. Granted it looks good but already I have two nails that are broken and WHO KNOWS how long the others will last.

I paid $53 for what I was expecting to be an outstanding job but I was in disbelief at the end. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly told that my length that I had requested were too long. Now I understand that individuals can have their input on things but I also paid for the length. After they were done my nails were different lengths, had lumps, and the nail polish did not fully cover the acrylic.

I took my little sister here to get her nails done for prom and they did such an amazing job. She got a full set of gel acrylics and got her ring finger done a sparkly gold. Her nails look so good and it cost less than anywhere else I’ve been in Flagstaff; the total came out to $48 (we paid extra for the sparkly gold ring finger). The only reason it was 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were understaffed and got a lot of people in the salon at once and it took a little longer than normal.

Had an appointment for pedicure and manicure. Took them two and a half hours to finish me because they were so busy rotating between everyone who walked in. Evidently my time is not valuable. I had 4 different people working on me. They just rotate around and around. I didn’t like that at all. Not to mention it was miserably hot in there. I would not recommend going here.

My gel nail polish look great and it was quick! The sugar scrub was very relaxing. The shop could use some updating but who am I to judge? Great job guys!

They were very cold & distant. They didn’t buff the natural nail properly, nor push back the cuticle. The techs liquid to powder ratio was wrong, so the nails are lumpy and incorrect. They filed them unevenly, and there’s no apex so the nail is weak. Nail polish was sloppily applied so there’s blotches in the color. Plus they filed AFTER the polish was put on so all the nail polish is removed from the front tip. They charged me $63 for this.

Do not waste your time or money here. There are other salons that charge the same but are well worth it. The items used on your nails are the same ones used on countless other patrons-yuck! The place needs a thorough cleaning and touch up! The displays are weak, nail polishes are lame, and the entire business just reeks shady, below board. If ghetto dirt is what you are used to then this is just the place for you!

I’m from PA & went to this salon because of its walk-in availability & convenience. The place smells toxic; the place was a mess, certainly not salon level! Instead of soaking off my gel nails in a foil wrap, they had me soak my nails in pure acetone. I was woozy & my skin was bleached from the acetone. Three different people did my gel removal & application. The woman, only female working on Friday, who removed the old gel didn’t even remove it all, leaving the nail surfaces bumpy. She yelled at me for looking at them & told me I could see them when they were done. No one there greeted me when I arrived; none of the three engaged me in friendly conversation during the entire process. The workers all spoke a foreign language among each other; the woman’s volume was ratcheted up to high as if she was screaming each word. Not 24 hours later, my nails are already chipping.I would NOT recommend this salon at all! Horrible service, unfriendly staff, unkept salon.

They do a excellent, thorough job for a reasonable price. I have been going here for more than a decade.Unlike some salons, they rotate among patrons. During busy times, it can take longer. But I return because they are the best in Flagstaff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! walking in you can tell it’s not a nice salon. after taking my temperature and spraying my hands with alcohol, they shoved gel tabs in my hands, then ripped them out of hands and process to yell “ WASH YOUR HANDS FIRST” with aggression i didn’t expect as a paying costumer who’s wearing a mask with freshly sanitized hands. i walked out. don’t recommend this place at all

I have never felt more welcomed. They treat you like family 😊 and I have never had a better fit set done in my life!!;!!! They offer everything but dont push you. Oh and they speak English!!!!

This is seriously the best place! I went all during my pregnancy and they made me feel so relaxed. They are also the only place I let touch my feet because it actually feels good!

Ew! I would not rate this place one star! More like -0 stars! Crusty, chicken claw, gel nails after they were done. The edges of my natural nails were sticking out! None of the items were sanitized like the buffers, nail clippers, and the hand towels on the hand rest were dirty! $45 wasted. Gross, Im not going there again.

This has to be the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. For the cost of $28 you get to sit on the massage spa chair and soak your feet for about 10 minutes. Then they move you to the nail desk area where you put you foot on a stool while they remove polish, clean, cuticles. Next an electric file is used on the bottom or your feet which does not remove calluses because it ia dray. Paper towel is placed between your toes and polish applied, then a mini fan is placed near you feet to dry it. No lotion, no callus removed, foot is dry and just a waste. You can do you own and save your money

Worst experience didnt sand my nails. Nail polish all over my toes.Didnt do any of my cuticles and my heals I can do a better job at home. Would definitely never refer them waste of time and money!!

Came out the nail salon with some lumpy & uneven nails. Employees were not trying to give me the length that I desired.

One star for friendly techs: a Vietnamese family. But 2 days after my appt, 2 nails were chipped. I had the dip, which typically lasts me 4 weeks with no chipping. Three toes were chipped (a pedicure lasts me 1 month). And they charged me double!! I tried to call them but their phones arent functioning. I live 20 miles from town and wont be going back till next week. Very frustrating. The techs rotate among clients, which is a huge time consuming process. I was there 2 1/2 hrs, not counting wait time. The shop is dirty. Items on tech stations are grimy with dust. Their decorative palm tree is so covered with dust, the fronds are no longer green. Just a bad experience all the way around. Dont waste your money here.
