I have had the worst luck getting my nails done in Flagstaff. I am here as a travel nurse from NY so I had my UV gel on my nails and explained this when I made my appointment. When I arrived Vicky told me I needed to leave because she could not do my nails with the UV gel on. After calling my nail place back home he explained to her she could just do acrylic fill..so that is what she did reluctantly and with attitude. She was so mean and cold towards me..i was feeling overwhelmed over other things and embarrassingly enough I started crying after this being the last straw of the day..this just made her act more mean towards me...other customers there agreed I wasnt being unreasonable. She was worried I would leave a bad review because someone else did that had uv gel ...i told her I am not that person..but I am definitely leaving a bad review about how awful I was treated ! She didnt even try to be professional or help me..Dont go here ! Not relaxing and did a mediocre job with my nails as well

This is the place to go. Its beautiful, extremely clean, and everyone is so nice. My nails grow extremely fast so I should go more often than once a month, but its always a treat to be here!

Honestly just not sure what the bad reviews are about. English is their second language so if you are hoping for a big conversation its not happening. Great service loved the feeling of my feet afterwards! And well my toes look fabulous! Thank you ladies.

Place is clean, but Vicky is probably the rudest nail tech Iv ever come across. I thanked her twice and she said nothing. And her work wasn’t great either. 5 days post mani and my nails are falling apart.

Got a pedicure and I am happy with the results! Called an hour ahead and they were able to see me in the next hour. Once I arrived, they were on time to help me, took there time and did a great job. Satisfied.

She noticed one of my nails was very thin with the nail bed a little visible & took precaution filing it which im beyond thankful. Im very particular about my shape & length & my lady listened to my wants & checked in ever step to make sure I liked it.

I had an appointment and still had to wait half an hour. My nails were very short and I asked for mid length acrylics... She said she coudl only do tem short (other places can do them longer).... The women who did them was very rough and when she cut my finger apparently it was my fault for not being relaxed enough! No apologies and she kept sighing like it was a big hassle to have me there. Nails were about a 2 out of 10 once done - and the cut finger just my little bonus. Worst ambience and service anywhere - run a mile.

Terrible customer service! A woman scolded me as if I were to get paid by her for getting my pedicure. I came into the salon which was empty not one customer there and she told me I was late when I was told over the phone that I could do a walk in, then she proceeded to warn me not to be late again. No thanks! I left the place and came to Aspen Nail Salon where they do have proper customer service skills.

Were visiting from Scottsdale and I went yesterday for a mens manicure. It is a very nice looking place and most importantly, VERY clean. The nail instruments came in a professionally sterilized pouch, they came by in the waiting area and gave us hand sanitizer to put on, etc. Good price and top quality. I wish they had a place in Scottsdale!

My manicurist always gets me right! I struggled for a few years finding a nail tech that can do a bomb COFFIN shape! The other nail techs that do pedicures get my feet right! Really good prices for a full service. Highly recommend this nail salon. Every single worker is nice... good vibes all the time!

Make sure to ask price in advance got charged ridiculous amount for my daughters sets of nails and when I disputed cost the Lady moved the sign with pricing to one behind it with much higher rates than the 1st one!! Very Rude from the moment we walked in, several customers walked away from their appointments because of how rude she was.

Love the decor, my friend and I can from out of town. Would have given a 5 star but I wait 35 mins for my friend to get her nails done with the male tech. Not sure why I had to wait for the guy nail tech to get done with my friend, when the women tech was just sitting on her phone. 65 mins later we are finally done.

Had an incredible experience with this place today. Pedicure in a private room with an incredible chair and massage. Felt like I left the state. My manicurist was concerned about me the entire time. Kept asking if she could do anything more and if I was okay. When she did my nails she did one hand at a time so I could read the paper and she gave me s pen to use to text while my nails were soaking. She truly thought of everything. I will definitely be going back here often.

Tried to get in for pedicure and struck out at several other shops before I happened upon this place. The salon was clean and welcoming. Brought tools out in sealed package so knew things were legit and clean. The tech was warm and friendly and didnt rush. Think I found my new spa! I will always go back to pure nails, my favorite place.

I have tried other salons, but Vicky always does the best job on my toes and nails. It is exceptionally clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

Im 18 i never feel the need to write negative reviews I don’t want to cause problems but this experience was awful. I work very hard for my money as Im sure all of us do and I wanted to treat myself to a full set. I walked in and had to wait a while before anyone spoke to me even though the salón was empty. Finally someone spoke to me I chose a color and sat down. A woman approached me and offered me hand sanitizer which I accepted and she pressed the dispenser so hard that it shot out and got all over me. There was no apology so at this time I became wary of how the rest of this was going to go. I noticed that she had an open wound on her hand but I figured it wasn’t a big deal, that is until she began to glue shut the wound with the nail glue she just used on my hand. Customer service was awful and made the experience terrible. I would strongly recommend trying some other nail salon.

Everytime Vicky has done my nails they are beautiful and such great quality. Only one of my nails has ever come off but only because I slammed it in my dresser drawer. Excellent work on his part. I also have had pedicures and they do great a job of removing any dead skin and callouses, which I tend to get a lot of. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Today her did my nails -funny I met her when she was young, know shes all grown up and quite the charmer, fun conversation the entire time. Cant beat it -She took her time with my nails and did them exactly as I like them -I really like How long they last !

Ridiculous. Came at 5:20 for pedicure they said no time for pedicure but if i want just a polish she can do. No way! I want my toenails clean. It usually takes 30 minutes to do in other places. Basically she didnt want to do it in 40 minutes. They dont need your business. Pick other places.

I had the best pedicure ever! The girl was the sweetest and didnt speak alot of English but she tried! The interior is very nice and the price was only $28 and I tipped her $10 which she totally deserved. Im so glad I didnt listen to the negative reviews.

My friends and I came here for a self care day. I got a mani pedi. Highly recommend the deluxe pedi. They are all so sweet and nice and provide the best recommendations. Prices are reasonable and they do a better job than more pricey places.

I just had a very negative experience at this salon. I was greeted gruffly (What you want?!), jerked around and rushed through a manicure. It took all of 15 minutes. Never a smile. The technician appeared more interested in what was on TV than on my manicure. Once I was sat down at the fan to allow time for drying, the technician disappeared. The black light on the fan didnt work. I reset the fan for a 2nd drying. My polish smudged upon entering my car and I was too uncomfortable to even go back.

I had come here to get this cute nail design done and before making the appointment I had asked to make sure they could, they said yeah but when it came down to it they said they do no nail designs. I was irritated but still got my nails done, the area was clean and they were quick with the hail process only took me about 20 mins to get acrylic nails. I would recommend this place to people who one color with no design.

I was completely satisfied the first few times that I went and got a manicure done. This last visit was a horrible experience and I will never be going back. I was told I could come in at noon to get one of my nails fixed, I went in and was told I would have to come back at 1:30. I explained to them my situation and I had somewhere to be at 2 but I would be back at 1:30 due to her telling me it wouldn’t take long. Meanwhile, I waited until 1:40 and got up to let them know I would have to come back another day because I had to go. She then explained to me she was almost done and it wouldn’t be much longer. When it came my turn, I sat down and Vicky (one of the ladies that works there) yelled at me and told me “I needed to be patient while she finished the other ladies nails!!”. Not only was she disrespectful but she ripped my nail off which was very painful! Needless to say, I was respectful and I let her finish my nails for the last time! I will never be going back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This hasn’t been the only thing they have done that has been unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

They always talk in their language. Your nail tec, will ask you a question, youll kindly answer. Then they start conversations and laugh. I felt judged, and they would rolled their eyes, demand you where to go, where to sit, I got my nails done here, all their items were unsanitary I was scared I was gonna catch something. My nails were sore from them tugging on my hand..... Im super sorry. I tried this place once. Never again!! I really suggest the mall. They have better service, they are helpful. All they want is money, to pay for fancy items. Until I paid my bill, they were super nice. SMH. This place is usually empty. Now I know why!! So yall needa work on your respect for your customers.

Just make sure to call For an appointment; they are busy because they are the best in flagstaff. Prior toThis location I went to like 5 different places and no one knew how to do ombré Nails. Every single time I have gotten my nails done here they are completely rude, I have gotten a pedicure here a couple times and each time it seems like an inconvenience to bring my business to them. When I have gotten my acrylics done here they do a good job but its never worth the rudeness they treat their customers with. I do not recommend this place to anybody whether you are a local or a tourist coming through town to get your nails done. It is a complete slap in the face the way that they treat their customers.

My mother and I visited #1 Nail Salon & were completely unsatisfied with both the quality and service. Mom asked for manicure & only got them filed & painted. No cuticle treatment, massage, or lotion as advertised. They also charged $5 to remove her gel polish, which wasnt mentioned before service. I asked for an acrylic fill in. The man worked way too quickly & the results were very sloppy. They did not receive a tip. Also, they were very unfriendly & non-professional. After we left, I reviewed my bank account & realized I was charged twice. ($72) Upon calling the nail salon, they denied double charging and will not accept my phone bank statement. They want me to acquire one from my bank (which is out of state) and bring it back. On top of that, I live a half hour away. This was absolutely ridiculous. We immediately went to another salon down the road. See Wilson @ Cutie Nail Salon! Hes great!!

My mom and I came here for a manicure. Id been here a few times before, no complaints. My comments today are towards one employee in particular. My mom and I got some of the absolute worst customer service weve ever had. The owner of the salon (woman with pencil eyebrows) left my moms nails rough edged, and there was a significant mistake in the gel polish. My mom asked her about it, and the lady blamed her for banging it on something (she had been sitting still for 15 minutes while I finished up). My manicurist even looked at it and tried to explain to No-Eyebrows that it was messed up. She continued blaing my mother, in an extremely abrasive and haughty tone of voice that was SO unprofessional. After we had explained that we wont be back, the same lady had the audacity to follow my mom and I out of the store and continued making rude comments. These people have a one star reputation when they should have zero!!! Save your money or take your business elsewhere, to a company that values customer service. In a small town, word travels very quickly!!

My initial full set was pretty bulky and one of the nails actually fell off after only one week. I decided to give them another shot and returned for a fill and repair. The first day I attempted to have service I walked in and they were doing remodeling and could not help me. That was fine of course, but it was still inconvenient and they were rude about turning me away. I followed up on a Saturday at 2pm fully prepared to wait as long as needed to have my nails done and the associate stated she could not help me at all that day even though there was nobody in the waiting area at all. I do not recommend this place if you are depending on a walk in or quality service.

I came to have my acrylic nails removed and get a basic manicure and pedicure. This woman was so incredibly rude. She was so bossy and unwelcoming. When I brought her attitude to attention she replied “not my problem, youre the one that’s rude” I ended up not following through with my services and only paid for my acrylic nail removal. Also when I originally asked how much the nail removal was she said $5 and then after I told her she was rude she demanded to be paid $10. To avoid having to spend anymore time in this awful place I paid it and left. This is the absolute worst place ever. I would highly discourage anyone from coming here.

The times I have gone I enjoyed it. Always in and out in a timely manner. I love how my pedicures turn out. Absolutely stunning and last a good while.

I was skeptical about coming here after reading all of the reviews but ended up being pleasantly surprised. My nails were very frail because I had taken off some acrylics from a few weeks prior that I had gotten at a different salon. I asked for just a French manicure and am very pleased with the results. The man who did my nails was very nice and took his time. However, the reason that I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they charged me for the European manicure when I only asked for the Deluxe manicure. I didnt realize until after I left, so I guess next time I will just have to double check! But overall I had a very nice experience here, especially since I have been trying to find a good nail place at a reasonable price up here since I moved here three years ago! I will be back for sure.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve had my nails done in different countries and across the us!! I wish I could give this place zero stars! I read some reviews and saw some bad ones but they were from a while ago so I thought they might be better but I thought wrong! I asked if they had a student discount cause some places have one and she said no and that was okay I was still going to get acrylic nails put on. She starts gluing the nails on and got super glue all over my skin. I like my nails short and the acrylic nail was about 4 centimeters above the tip of my finger and she said that’s $5 extra because I want them long. I was so dumbfounded that this was long so I told her to forget it because I felt like she was just trying to get extra money out of me. The whole time she was being so rude and she charged me $5 to rip them off, and when I was walking out she called me stingy for asking if they offered a student discount. Very rude and unprofessional.
