We called ahead and made an appointment for 8 people. It was for my daughters wedding.They assured us they would have plenty of people present to meet our needs. We arrived on time, there was only 4 people there for us and they had multiple clients already in chairs.While we were there they tried to do other customers while our party still wasnt done yet.I would not recommend them to anyone.The staff was short and rude with our party.

First time here, and it was a nice place.I’m very disappointed though, because I paid the extra money for the gel polish and it has already completely come off of several toes. I have always gotten gel polish because it NEVER comes off. Never seen this happen before. It’s only been four days since I got them done.

Pedicure was about half as good as I expected. They were nice and friendly. However, the place was dirty and in desperate need of a coat of paint and fixes in the ceiling and walls. They did not sanitize the chairs or foot baths or anything. Definitely dont recommend

Me and my girls decided to do a nail date, we had an appointment for 12, we go in there excited to get our nails done, the nail tech walks up to my friend vennessa asking what she would like done she said acrylic toes, the nail tech didnt know what that was so she pulled up a picture and showed and them, and bent down and starting touching my friend toes. we looked at the price before we went it started at 30$ for a full set, but vennessa had 3 broken nails and wanted a fill, it cost 10$ for each broken nail 45$ for a fill . The prices dont match up on the site, if you want medium/ long gel nails they are 70$

The guy who did my nails was very courteous and a perfectionist. They also did not rush me to get out and made sure I was happy with my full set and pedi. I will definitely be coming back!

Disappointed,. I paid for gel nails and toe nails..$85 and they. Obviously didnt put gel on me .they chipped after 2 days. The toe nails were even clipped on a slant etc . It was the worse Ive ever had

Love this place! They are taking all precautions. You must wear a mask. They have clear plastic dividers between pedicure stations and nail stations. They ask politely that you use their hand sanitizer before you sit down! Also they do an amazing job! I’m picky and they always make me happy!

I made a 1 o clock appointment for a gel mani and pedi and after my pedicure was done they told me I needed to leave since they didnt have time for my pedicure. Very unprofessional and poor service !

I made an appointment and they made 3 other appointments for the same time. They over booked themselves and it shows on my nails. I spent $45 on something I could’ve done myself at home with my own nail kit. If you are wanting a nice quality acrylic nails go somewhere else.

My friends and I all arrived on time to our appointment at 2pm but another set of people arrived 20 minutes late for their 2pm appointment, and all of the technicians rushed through our nails to get to theirs. Mine were scrapped and then polish was put directly over the nail so the scratches were still visible, and all of the french tips were uneven. My friend had spots on her nails where there was no polish at all, and another had large gaps around her acrylics. I wish they took their time with us and made it worth the money but sadly that was not the case. I dont recommend coming here.

Mani(gel) and pedi today. I enjoyed the gentle maneuvering around my cuticles. All prices were up front, including extras. If I lived in Flagstaff this would definitely be my mani/pedi spot

I did not catch her name but the owner of this place did an amazing job saving my nails. I had a full set done at a different place and they did not do a great job. I was so embarrassed and worried no one could fix it with out a lot of work and $$$. Which I was willing to do. So I went here hopeful that they could help me. The owner turned my nails around. She was so polite and patient and really helped me out. It was nice to have someone really care about my satisfaction. She got me in and out efficiently. She made sure that I would leave happy. I will DEFINITELY be returning here.

Kinda pricey but they do a really good job!

Made an appointment for mothers day a week before for my sisters and I (3 pedi in total) the whole reason I made it a week before. We arrived on time and they were completely booked, they told me it was going to be 15-20min. Which probably were going to turn into 30 probably or more. So unprofessional, they even asked me to call a day before to confirm and I did it. Im so sad and disappointed.

Really good people who work there, it’s always packed when I come in but with an appointment I always have a seat on time. Good work too at a good price.

They are great, clean and sterile. They followed all cdc codes. Felt relaxed.

Although I was kindly greeted and informed to use hand sanitizer at arrival, the man who did my pedicure was fairly rude. He gave attitude and made my experience uncomfortable. Also, I got a full set Friday and 5 out of my 10 nails have already fallen off. The man who did my set was kind and did exactly what I wanted, however the quality of the nails may not have been up to expectations. Even though my experience was not what I expected, the service (other than the man I encountered for my pedicure) was great.

Called five nalon salons to get appointments. None could accomodate more than a single pedicure until I called Cutie. Four of us came in for pedicures & got it right away on a Friday early afternoon. Very friendly & accommodating. My daughter was in a walking boot due to surgery and they were very kind to take their time with her polish change. Affordable at $25 per pedicure. I would definitely come back.

Ive been going to Cutie Nails for over a year now, and I dont think I would want to go anywhere else. Lisa is so good at what she does and my nails always look amazing! Highly recommend! She knows exactly what I want and never fails to give me a perfect manicure.

Thought I would give it another try... big mistake. This guy does not know how to do nails. Over an hour to get a pedicure and ladies who came in got a better job and were out in not time.

Read through the poor ratings before coming here. Theres no duct tape anywhere. Spa chairs look brand new. Service was good, very satisfied with my pedicure. My nail technician did have to answer the phone and make appointments, but I was reading a book, in no hurry, so it was no problem. Also, she was the only one doing so. Im guessing shes the owner/manager. Im just visiting Flagstaff, but Id come again if I was in the area.

Found this place after recommendations from people at my work, and I’m so glad I did. I got a fill with gel polish. My lady was super gentle and careful and took her time to make sure that my nails came out exactly as I wanted them. They look beautiful! They’re still new, so I will update if anything changes.

Just went for 3 pedicures and it was the fastest and least relaxing pedicure I have ever had. Very unimpressed. We were definitely rushed through our service as they were busy and kept accepting clients that were overflow! Not a great first impression and will not be back.

The guy is super nice does a good job. They stay super busy...so maybe call ahead ..and dont be in a hurry you will usually have to wait to get in . But its a good place.

Massage chairs dont work, had duck tape on the arm rests. Water for foot soak was cool, asked for warmer water- made it all the way to luke warm. Manicurist was answering phone and writing in appointment book through out session. Felt like I was interrupting her time rather than enjoying a pedicure.

Book an appointment and then you get there an they tell you come back another day!!! Double book appointments all the time. I already make my appointment day before or morning of. Lisa does nails great, if you can get them to keep your appointment! Ridiculous!!! I would not recommend them ever!

The people working here are so nice and polite. The price for my pedicure was a good price and it was a nice job.The bathroom is a little run down, but not a deal breaker by any means.Overall, the visit was nice 👍🏽

I had John as my nail tech and he was very nice they are always very busy I asked John if he ever gets to eat lunch and he said no. They are very hard workers and I enjoyed my pedicure and manicure there. They seem very clean and no one was pushy or rude.

Decent place over all and the people are friendly. I wanted to get a fill and the lady decided to redo my entire set basically... and so when I asked if she could redo the design that was on my nails before she said yes so ok no worries but then she was showing me other stuff that she wanted to do instead and when we started to try n pick out the colors to replicate what was previously done it was just a mess so I ultimately chose to do something else that was on display at ther desk and was in her comfort zone so I didnt end up with botched nails ya know. Theyre cutesy just not my ish really lol. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely not the greatest.

Ive actually been going here for about a year and when I like a place, I am so dedicated, I dont go to any other businesses. But, about 2 months ago I treated my mom to get a pedicure. When it was about time to put on the temporary slippers, her leg started cramping but the attendant that was doing her feet kept trying to put on her slippers. She tried telling him to wait but he couldnt understand. The lady doing my nails had to talk to him and I can tell my mom was in pain, but we just both felt awkward because no one reassured us everything was fine. The guy seemed to be a bit irritated at my mom and it just felt weird. So, fast forward to this past weekend (I believe the same guy) re-did my gel manicure. He painted them but seemed rushed, I asked him if he could re-do my pinky nail because it looked crooked and he said something to his co-workers that made me very uncomfortable because they all started laughing. I am a minority, so people speaking in their native tongue is something I encourage but I felt yet again so out of placed. The guy didnt seem too welcoming and the workers didnt make me feel welcomed.So, I will say this, if it happens again I have to find a different nail salon venue.I save my money just like everyone else, Im a devoted customer that would say alot of great things about a place (its kind of hard to find places you trust)Above all, I just thought about putting my story on here in case others may have experienced it also. Its a shame to have to write a review about someplace I once was so excited to go.

The sweetest lady did my toes and my nails and it was late in the evening afternoon time they didnt make me feel rushed took their time and they came out so well.

They refused to do simple designs and didnt have the color green.

Nail salon and technicians are nice don’t get me wrong on that. The last time I went into cuite’s the nail manicure I received was not too great. The technician I had used old almost dried out nail polish on me and put uneven coats on my fingers. I asked for a square round shape and received and oval looking shape. The last thing that has bugged me is that not even 2 weeks later and the nail is already chipping. So to say overall I wasn’t very satisfied.

I always end up going to this nail salon, I got my nails done at another nail place in flag and a couple of my nails turned out crooked, and Lisa fixed it with no charge.They take their time shaping your nails, and the staff are very friendly! :)

Probably going to find another place or ask to see another nail tech because the man I dealt with was very rude, when he was filing my nails on top with the machine he cut my finger so I jumped and he seemed to be annoyed that I did, and when he was done about 3 of my nails already look like they need a fill in because he didn’t get close enough to the cuticle. Also some nails are thicker than the others. If I’m going to pay $50 I want quality. Not someone who is going to draw blood, make me feel uncomfortable, and do a mediocre job.

All the reviews here talk about how nice they are. I was turned away at the door on a Saturday the place was just about empty and they said they sis not have to.e to do my nails . Very disappointed
